Having Morton's Neuroma Birkenstocks are the only shoes I can comfortably wear. The Mayari has classic Birkenstock support. I find the leather wrap around the toe so much more comfortable than a toe post thong style. The Onyx color is a beautiful blue. It has a sheen and in different lights can look slate or almost a blue-black. I don't wear Birkenstocks to make a style statement, but I do get compliments on these.

My 17 year old daughter wanted a pair of Birkis for a long time. We ordered two to try and these fit her foot nicely. The bronze straps were softer leather than those on the brown Granada style. She says they're the most comfortable sandal she's ever worn and she wears them almost daily. Runs a bit wide and roomy, so err on the smaller size if you're between sizes.

I'm a big fan of the Gizeh style and decided to branch out with this one. Love the look, super comfy and fit is true to size (I wear 36, or 6.5). Looks dressy or casual depending what I wear with it. Wish I could afford a second pair in a fun color, but this color is neutral and works with everything. This is my 4th pair of Birkie sandals, I could live in them if it weren't for winter in Wisconsin.

A little wide on the straps. Color is nice, can be dressed up or down. Not very feminine given the width of the straps, but very comfortable.

Perfect! They are true to size and perfect for a wide foot. The color seemed a little to gold/metallic at first, but it goes with everything.

The style and color are just what I wanted. I find that Birks are very comfortable and supportive.

I have worn "Birks" since high school. I have tried other comfort sandals but none really come close. I normally wear a size 8 Womens shoe but because my big toe is shorter than my second toe, I decided to order both the 38 and 39 to see which fit better. The 38's felt like they fit well and snugly; however, when walking the tips of my toes just barely brushed the front of the footbed. This is not how Birkenstocks are supposed to fit. If your heel is firmly planted and the arch is hitting you in the right place and your toes touch the front -- they are too small for you. I see people walking around all the time with Birks that are way too small. So I tried the 39's. They look slightly big on me but they fit like an absolute dream. I have 1/8th+ inch behind my heel and 1/4+ inch in front of my toes as they should fit. My last pair of Birkenstocks lasted 15 years and I abused the heck out of them -- I can only hope for the same for these. If you order a pair and they feel odd on you, the fit isn't right -- keep trying you won't regret it. When you have a proper fitting Birkenstock, you will never want to wear anything else.

I bought these in the Onyx and the color is a beautiful silvery light blue. I was initially reluctant with this style because my feet tend to slip out of slip-ons without a back strap. I am so pleased to report that these shoes are fantastic. They do not slip off; maybe due to the position of the strap along the top of the foot. The strap between the toes softens after a few wears, so stick with it if they bother you at first. I have narrow, arthritic feet and cannot wear any type of heel. These are my "go to" shoes. I slip them on when I get out of bed in the morning and wear them all day. I just wish they had all the colors in the 40 Narrow; I would buy them all.

These are my second pair of Birks...ya gotta love them! They are so comfortable and they make me stand with better posture...no better sandals!

These are incredibly comfortable sandals!They look good, elicit complements, and are narrow enough for my problem feet. They are expensive for sandals, but worth every penny! I love the wear-with-anything color as well.

So comfy. I didn't require any break-in time for these great sandals. They're great with jeans or capris and work just as well with skirts and dresses. Great arch support and relief for my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. Best thing going for my back with its out of whack discs!

I love this variation on the classic style! I gave 5 stars on comfort. However, any seasoned birk-er knows it's all about breaking them in. As usual, they run a bit wide even though I have them in a 36 narrow... But not too wide that I can't wear them. The silver straps go with everything. :)

These are beautiful, comfortable and fit true to size. I ordered narrow and they fit my feet so much better than my previous Birkenstocks, which I also loved. I can't wait for summer so I can wear these every day!

It is so difficult to find narrow sandals - even thongs are too wide for my feet! The narrow Mayari fits me perfectly. It takes some break-in time - the footbed conforms to your foot with wearing. The heel cup is secure and the straps are secure so that there is no slipping even when walking fast.

These are a narrow version, and fit perfectly. Very comfortable and I will be taking them to Europe this summer.

Love them!!! If you wear half sizes get smaller size. Such as if you normally wear 6.5 US, get 36. Worth every dollar! But of course I do wish they would have sales on these once in a while ;)

Comfortable and stylish. Great for traveling because they are lightweight. I took this on a trip overseas and wore them almost every day. They may hurt your arch at first so break them in before a trip. The shoe bed will form your feet in time.

I wear a 9 to 9.5 B women shoe and the 40 narrow fits great has great support. I love this sandal very comfortable for walking long distances. Looks nice with shorts, pants or skirts.

This are comfortable and stylish Birks, I really like the grey color. I have been using the Madrids (similar to flip flops) for years and still love them, but these stay on your feet a little easier. So these are better for longer walks. I always order a size smaller (no need to go narrow width) in Birks. I'm usually an 8/8.5 but require a Size 38 (US Women's 7-7.5) in Birkenstocks.

These are AWESOME sandals! I have had multiple pairs, and the black patent ones are super cute "dressy Birkenstocks" LOL...I do get compliments on them all the time! They run large...I order a 37 even though I always wear an 8 in flats and running shoes (but I have short toes, so if that doesn't describe you, you might not want to size down as much as I do. My podiatrist recommends wearing Birks in the house at all times to keep plantar fascia at bay, and I have high arches so these sandals are the best that I've found for high arch support. Zappos, you are the best! My old ones gave up the ghost on Sunday afternoon after two-and-half years of near daily wear, I immediately ordered a new pair, and, zoom! here they are only 48 hours later. :-) Yay!

These are probably my FAVORITE Birkenstocks! Very comfortable and does not fly off my foot like other non-heel strap styles. May order another color when the warmer weather rolls back around! I ordered the narrow and a size smaller than my "normal" shoe size.

It ran a little big, will need to return for next size down. 8.5 normally but will need a 38!

I wear Birkenstocks because of my plantar fasciitis. These are the only sandals that I wear, that do not make my heels hurt. Most of mine are the Mayari style. I even wear them to Church with my long skirts.
