Great shoes. Think I had a pair of these in beige when I was in high school. They are instantly comfortable and true to size.

Love these! Cute, comfortable, can wear with anything. They make my legs look as if they go on forever. My only complaint is that the upper straps around my ankle could be tighter...like the strap needs one more hole.

Ordered this shoe in the lighter and darker brown. Fit is good and is more comfortable than I thought it would be. Easy to walk in as well. Very attractive shoe! Love it!

Just like the ones I used to wear many years ago! Yes, in the '70s. Love this shoe. So comfortable, right out of the box. I had no idea that they still made this shoe. Can't wait to buy more. I can walk in them without feeling that I am going to trip or fall. Not used to a heel...just one to describe this shoe, Awesome!

I used to have a pair like this one and another one in black. I bough the natural color this time and I love them. I thought that since the last time I wore one was in 1975 I would not be able to use them, but they were just as comfortable.

Love these shoes. the take a little bit to get used to (for me), but now I can wear them all day. The wedge is a perfect height.

Comfortable, nice fit. I had ankle surgery a few years back and I can't wear most shoes that are cute and stylish. These offer the support and style I was looking for. I wish the upper leather were softer but I'm sure over time the leather will soften.

I've been wanting a pair of Kork-Ease since the 70's...they are forever cute! Zappos' delivery was amazing. The only disappointing thing is...on the 2nd time wearing them, I noticed a dirty spot on the bottom of the right heel that I wasn't able to remove (from driving with them on). It's not a manufacturing/distributing issue...can't return them, but something to note if you do a lot of driving.

I freaking love these shoes. I don't want to take them off, that's how much I love them. Lots of compliments. And the comfort! I'm a teacher, and these shoes are a dream.

Yes, I wore the original "buffalo sandal" in natural in the '70s - and knock-offs before I splurged on these. They are very comfortable, fit as a perfect size 7, and I am now trying to figure out when I can afford another color.

I read all of the reviews and thought that I could get away with an 8 (I wear 8½ most of the time). I had to return for the 9 because they were too narrow. The shipping is so quick with Zappos! I have worn them twice and love them! They are comfortable and so cute! They remind me of high school! I want to order a few more in different colors!

Love this style -- just as great as it was in the '70s! I ordered sizes 7 and 8, as I usually take a 7 and sometimes 7.5. After trying them on, I definitely need the 8, maybe because I have a high instep and also because at first this leather is very stiff. My daughter has this same shoe style in the darker leather with a cork sole and it is softer leather and a lighter weight shoe but both are fun and so cute with skirts and jeans. These will just take some time to break in but they will last forever and look better and better with wear.

I love these shoes for both the style and the comfort. Not to mention the fact that they are an exact replica of the ones I used to own circa 1976!

This shoe is so comfortable! Received this shoe in black and ordered the natural color also because they were so comfortable. I have problems with my feet but I was able to wear the Ava shoe for more than 6 hours walking on vacation. Thank you Kork-Ease! Zappos is the best!

Love these shoes, comfy and go well with pants or dresses. I'm an 8 1/2 medium and the size 8 fits perfectly. The leather is a bit hard at first, so I'm breaking them in before summer. (I have a hammer toe on my right foot.) You may not need to break them in.

I am a huge Kork-Ease fan and have several pairs in various styles and colors. The Ava is super comfy, runs true to size. If you have a narrow foot they probably would be too wide for you. Good quality and worth the money.

I am a size 8 1/2 and I bought a size 9 which has been perfect. The leather is very thick and durable, they are well-made and I am tall and comfortable in these sandals. I found them comfortable from the start. I just ordered another pair in black!

Great shoe, but if you have narrow feet they may not work for you. I was so excited to receive my Kork-Ease, but was super disappointed when they didn't fit my well enough to keep; foot was too narrow. Too bad they don't come in narrows!

Really cute shoe, but I was expecting it to be very comfortable from day one. I wore them out for a full day and ended up with blisters, so I guess I'll need to break them in slowly. Good quality and style, but still disappointed in the comfort level. Hopefully this will get better over time.

I loved these 30+years ago but they were too narrow. I really wanted the size to work and needed a 1/2 size larger.

I am always delighted when I can find my size (5). These are a perfect fit and very comfy.

Like some of my female counterparts, I had two pairs of buffalo sandals growing up in the 1970's. Loved them back then and still love them. Ordered a pair in brown for nostalgic reasons. Plan to wear them this summer.

Great summer shoe, I needed some height for my maxi dresses and couldn't wear my heels (just had foot surgery). The cork really does help in comfort and color, the foot bed is great, and my reason for 4 stars in comfort is the back heel strap being too loose, but after walking hours the first day it didn't bother me. As far as flat platforms go, this is the best!

These classic sandals are both graceful and sturdy. Because of the high platform, you can add inches to your height and still walk naturally. The straps are thick leather which don't stretch out like the cheaper imitations tend to. The dark chocolate color works as black or brown. And, these sandals have a padded insole, making them comfortable all day long.

Love the look and I'm waiting for warm weather to try them out. I was unsure on the size to order since they only come in whole sizes. I normally wear an 8 1/2, so I ordered an 8 and a 9. The 9 fit fine. Hope that helps!
