I actually logged into Zappos to purchase a different style of Birkenstocks, but they were sold out. I decided to consider this style (because of the free returns), but then they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. Turns out, this was all for the best. I love the style and color I ended up with, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I usually wear an 8.5, sometimes 9, and size 39 fits perfectly. My shoes arrived in about 24 hours, and I have not worn any others since. I thought I knew which I wanted going in, but I'm so grateful it worked out like this... These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in years, and I couldn't be happier with the style/color... Definitely glad I took the chance.

I bought these because I have plantar fasciitis in one foot. Within hours of putting these on, the pain started to subside. Within a week the pain first thing in the morning was gone. These will be my new summer shoes. Love them.

I just switched to this style and love it. My previous pair lasted over 7 years. This brand is worth the investment!

Perfect, right out of the box. I wear 8.5, sometimes 9, and have a "Fred Flintstone" foot, so I ordered 39 Regular. Will still break them in with gradual increases in time, but anticipate no problem. I generally don't care for artificial leather products but this one is fine. I wonder if it will last as long. Stay tuned.

Love these shoes, and this is my third pair in 6 years. I wear them all the time. The patent leather gives this pair a dressier flair.

These are super comfortable, like you would expect Birkenstocks to be. I was unsure at first how the toe wrap part would feel, but it was comfortable from the beginning, and doesn't rub or feel awkward at all. (I had previously ordered the Gizeh style, but I sent them back because the toe part on those DID feel awkward.) I have already taken several long walks in this pair, and they feel like I've been wearing them for years. Plus, the style is really cute on my foot. I've already gotten numerous compliments. Highly recommended.

Totally worth the $$. I haven't owned a pair of Birkenstocks for about 10+ years, so I decided to splurge for the summer and got these in late May / early June. I literally wear them daily! I take walks in them, ride my bike with them, and feel like they are a great sandal for literally anywhere because of their high quality. The straps did take awhile to wear in and, for the first week of wear, made indents in my feet a bit. I believe the size I got was fine, but the leather straps just need to be broken in. I got the black oiled leather straps and am very happy with the quality of the product.

This is a great shoe! The strap between the toe does take a bit of getting used to but that is not something that would deter me from wearing the shoe. I've barely taken them off since I got them!

These are such comfortable shoes! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a more sturdy sandal with arch support. I like this style more than the traditional Birkenstock because I have narrow feet, so these look less clunky on me.

These are GREAT. Super comfortable, well worth the price, no need to break in, just take them out of the box and go. My feet are a bit wider than normal and these fit perfectly. I also have problems with morton's neuroma and I haven't experienced any pain or issues, even after wearing them an entire day. This style is also much more feminine and cuter than most Birkenstocks, I would say. You won't regret.

This is a pretty and comfortable shoe. The straps adjust so that the shoe stays firmly on your foot without being too tight; you can walk without it being sloppy. I am usually a pretty solid 39, but I always need a 38 in Birkenstocks instead, including this one.

Love. These sandals are even cuter in person. I got the toffee color and they will go with everything. Super comfy (the between the toe strap took a little breaking in but nothing too bad), I wear an 8 in most sandals and the 38 fits perfect. I've already several compliments on them.

I wear Birkenstock, Haflinger, and Alegria because of foot pain. These are certainly one of the nicer looking Birkenstock sandals! This style is very comfortable. I was a little worried that the toe strap would put too much pressure on my toe joint when walking , but it does not! Feels great. I love the sleek appearance, patent leather design of these compared to the typical Birkenstock shoe. Finally Birkenstock is starting to offer more colors and styles! Yay!

Of course, I probably don't need to rave about Birkenstock to let people know how great they are but these are so great I had to say something. Comfy, comfy, comfy. These are on the wide side. The Mayari is relaxed, Bohemian, and very stylish. The perfect shoe for a maxi dress or skirt.

Very cute shoes. Lighter look than some of the clunkier Birks. The golden brown is more of a golden olive brown (matches the photos), which is what I wanted. This shoe runs very large. I ordered my regular size 39 (I usually wear 8.5 US) and my feet swam in them. I ordered down a size (38), and they fit perfectly.

I absolutely love these sandals. The construction is great, the fit is perfect, doesn't seem oversized like some reviewers stated. I will definitely purchase another pair in the future.

I love this style! I live in these all summer. I have a really high instep with wide feet and have a hard time finding a vacation shoe that won't make my feet hurt after a full day of sightseeing. This shoe does it. It has a high arch and support under your toes so the shoe doesn't slip forward or backward off your foot. The longer you wear it the more comfortable it gets because it forms to your foot. By the end if the summer they feel like a slipper.

Since I wear my two pair of Gizeh constantly and needed a black sandal, I decided to change styles for some diversity. These don't disappoint. Comfortable from the moment you put them on. I am a teacher and on my feet most of the day and these are THE most comfortable sandals out there. While I think the Gizehs are more aesthetically appealing, the Mayari are just as comfortable. I just wish Birkenstock would come out with some more cute styles while maintaining their comfort and durability factor. Highly recommend!

I just recently bought these shoes for my daughter. We had been looking for a pair and I took her to a local store and she tried several pairs on, including this style. They didn't have them in her color choice. We found them here for a lot cheaper and they are perfect. She loves them! They arrived in just 3 days and we didn't pay shipping! I would suggest trying a pair on before ordering. She wears 2 sizes smaller than the online European conversion size chart.

I have been wearing Birkenstock for years and have several pairs in many different styles. They are all great these, however, are fantastic. I don't know why but they are even more comfy than the Arizona & three strap versions. Wish I could buy every color!

I love these sandals! Birkenstocks can be a little uncomfortable at first, but once worn a few times and broken in the are the literally molded to your foot. Great for arch support and walking around. I especially love this style!

Just ordered there Birkenstocks after my 17 year old daughter took my other pair. They are probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever put on my feet, and they look really cute also. I've worn them every day ever since I got them. She will NOT be taking this pair from me!

EXCELLENT SHOES - But even MORE AWESOME customer service from Stephanie. I ordered these by phone - I had mentioned to Stephanie, my rep, that I had broken my foot 6 weeks prior and my orthopedic doctor recommended Birks. I got these fabulous shoes next day - and the DAY AFTER I received a box from Stephanie with 6 BEAUTIFUL HUGE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES (!!) and a card wishing me a quick recovery for my broken foot. Customer service NEVER GETS BETTER THAN THIS!! You rock, Zappos (and STEPHANIE!) Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I am in love with these sandals. The only thing I would recommend is trying this brand on in the store to know for sure what size to order. The mocha is a beautiful color and could not be found in stores. I highly recommend these shoes!

Super comfy for hanging and walking (which was a surprise). No flipity floppy but very easy to slip on/off and lightweight. I am an average of is 9 (dress show or leather), but wear an 8.5/39 un open toe sandals, and 9.5 in tennis shoes and other synthetics. I ordered the 39 which was a perfect fit. These are in the regular Birkenstock style of wide foot.
