I have been buying this style for years. Love them! I like that they come in narrow. I buy 37 N and my shoe size is 8 or 8 1/2.

They're growing on me! I wasn't able to wear them out of the box and I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them as they seemed a little big at first. I have them adjusted to the smallest setting, so if they stretch out, I will need to poke new holes in the uppers. I've worn Birkenstocks for years and they last and last, once you get acclimated to them. I do love the support and the metatarsal pad. My foot instantly feels like it's spreading out when I slip them on. Love the style too!

I have narrow feet, 9A. This is my first pair. I like this design and it's true about how comfortable they are. My only issue is that it takes a while to get used to the top straps. I've been wearing them with socks to make it easier. I really like these shoes!

Love love Birkenstock. This it the first pair I have purchased in Soft Footbed. Like others have stated it is a bit snug, but I have hopes it will pack down so it wont' be or the leather stretches. I will so far give it a moderate arch support since it does not have the built in high arch like non soft footbed Birkenstock. I prefer the non soft footbed but it seems that they are slowly going the way of the Dinosaurs - those worked excellently with my flat feet for they had nice high hard arches.

I was in Germany when I first bought a pair of Birkenstocks. That was 4 years ago and I am still wearing them. When I saw the Granada, I had to have it. I have diabetics and these shoes are perfect, lots of room and very comfortable. I will keep purchasing these shoes.

When my daughter was in high school 20 years ago, she started our whole family wearing Birkenstocks. My husband and I still wear them. I do prefer the original footbed over the soft foot bed because it feels more supportive. They wear well, I still have the shoes and clogs I bought years ago. If your footbed gets too worn, you can get it replaced, the upper material polished and they will look like new. The style may turn some people off because they are chunky looking but I have a very active lifestyle and they suit me perfectly.

I love these shoes; they're extremely comfortable as well as stylish. I opted for the Tobacco color which is a couple of shades lighter than the Habana altho either one would be nice. I typically wear a normal width shoe so had a bit of trouble deciding between the narrow and regular width but after wearing them both around the house a bit decided on the narrow. I highly recommend these sandals.

I love these sandals but what I love more is the customer service I received. I ordered a pair that were too big so I went through the proper channels to exchange them for a smaller size. 2 days after I told them I needed to exchange them, I received the correct size, no charge! In the meantime I sent the others back to them and they let me know when they received them. I was expecting to be charged for the new sandals until they received the other pair, but there was no charge. And to have them come in 2 days was awesome!

The comfort and support I get from these sandals is unsurpassable. Got my second pair now. It does take a few days to weeks to break into them.

I only became a Birk lover with their soft footbed option. I have high arches so the support is important, but I found the regular footbed a little too unforgiving for months, not days. With the soft footbed, I wear the sandals comfortably from the moment I take them from the box. I wear 8.5-9B reg. shoes and 39 narrow in the unisex birks. The feminine styles are a bit narrower than the uni-narrow but still comfortable.

Love these sandals. Birks and Earth solar kalso are the shoes that are working best for my many foot problems. Thank-you Zappos for such wonderful service. You're the best.

These are very comfortable! I love the soft footbed. These are more feminine than some of the others, which I like - not too hippie-ish. After wearing several times they begin to form to your feet. They provide great arch support. I normally wear size 11 and the 42 fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Never wore Birkenstocks before. I wanted one that looked a little more feminine and still had the custom fit, and these fit the bill. I'm very happy with them.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I am hooked! The footbed is so soft and comfortable. I normally wear a size 7 and have small feet in general. I ordered the size 37N and they fit perfectly.

I absolutely love these! Birkenstocks are my favorites. Unfortunately, I am allergic to "Birki-Flor," so I can only wear the leather styles. I wish that they had these in white in my size.

I love love love my new Granada Birkies. This is my second pair. I couldn't have found these in black without Zappos help.

My daughter wears a 7 and the 36 fit her perfectly in the narrow soft footbed Granada. These look so much better than the shovel style Arizonas I wore 20 years ago.

Worth every penny! I've had foot surgery (morton's neuroma), so I have to wear shoes with support. So little sandals with no cushioning are out. These took a few days to break in the straps across the top. Don't know if the stiffness is what rubbed the top of my foot the wrong way or not, but I'm glad I kept wearing them! They are my go to sandals. And I don't feel like an old lady that needs to wear orthopedic sandals because of her foot. Great purchase and totally splurge on the "soft footbed." It is definitely worth the money because I've heard the footbed is a little brutal with Birkenstocks.

These are so comfortable! The straps are adjustable and you can wear them with pretty much anything. I would order a size down from your normal size.

From someone who has had feet that hurt, nothing feels better than my Birkenstock sandals. Probably have 30 pairs between sandals & clogs. Love, love, love them!

Birks are always wonderful. The soft foot bed is the best. I have a narrow foot and a high arch and the sandal fits beautifully. I wear a 39 narrow.

These shoes are fabulous! I had Birkenstocks before, but never the soft footbed. Have to say, delightful. Zappos is by far the most efficient online purchasing service ever. I love not having to calculate taxes and extra fees. What you see is what you get...no guesswork, and the delivery time is so speedy.

I've had numerous pairs of these shoes during my life and this pair is just as great as the others were only better with the soft foot bed! Zappos was also great with free shipping and quick and free exchange shipping as I ventured to try a new style and wasn't crazy about it for me. A positive experience all the way through!

Zappos is terrific. Fast prompt service. Having arthritis in my feet has been so challenging! The best thing that ever happened to me was discovering Berkinstock shoes. I do prefer the bigger footbed that come with Birkies, but the Granandas are great. I also have the Boston Fur for winter.
