I've worn Birkenstocks since long before they were popular -- since about 1989. The soft footbed is the best thing that's happened to them! This model, however, is not for those with a wide foot. Straps are very short -- hence my rating.

I have gained weight with each pregnancy. I have 4 kiddos and my foot has gotten fat. I wear an 8 (39) and I have a wide foot and this was really hard to get on, even with all the adjustable buckles. I think I'm going back to the Mayari style. That one was wide enough.

Everything about this Birkenstock Granada Soft Footbed was fine except that the buckle closest to the ankle hit right on top of my arch. Every time I took a step it hurt. I tried several different adjustments to make them work but to no avail. Zappos has amazing customer service. Allowed me to exchange these for another Birkenstock that fits perfect. Thank you Zappos!

I tried to like this ugly sandal trend because I needed something with arch support but I cannot do it. how are these ugly sandals so popular & expensive… also they make my feet look fat

I have a pair of Arizona soft footbed birks and I love them. I thought these would fit exactly the same since they're also the soft footbed, but they feel smaller. My right foot rubs in a weird spot on the outer at the ball of my foot. I don't think it would cause blisters, but I think it would eventually compromise the footbed if my foot was pressing on that edge. The style is adorable so I am sad I need to exchange them, but for $135, I want to make sure they're as comfortable as they should be. I got the black leather.

The color of this oiled leather is nothing like the pictures which shows it as a color of varying light and dark. It is one solid color, very bland tan, and this is not like the oiled leather I have had in past. Has a soft brushed feel more like nubuck. The box it came in says oiled leather but I question that. May be sending back.

I wear a 7 to 7.5 so I bought the Habana Granada in size 38; really like the style and color but they were too big so I'm returning for a 37, they should fit perfectly, I'm hoping. :) This is my 3rd attempt with Birkenstock and I'm noticing that the sizes are inconsistent. I purchased the Mayari in Zinfindel color, size 37, the fit was perfect but I returned them because the toe bar on the right shoe was off and the strap around the toe cut into my skin. I bought the Arizona in a size 37 narrow, I did not realize I purchase the narrow width; had to return them, they were too small but the narrow width was not a problem. Hope this helps others out there in their quest for the perfect Birkenstock fit. Thankful for Zappos free shipping! :)

These were incredibly narrow. The sides of my feet were rubbing against the the footbed in a very uncomfortable way, no matter how I adjusted the straps. I could tell that if I tried to even walk down the block in these, I would have awful red irritation and blisters on the inside of my feet, like I often have with my Arizonas. I am ordering a size up to see if that helps, because I really love this style, but I'm disappointed. I ordered the size that I am in two other pairs (Mayari and Arizona).

These shoes are really cute, and I was very excited about them, but they're not wide enough for my (admittedly wide) feet. It's frustrating since Birkenstock makes a big deal about how the "narrow" width can be work by people who normally wear a standard width, and yet my foot, which many standard shoes fit just fine, can't wear the "normal" which would, by extension, be their "wide". Confusing and annoying.

I can't imagine these would ever be comfortable for my low arched feet. I have a few other pairs of shoes that are supposed to provide arch support and they continue to cause me to ache where they pop up. I assumed that a soft footbed meant they would adjust to one's feet - not the other way around. Luckily shipping back and forth is free. I would certainly not recommend this to anyone with low arches.

I had no problem with the footbed on these. My problem is with the straps. The buckle is on the top of the foot instead of toward the side. The upper strap is also father down on the foot than other styles of Birkenstocks. This combination makes it extremely uncomfortable because it presses into the bone on the top of my foot. I got the oiled leather, which seems much stiffer and less comfortable than all my previous Birkenstocks. These are definitely a pair I wish I could return.

I have a bunion so it was never going to work for me. In addition there were tacks in the buckle that were not properly closed so having those poke into your foot also was never going to work.

Was hoping these would fit, want the soft soled Birkenstocks but found these run narrow even though they are supposedly regular width. Can't order size up because will be too long. Will be returning, may end up with the Arizona style even though I wanted the Florida or Granada soft soled both seemed narrow.

My second pair of Birkenstocks and love them except they fade terribly on my feet! I am going to see if I can return them for another pair of Birkenstocks that don't fade! My feet are narrow and bony, so these fit beautifully, and I love the soft footbed. Would give them an overall very high score if they didn't fade!

Terribly disappointing. I have been wearing this style for years. This time around, the leather was a different color, with a “distressed” effect that made them look dirty/oily in spots. Not at all the clean, smooth tobacco color I usually buy. Also, there were spots of visible glue around the cork. Really surprising as Birks are usually great, consistent quality. These look like knock-offs!

The pair I received had clearly been worn, cleaned, doused with Febreeze, reboxed, and sold as new. They absolutely reeked of Febreeze. Another pair of a different size were packaged in a plastic bag, totally not like any other pair of Birks I’ve purchased. The leather looked fake and I can’t be certain they were genuine Birks. Totally disappointed in Zappos and most likely will not order again ever. Since being part of Amazon, you never know what you’ll get. I’ll go direcly to the Birkenstocks website from now on.

Received a pair not in a box....looked like they had been tried on.....and the lower strap was so tight on the loosest hole that I couldn't get my foot in. Too bad, I was going to take them on a trip, now I have to reorder as I have this pair in another color....

I have owned countless pairs of Birkies, and worn them until they just gave up. These however are the most painful pair of sandals ever. The uppers are so stiff. They blister the instep if my foot repeatedly. I have even fully lined the upper with moleskin to no avail. As soon as I walk with a bit of hustle, my feet are torn again. If your feet are leather, go for them. If not, pick another style.

I love Birks - I have 5 pairs. I ordered these to replace an old pair that's the same color. What a disappointment. I don't know where they are getting their materials these days, but the leather on the straps is painfully stiff and scratchy. I know leather softens with time, but I can't keep these on my feet long enough to trust that I can break them in.

These sandals felt like I had strapped a large shoe box to my foot. Perhaps after wearing for a long time the floor of the sandal becomes more flexible, but for now I can't walk. I will return these shoes.

Loved this sandal for decades... right now I still have 2 pair.

Once broken in, these became my favorite footwear at home, and out for errands.

They are wearing well and starting to feel fitted to my foot. I know that will only get better the longer I wear them.

Not the cutest color but so comfortable. They’ve lasted forever. Please make some more colors: purple, teal, red…
