Love the footbed. I have hip, lower back, knee pain from my flat feet over pronating and this type of footbed eliminates this pain. But...the buckles don't tighten enough for me so the shoe is too loose. I had to return them.

I love my new Birks! I have narrow feet, so I ordered these specifically in the narrow version - couldn't be happier! I'm usually a 6.5 or 7 in shoes and the 37s fit great.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! After ordering, I discovered a Birkenstock "regular" width is considered a wide and a "narrow" width is considered a medium. Not knowing, I ordered the wrong size. When exchanging them, I accidentally put my credit card in the return box. I contacted customer service & they got right on it to see if they could locate it. They did & sent it back. Their customer service is like no other company I have dealt with (not to mention the free shipping both ways). I LOVE ZAPPOS!

I love the style of this shoe but the top rubbed the top of my feet too much to chance keeping them. Other reviews stated the same thing. I so appreciate Zappos return policy and I use them because of this. I also felt this shoe ran a little large.

These shoes are so comfortable! I wear them after a long day on my feet, and I feel so much better! I did order then a size smaller. You need these shoes!

I bought these shoes because regular flip flops cause me to have plantar fasciitis flare ups. They are absolutely wonderful! They fit my wide feet and give great support. I slip them on every day. They are also stylish; love these shoes!

I usually wear an 8N (when I can find them!) These shoes are size 39N and fit well. Even though they are narrow, I have the adjustable straps tightened as much as possible. They are comfortable, after a short breaking in period. I think they will be my "go to" sandals for many years to come.

These are great sandals. Have owned Birkenstocks before and I love these too. Very comfortable, and the soft footbed is the way to go!! First time for that footbed and will be the only ones I buy from now on. Highly recommend them!

This is a very comfortable shoe! It looks cute and feels good to wear all day. I am a teacher so I am on my feet the majority of my day and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. They also provide good support so my back doesn't hurt either!

Birkenstock - pure comfort. No shoes fit like a Birkenstock because a Birkenstock shoe adapts to the foot. Your foot shape molds the foot bed. I have been wearing Birkenstocks for years and will continue to do so. The leather upper is very nice, too -- comfortable, durable, and a bit more stylish than other Birkenstocks. And Birkenstocks last a long, long time. It is a great investment.

This is my first Birkenstock, and I love them! So comfortable. What a difference the soft bed makes! I wanted to get the Thong too, but it hurt my sensitive toe area and the bed was quite different without the soft bed. Looking forward to more styles with that feature. It fits great, and I have an 11 size foot. The 11's are many of the times to small, and the ability to adjust the straps is great for my high instep. Love the shoe!

LOVE, LOVE! The top leather is a little stiff the first few times you wear them, but they break in fairly quickly.

The Granada is my favorite style of Birks, and these are my third pair of Granadas, because the style is really the prettiest or most feminine of all their sandals, I think. The colors are great, and this Twilight Blue is a very deep, almost periwinkle color that looks great and will go with just about everything. The narrow is perfect for my flat, bony, narrow feet, and the straps adjust to the tightest notch to fit me. The soft footbed is really the only way to go, IMO, because it is MUCH more comfortable than the hard, regular footbed. It also affects the fit a tiny bit, because the height of the soft footbed helps take up a bit more room for my very narrow feet. FYI, I wear a 9N in regular shoes, and a 39N in Birks.

I am a solid 7 in women's shoes. Wide foot, short little toes, and a high instep. Not to mention swelling because I'm a hair stylist and on my feet all day. I ordered the 38. I needed the 37, and that exchange process was simple. I'm a heavy girl with a hard demand on my feet, and I can't wait to get these in other colors!

Gorgeous brown, comfortable and beautifully made Birkenstocks. I've had these in the past and they last forever. Really happy to get them in this rich brown color!

Soft footbed Birkenstocks are the only shoes that support my wacky feet - even better than custom-made orthotics. I have a Morton's neuroma, and the metatarsal lift separates the bones so the nerve isn't compressed.

I have worn Birkenstocks since my grandmother bought me my first pair (she sent them from Germany.) I have several pair of Granada which I like because they are more feminine looking yet adjustable and wonderfully comfortable. The only negative is that you can't wear them in the pouring rain if you want them to survive.

These are great! I bought them to replace my 25 year old Birkenstocks that were beyond repair. I loved the style, color, and fit of this shoe. And the soft footbed is fabulous. No long break in period like the old Birks.

These are great quality, came in just a few days. Be careful not to wear them on a day of a lot of walking as they will destroy your feet if you do not break them in slowly.

Fantastic shoes. The uppers are definitely real leather, because my dog chewed them off one of the shoes, and now I'll never get to enjoy these beautiful sandals. :(

I've always been hesitant to order Birkenstock shoes because I tried a friend's on once and found the footbed to be so hard. This is my first pair, and I've already ordered a second of the same kind. They tend to run a little small, I think. I'm normally an 8.5, but I went up to a 9 so the footbed would fit properly. The two adjustable straps on the top are great -- that's what made the sizing possible. I've got them on the 3rd notch, to make the shoes stay snug on my feet while I walk. Excellent shoes, so comfortable.

Love these shoes. They are a little 'bulky' looking, but in true Birkenstock fashion. I think they will be with me for years. I have very wide feet and have trouble finding sandals, these fit like a glove.

The color is actually a green color in the picture it looks more yellow. I love the green color though. I wear 7.7-8 size shoe but in Birkenstock I wear a 37 in sandals. Birkenstock soft footbed means you can wear them as soon as you get them all day long. I have lots of Birkenstocks, original and soft footbed, I like them both but if I can find a style in soft footbed I will take that over the original footbed. My husband and I both have plantar fasciitis and wear Birkenstock shoes for the arch support. I have Birki's also but they run wider, I prefer Birkenstock. Zappos is always a great place to shop, excellent customer service. I can order one day and have the shoes the next day!

I have been wearing Birks for years. Not because they are stunningly fashionable, but because I have very wide feet (I wear a women's 10 EE when I can find it, which is pretty close to never). Birkenstocks fit my feet perfectly, and they last for years even with constant wear. I always have a few pairs around. The Granada is my is my favorite style, and the soft footbed makes the breaking in process a snap.

I have been a Birkenstock fan for years. The arch support is critical and perfect for me. I loved the color of these sandals but I could not find them locally. Zappos had them and for less. How can anyone beat that! I will look forward to future purchases. This was my first. I just wish Birkies came in more fun colors - like purple, bright blue, and, of course, more turquoise.
