Just an FYI, the color is much more gold than black - it does say "metallic" color, but in the photo it looks more black with a little metallic shine. I loved the shoe, but for me, the ankle strap was exactly on my ankle bone and that was not comfortable for me.

I've had these sandals for years and they wear like iron, as well as being unbelievably comfortable. I've had many compliments on them. They are definitely not dress sandals; they are stylish comfort sandals. I'm psyched that Naot still makes this style.

These are worth every penny. They are very comfortable, stylish, supportive and look great dressed up or down. I have worn them dancing, distance walking and day to day living. I have terrible knee issues and these actually make my knees feel better. If you are on the line about buying these, get them! Remember the wonderful return policy Zappos has!

Beautiful, stylish, and super comfortable! The metal leather is fashionable and not too flashy. I can walk around all day in these shoes.

I had to return these shoes, as they were too wide, but the quality is amazing. I have very narrow feet, so do not shy away from ordering these beauties if your feet are moderate to a tad wide! You will not be sorry!

I really liked this sandal, but the heel was a little too low for my comfort.

I love Naot's and swear by them because I have bad feet. They are one of the only brands that actually touch the arch of my foot. This is one of only two brands I even bother wearing anymore. I gave a 4 star for comfort because one of the shoes (the left) doesn't feel quite as good as the right, it's a little tight. But I'm sure in time it will loosen up a little or I'll take it and have it stretched.

Cute and comfy! I normally wear a 37 and sized up to a 38 as recommended. I ordered both a 37 and a 38 and the larger size just feels more comfortable.

I like the fit of these sandals. Hopefully the band over the toes soften a little.

Nice looking shoe! No sizing issues for me, comfortable although the straps are a little stiff and rough. I wore them 6 hours first wearing and they did seem to soften up.

I've written a review on Cymbal before but wanted to add.... Went to visit my son his beach house. We went for a walk. Didn't bring sneakers so my Beloved Cymbals took me 3 miles with great support and comfort. When we got back to his place and rested and cooled off, time for dinner so we walked .6 to and .6 back. No place to park at the shore. So a total of 4.2 miles without a problem. Buy a pair and check out the others styles like the Cymbal.

Love the shoe. The 35 is a size 5 not a 4. Reordered the shoe in black in the size 35 and fits perfectly. Just love them!!!!!

Love these shoes. walked all over Italy in the summertime in them, and never once felt like my feet were drowning. 2 years later and they're still my favorites.

Another great Naot shoe for me. I have had a serious ankle injury so finding shoes and or sandals are not easy for me. I purchased these in two colors and have loved them. I'lm looking forward to summer so I can enjoy them again. They are comfortable and stay on my foot......no sliding around and not flapping of the heal. I'm a Senior and have to have shoes that are comfortable a safe. I say try them!

I love these shoes. I can work in them, or travel in them. Cymbal is the reason I found Zappos. I own multiple NAOT brand now since my original pair of Cymbal. I actually wore my original pair every day to work for about 5 years (weather permitting). The style is flattering, comfortable and goes with anything from dresses to shorts. I always get compliments when I wear them too. Highly recommended

BEST SANDALS EVER!!!! I have so many issues with me feet! Degenerative joint in big toe, hammer toes, no fat pads on heels or balls of feet, Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome (compressed nerves), and these sandals are the ONLY "attractive" shoe I've been able to wear for several years now. With the ankle strap, it keeps me from gripping down with my toes to try to keep them on. The soft leather across the toes does not cause any issues with my hammer toes nor does it cause corns or my little toes...all other sandals with leather across the toes DOES! I can't say enough GOOD about this particular style of Naots. I have other styles, and they're great shoes, but this particular style is the only one that doesn't aggravate the worst of my problems. I love them!

These are amazing. They fit a little larger than Nato so, order 1 sz down. I have a low volume foot (bony), medium-wide forefoot and narrow heel/bony ankles. My feet are secure in the sandal. But, note that I got one pair which was tried on and stretched out that didn't fit. So, if your feet are similar to mine, make sure to try couple of pairs to ensure that you get a virgin shoe (your girls who have feet like mine know what I'm talking about :) )

These are fantastic sandals! I now own 3 pair. They are my go-to vacation sandals for walking 14 hours a day all over Rome for a week. Feminine, but not flashy in the gold, or black. Very cushioned,and much more feather light than they look... so after miles of walking? No knee,or lower back pain from pounding the pavements. I got my first pair in a consignment shop for only 30$,then, found them online. I nearly choked when I saw the price, but? After I found out the foot beds were replaceable? They are a cost-per-wear bargain. My 8 year old pair are only on the second replacement footbed, and the outside has barely visible wear at all. I generally wear then at least 4 days a week all summer. I have wide balls of the feet, extremely high arches, and insteps, and very narrow heels. These are perfection! Best thing, after the all soft leather comfort inside and out so you never get a blister?? These sandals NEVER smell! Never! Ive soaked mine in a puddle, been caught in the rain, and worn them for years in 90 degree heat...and they never reek. Best money you can ever spend on a sandal.

I did not have an easy time finding a Naot sandal that fit me properly. Too wide/too narrow/straps too long, etc. Finally this model turned out to be perfect. Great for those long summer festival and travel strolls that go on forever. This is for a medium width. Looks good with almost everything.

These are both beautiful and comfortable. I have problem feet and they have support and a cushioning bottom which keeps my feet pain free! They are trendy and versatile where they dress up or down any outfit. They are my first pair of NAOT brand shoes and I have been very pleased with them.

The Naot Cymbal sandals are very comfortable. I have very high arches and so many other sandals have large arch supports built in which cause me to under-pronate and walk on the sides of my feet. These sandals have a very comfortable, neutral, soft footbed. The leather uppers are also very soft and comfortable.

Received these very cute sandals today, I'm going to order another pair in black. I had surgery a year ago July 1 for a ruptured, anterior tendon and have had such a difficult time finding a comfortable sandal, I've found them.
