These are officially my first birkenstocks, and I am not disappointed. Great fit. I worried that the shoe would slip, given the minimal straps, but they don't. The foot well felt awkward at first, but seems to adjust to your foot with time. Very comfortable. I'm glad I finally tried them.

Size was fine and they are nice looking but the arch is very pronounced and hard as a rock! Hurt my arch just to stand in them, but may be fine for someone with an extremely high arch.

I wear a 6.5(37) and ordered the 37 and the 36. The 37 felt too long but my foot felt perfect lengthwise in the 36. I have a wide toe box and my foot comes right to the edge on the sides. The strap on the top of my foot that goes over the toes is a bit uncomfortable where it overlaps but I’m thinking that will resolve itself as they break in. Overall, they’re really cute and I’m looking forward to when they mold to my feet a little better.

I love Birkenstock shoes and wanted to love these but I'm not a fan of something between my toes. The sandle was fine, just my personal preference.

I got these in Dove Gray and they are beautiful! it’s a really versatile color that goes with almost everything I wear. I’m usually somewhere between and 7w-7.5, and ordered them in size 38 regular. I sometimes feel that they appear a little too long for my foot, but I don’t want to go down a size and risk them being too short, as they are quite comfortable. They do squeak a little, but I am hoping that as I break them in that will stop.

While these are very cute and could be suitable for others I have very flat feet and seems the arch support was changing my alignment and caused an ache in my knees almost immediately when wearing T_T

The navy oiled leather is quite pretty. The leather is slightly rough on the backside and rather stiff, but as with other leather products, I'd expect them to soften out with wear. My problem was the fit. I usually have to order a bit larger to allow for my wide feet. That did not work this time. I ordered my usual half size up, only to find that the molded footbed simply was too long. I also discovered that the toe strap simply wasn't comfortable for one of my toe joints, so instead of exchanging this pair of sandals for a smaller size, I'm going to exchange them for the Franca design in a smaller size.

Bought these cute sandals to see if I could be a Birkenstock person (vs. Mephisto/Dansko). Turns out, the answer is no. Or, maybe it’s just because I am used to my Mephisto Helens :-) Loved the silver—so fun! (Hint Mephisto). But, fit in the Birkenstock was not for me, but again, that’s just me. Also, I should have listened to zappos—they said for my foot (7.5 wide) I should get a 39, but I didn’t listen, and chose a 38 which was a tiny bit too small (so, yes, that impacted fit, but not dramatically, I really just prefer the Mephisto footbed). So, the main point of this: if you are a 7.5, order the larger size. And, if you are a Birkenstock person who likes this style, I recommend this shoe :-)

Arizona didn’t feel secure enough on my foot. These stay put. Only downside is that the black oiled leather does bleed black dye onto you.

really like them and will keep them…I wear a size 111/2 shoe so tricky to find that size… I ordered the same pair in black in euro size 43 perfect fit! wish the white ones would have been offered in that size too!

This is the very first Birkenstock I've purchased. I have to admit that for many years I didn't understand why people would buy these shoes especially for this price. But after getting these sandals I'm a convert! surprisingly enough they can look cute and put together with the right kind of clothes. I love wearing them in summer with cream colored shirts and high waisted shorts. I'm planning to get a vegan version of Arizona to wear to Pilates class

I normally wear size 8 US/38 EU but size 36 in Birkenstock’s fits perfectly. My last pair were the vegan ones and very comfortable until the toe strap broke. The leather ones need some serious breaking in - I hope they end up being as comfortable.

They were a beautiful color Mayari sandal but the right toe strap was very large compared to the left sandal. May be a manufacturing mistake.

My first experience with Birkenstocks. I am regularly a size 6 in pretty much every shoe brand and type, and according to the size chart, I ordered a Birkenstocks size 37. It was way too large -- while it was OK width-wise, the space behind the heel was at least 1" extra. Returned for the same style but Birkenstocks size 36. This fits perfectly, with just enough space behind the heel, and while the whole shoe is stiff starting out, I'm liking the support. The upper is Birko-Flor and very comfortable.

love the look of the shoe but unfortunately it did not fit. It was too big.

When you sent me a replace pair that did not have a problem with a toe loop, everything fit well and I am very happy with my purchase. Your customer service was very helpful.

true to size, fits well for narrower feet at the regular width. Feel less bulky than the regular style; the footbed molds as is should but is a bit hard on the feet, could be softer.

I was reluctant to buy Birkenstock’s but my podiatrist said they are the only shoes she wears. So I decided to give them a try! they are so much more comfortable than I realized. they fit my foot like a glove! I was shocked! I love these shoes!

Cute shoes and I love Birkenstock but the arch didn't fit me so regrettably, I must return them

To narrow for a regular width.

I keep hoping that one of the brightly colored sandals will fit. They are always too wide. I own about 40 pairs of Birkenstocks but I seem to always get the “out of stock” message on a colorful pair. I love my Birks and wear them almost exclusively. They support my feet in a way that keeps my body in alignment and keeps my back from hurting.

I love these sandals EXCEPT that the tobacco brown looks nothing like the website pictures. And I looked on other sites to compare color...knowing that this is leather and there might be some discrepancy in color. Unfortunately the tobacco brown "looks like I stepped in dirt" as my kids put it. Very blah, almost wondered if I received the wrong item at first. None of the warm tan tones I expected, and I have owned other Birks in tobacco that arrived in a warm tan color. I actually just compared the sandals to a paper bag and a piece of cardboard. They should be called "cardboard," ha! Aside from color, the fit is lovely. Incredible arch support and the toe loop is very soft. In "winter" (i.e. with socks) Birks I am always a 38 regular. I have high arches and wear a 38 regular in almost all other shoe brands. However for "summer" Birks (no socks, more delicate styles) I always wear 37. Unfortunately due to the meh color I will be returning these. If you're looking for a very, very neutral tone and still aren't sure: grab a piece of cardboard to help you decide. Sigh!

I ordered a 40, which is the size I am in all my other shoes (US 9), and these are a bit longer than I was expecting. However- because they’re sandals it’s a benefit because I never have to worry about my toes or heel being over the edge. They feel very sturdy so far and the “leather” is breaking in nicely. They were quite stiff the first few times I wore them. I got these to wear for after I run, and they help my feet recover much more quickly- and they look good too.
