These are an adorable alternative to flip flops. I was pleased with the comfort and they were tru to size. I never wore Birkenstock’s when I was younger and they were in style, but I glad I tried this time and definitely like them. This style is a bit more feminine than the traditional style, which I like.

The soft footbed is a great addition to comfort. I wear a 5B and my previous Birks were the normal width. This time I tried the narrow and it was a less sloppy fit and more comfortable. This is one of my favorite Birk styles because it has a bit of feminine flair and doesn’t look heavy on the foot. Very happy with my purchase.

I have worn these sandals every single day since they arrived in May until the weather started to cool down in Texas about a month ago. I still wear them on warmer days. So very comfortable and well made!

Another great Birk sandal. My physicians noted that I would always wear Birkenstocks during my appointments and two have told me that with severe arthritis in my feet and a degenerating spine that I was wearing the best shoes for my conditions. So, I started paying attention to how badly my feet and back felt after wearing my Brooks running shoes and other good quality shoes against days when I wore a pair if Burks and my Birkenstocks make all the difference in the way I feel at the end of a long day. Just wish that the cute styles that are only offered in narrow widths were available in regular width!! I will be ordering another pair in this style next sandal season.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but these have been one of the best purchases I've made in years, so had to send back the love since all the other great reviews led me to these. I have worn these nearly every day of my pregnancy in the long California summer. I love to walk but sneakers were making me so hot and I didn't always want to look so sporty. These are just as comfy as my sneakers for hilly urban walks and look cute with dresses, shorts, leggings, anything. They're not too bulky like I worried. The extra thick "soft footbed" is worth the extra cost. After just a few days of use they start to mold to your feet, so give it some time. My feet are pretty standard width, but the narrow in these are perfect. I'd only do regular if you have wider feet. And I'm a pretty solid 8.5, and the size 39 was perfect. If you are on your feet a lot or even just want some go to daily sandals to give you support and style, you can't go wrong with these. The black is classic and not too hippie or orthotic looking. I wore Birks in my college jam band days 18 years ago, so worried the style wasn't for my 30 something urban mom stage, but these work for form and function. So glad Birks came back in style and I went for it!

These are my first pair of the soft footbed and they did not disappoint. I really like the color of the Tobacco that I ordered, and the 3 straps leading into 1 is very classy. Really cute, very comfortable.

I have been waiting for these black Granada soft footbed sandals for quite awhile and was so pleased to have finally received them. The fit is spot on as is the arch support. This is the sixth pair of Birkenstock sandals I have purchased this summer and I love these. Love the soft footbed!

I have purchased several pairs of the Birkenstock Granadas in black and brown. It’s the only thing I wear in Arizona unless it’s Really cold. I typically wear a size 8 shoe but I found that the size 37 (which shows fits a size 6) fits me just right. So, keep that in mind when ordering. I started wearing these when I was having trouble with plantars faciatis and my doctor told to wear Birkenstock’s. I wore them faithfully since and I haven’t had any pain for over 4 years now! You will love these shoes!!!

My surgeon wanted me to wear Birkenstocks.; so I had bought the Granada. They were very easy to adjust to size and were comfortable on my feet. I did return them to Zappos though. While they did fit, they are just not my speed.

Love these so much!! I wish I would have bought the soft footbed birks sooner!!! However this style tends to run a little bit bigger than some of the other birks in my opinion. I did keep them but I could have went down to a 35 instead of 36!!!

I’m normally a 7.5 to 8 and wound up with a 6-6.5 in this style. I’m right in between sizes, with the 6-6.5 being slightly snug with first use. After a week though, the footbed had shaped to my foot and it was perfect. The leather is thick and good quality. I debated between this and the Birkenstock Arizona. The Arizona made my foot look way too wide. This style looked a little nicer on my foot.

This was my second pair of Birkenstock sandals within one month. The first pair I purchased was the Florida Soft Footbed. The shoes took me a few weeks to break in. I think because of where the straps are placed in comparison with the Granada and I think the leather on the Florida model was less pliable than that of the Granada. The Granada style was comfortable from the moment I put them on. Prior to ordering the Granada style, I thought maybe the Florida model was less comfortable because I should have ordered a size larger. So I ordered one size larger and they were definitely too big and I had to return for the exact size. My advice is that whatever your actual shoe size is, stick with that size. The shoes are super comfortable and I wear them as soon as I get home from work. They are actually more comfortable than my running shoes!

