These sandals are super cute and really comfortable. The heel height is perfect, the leather is very soft and the footbed has nice cushion. I usually wear a size 7 and a half...ordered a 7 based on the reviews I read and they fit perfectly. Great purchase...and as always Zappos provided quick delivery!

Love these shoes. I'm 62 and haven't had this tall a shoe for awhile, but the platform format works great - and it makes me so tall!

Very light on the foot. Comfortable and stable. Not too high of a platform. Your body weight feels evenly distributed. No break in period. Nice new neutral to can be worn with shorts, capri, skirts, and summer dresses. Looking to buy another style. Very happy...in my late 50's...I like to be stylish and comfortable too!

Pretty comfortable sandal. I had been looking at these for a while, and finally bought them. They are cute and seem comfortable...have not worn them as it is still winter, but tried them on with a variety of clothes and feel they are a versatile shoe. Slightly narrow, but I have a slightly wide foot.

I love these shoes! The elastic behind the buckle does stretch out a little, so take note if you have small ankles, you will be wearing these on the tightest setting within a month. Also, they show water spots, but I like the way they look with a little patina. Super comfortable, great summer vacation shoes - you feel like you're wearing flats but get the extra couple of inches. No break in required.

Since it is freezing in Seattle at the moment, I haven't worn these yet, but I have a whole bunch of these Korkease sandals and I love them. I wear them with pants only, and when I want something more sturdy that won't tip or rock when I'm walking. I save my other heels and platforms for times when I'm not going to be walking as much. I get compliments on this style all the time, mostly from boomers who remember wearing them in the 70s. Back when they only had one or two colors. Love them.

I ordered both the Ava and the Vachetta in natural because I had worn them over 40 years ago. I wanted the height of the Vachetta but knowing I would be on my feet for 8 hours on an Italian cobblestone floor I chose to keep the Ava with less height. My feet never ached and I normally have to change shoes 3 times a day! I love them. I also have them in black with a back and no strap in the higher, but the Ava is the best for longtime and term wear. Thank you. I am 61+ and my family thinks I am nuts!

I am thrilled with my Kork-Ease shoes! I have also loved the service that I received through Zappos. My order came the next day. I loved the shoes but decided to exchange them for a different size. I had my new shoes the very next day! I look forward to some easy Christmas shopping.

I just love Kork-Ease, They are so retro, well made,last forever, and extremely comfortable. I have these in red, black and brown and will be back for other colors when the weather warms up again.

These shoes were comfortable from the first moment I put them on. I have high arches and some foot pain at the moment, and they take the pressure off really well. Besides that, they remind me of my favorite shoes from the '70s.

I love these Kork-Eases...they are the perfect height. They took a little breaking in and my big toe got a bit rubbed, so I would not plan on wearing them for long periods of time. I know they are going to last a long time. I hope to add some of the cool new colors very soon, as they are as close to the perfect shoe as possible.

Love them! These sandals reminded me of a style I had in the 70s. They have a padded footbed and are quite lightweight. They are very comfortable. I'm thinking about getting them in another color. If you have a wide foot, they might not be for you.

Ahhhhh...my vintage Kork-Ease wedges are back and Zappos has 'em! I used to wear my original pair in the 70s to discos, parties, school, etc. and I felt so cool in them. Now I am in my 50s, not as cool as I used to be, but these gave me a smile the second I slipped them on my feet. I do feel the sizing is a bit small. I usually wear a 9 or so, but went up to a 10 and they fit fine. These are comfortable, hip, and just plain sweet! I am wearing them with my capris and skirts now, and will wear them paired (just like in the 70s!) with funky socks for winter. I can almost hear KC and the Sunshine Band in the background again! I am so glad that these are being made again. They are really comfortable straight out of the box, too.
