I wear a size 7 1/2 women’s shoe, so I ordered the 38 (recommended size). It was too large. I returned them and got a size 37. They fit perfect! And Zappos is super easy to work with. I love the shoes. I would definitely recommend them and buying them from zappos ;)

Love these shoes right out of the box! The footbed is comfy, my very high arches could do with a tad more support, but still very good. The buckles on the top are on the last hole, but still fits well. Very comfortable!

This is my third pairin this style. Love birks. Definitely worth the money.

I had never worn Birkenstock before. I consider myself to wear an 8 1/2 shoe so I ordered what was comparable to that. Way too big!! I ended up ordering a 37 in Birkenstock. Absolutely love these shoes! I typically put orthotics in my shoes and don’t miss them with the wonderful shape and contours of this shoe. This shoe is so cute too. Very feminine compared to some of their styles. I would definitely consider other styles and/or colors.

This is my 2nd pair of Birkenstock sandals, but the 1st soft footbed. I've worn the regular footbed before, but my sister told me to try the soft footbed because I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet. I saw her Birkenstock Granada Soft Footbed sandals and loved the way they looked, but after ordering my own, I realize how awesome they are! I will definitely buy another pair or soft footbed sandals and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has foot pain!

I love the soft footbed. It’s great for PF. I bought this shoe in black as well I love it so much. Looks cute with jeans and shorts, a bit less so with a nicer dress.

Love my new shoes. I usually wear size 40 in other eu shoes but these were too large. Exchanged for a 39 and they fit perfect.

The fit was perfect. I already have the black one.

Bought size 36 and the narrow fits street shoes size 6 and the regular width fits street shoes size 6.5. Buy the regular width if you have a bunion. Cute and comfortable shoes.

I purchased these as a gift for my 32-year-old daughter she loves them. Function and fashion all in one!

This was a very comfortable shoe right out of the box and it was more stylish than a "normal" Birkenstock. But I ended up going with the Gizeh. If that wasn't an option, I would have kept these.

Love these soft footbed Birkenstocks. I've worn the regular footbed before and these are fabulous, takes no time to break them in. Will definitely buy another pair. Wide width is great for accommodating my bunion.

Originally purchased my normal size, and have several Euro sized shoes I bought this same size in. I had to exchange for one size smaller and they fit perfectly. Tried on a friend’s pair of Birks who normally wears my size, and she had to size down too. I’m excited to wear these, they are adorable. Love the soft footbed.

These take a tad more “ breaking in” than other style of Birkenstocks but once broken in they are super comfortable.

Actually bought the regular size in granddaughters foot size. That was too wide so had to send back and ordered a narrow. Fit beautifully. She has always had problems with arch support. These shoes so far have never left her feet. Except when she goes to bed. So easy to slide her foot into. Hated to tie laces or ankle straps. Well worth it with great arch support and easy going.

I wear a size 8 Medium. I ordered this pair of Granada in size 38 Narrow because the pair I've been wearing for about a year are size 39 Narrow and I since I have been experiencing so much trouble with my knees I am acutely aware of what I'm doing, or not doing, to contribute to my knee problems. No, I don't blame my Granadas for my knee issues...it is from torn meniscus in one and deterioration of cartilage and tendons and whatever else in the other. But. The shoes absolutely make a difference. Anyway, I ordered these size 8 Narrow Granadas and they fit much better. I am very happy with them, and happy I realized exactly what size I needed in these sandals. I have 2 pair of Florida sandals in size 39 Narrow and they fit just fine. I naturally thought I wore this size in all Birkies, then. But I found the Granada's run a size larger than the Florida's. So I need to remember this when I order another pair. And I definitely will order another pair....I love these shoes and the support they give me. My next pair is going to be colored, like blue or verigated colors. :) And I absolutely Zappos! It is such a fun way to shop and no hassles about postage, to or fro. This is just a really cool website and I tell my friends and family about it!

I love these shoes! I would really love to throw away every pair of shoes in my closet with the exception of my three pairs of Birks! They are more comfortable than slippers even and I can walk and stand in them all day.

I have always worn Birkenstock as part of my sandals for summer. My granddaughter tried on a pair of my old sandals and loved the arch support. She decided she wanted some of her own and had me order some for her. 10/10 loves them.

It had been years since I last had a pair of Birkenstocks. I'm so glad I returned and wonder now why I stopped wearing them. This new pair felt good right from the first time I put them on. They provide good support and look good, too!

Ordered a 38 N, which fit my 7.5/8 narrow foot with high arches & insteps perfectly. The oiled leather is beautiful. I’ve had these a long time now & have spent many, many days on my feet in these sandals - comfortable, supportive, & boho-chic.

I love these Birks but they were a little too narrow for me. But so cute.

Love these shoes!! I will be wearing them everywhere. They are super comfortable and fashionable. The soles are softer than the original style, but not too soft there is still plenty of support.