I so wanted these to work out. I prefer the Florida style but they didn't come in the size/color combo I wanted so gave these a try. It wasn't the style though, it was the soft footbed that didn't work for me. I have extremely wide feet - a C on one and a D on the other so the wider always rule on fit. Sad to say that on wider foot where the top of the footbed hit the inside of my foot it felt uncomfortable. No pain or anything, just uncomfortable and annoying. I think that had they been the traditional footbed they would of been perfect. Called and ordered the Gizeh in the traditional footbed and will be reviewing those later.

Great shoes, and I was so excited to get them! Felt fantastic, fit great, but then I noticed a notch on the right shoe's strap. When I flipped it over, it looked like it had been cut somehow. It wasn't cut off, but it was obvious it would quickly rip. Had to return them. : (

Birkenstocks are amazing, but you have to break them in and be patient! I haven't worn a pair since high school in the 90s and they still are stylish and provide excellent arch support. Especially this pair!You can't expect them to instantly mold to your feet. These sandals are "in it to win it," but you have to give them time to do their thing. Cute style! I ordered these in a narrow. (Although I don’t have a narrow foot, I do have flat, low volume feet. The tops of shoes are often way too big for me.) The straps on regular width Birkenstocks don’t fit my feet (they are too long). These shoes are well-made, nice-looking, and they have excellent arch support. Speaking of arch support, I’ve had plantar fasciitis for a long time. Unlike most other brands I’ve tried, Birkenstocks don’t hurt my feet and they don’t exacerbate the PF. I have a pair of soft footbeds and I love them. The color of the black leather Granada is attractive. It’s a dusty, very dark gray/black color which looks nice against the tan suede footbed and the cork. The cut-outs on the straps are attractive. I liked these shoes but they didn’t fit my feet well. The narrow footbeds are a little too narrow and the leather on these is very stiff. When I tightened the toe straps, the leather rubbed against the bottom of my big toe. Also, even in a narrow width, the top strap on the Granada was still a little too long. I was afraid that when the leather stretched out, I wouldn’t be able to keep the shoes on. So I sent them back. These may work well for those who wear them for a couple weeks to break the leather in and it softens, or for those who have a higher volume foot.

I LOVE Birkenstocks. The soft footbed on this style is nice. I'm not a fan of the regular footbed of Birkenstocks as I think it's too hard. I do highly recommend that you try these on in store before ordering. Birkenstocks run larger and wider than your usual size. Example, I ALWAYS wear regular/standard width in shoes. My foot is average. It's not narrow nor wide. In Birkenstocks, I wear narrow. I also size down from my usual size. If you are unable to try on in store, Zappos has free shipping and returns. You might want to order two sizes &/or two different widths to find your perfect fit. And then you can free ship your returns back to Zappos.

It felt wonderful to walk in and, believe it or not, looked a lot prettier on the foot than it did in the box. The way the straps come around the instep is really graceful. You'd hardly know they're there -- no catching or binding, just superbly fitted. Highly recommended. I have some trouble knowing just where my foot is in space, so I need a shoe that hangs onto my foot with a bit more authority, in case of flailing. If I were well I'd get this one for summer, because it looks remarkably nice "on" and is superbly comfortable.

I just love them! Your customer service representatives are always so nice. The first pair mysteriously disappeared at my neighbors who intercepted the box. UPS was responsible & they are investigating. I then talked to Carol "the crazy cat lady", which was perfect because I'm also a "cat lady"! She insisted that Zappos would want me to be happy, so another pair was sent out right away with more specific instructions to my house. I got them quickly & I'm very happy. This is my first pair of Birks ever. Kind of shocking for a 35 year old woman! They are super cute. There is a bit of a break in period however after a few days I am getting used to them. I think this style is far more feminine than the traditional style. My feet are a probably a little wider than normal and I purchase the narrow in these. They fit well. I bought the black oiled leather and am very glad I did. I still prefer my flip flops, I guess, but needed a different shoe to help with the horrific tan lines I have from my flip flops. Overall, I would purchase again!
