Both my mother and I ordered these shoes and we LOVE them! They are super comfortable and they are so cute! We both get compliments in them all the time. The only thing is, we had to return them to get a size smaller than we normally wear. At this point, we both own several pairs of Naots, and all run true to size, but with this one, we suggest a size smaller. Of course, the Zappos shopping experience was great!!

I bought these sandals and received them the next day. As always the shipping is very fast. I appreciate that. I wore these sandals as soon as I received them and they are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I wore them all day and never once did they bother me. They are the best sandals I have ever purchased, so worth the money for the style and comfort. I have happy feet!

What a comfortable shoe! I ordered them in black first and just ordered them in brown. The footbed is so soft and supple. I love the strap around the ankle. The velcro allows me to tighten them perfectly around my leg.

Attractive and comfortable. I have gotten many compliments. Walked around the city in them for their first wearing and they were great! Nice summer shoe for a walker. Ankle strap takes a bit to get used to.

Waiting for summer to wear these; however, did wear them around the house. They do not disappoint with Naot\'s extreme comfort. They are also quite stylish and I love the color. Will definitely wear them a lot.

This new NAOT style is fabulous. Very chic semi-gladiator look, but easier to fasten with just one velcro strap. I get compliments every time I wear these and they are so comfortable just as all NAOT shoes are. the beautiful soft brown leather allows one to take them out of the box and wear them all day without a problem. I wish I could visit the NAOT factory and watch them make all their amazing shoes. I have lots of foot problems and never have I had a NAOT shoe disappoint me in the comfort category. I hope they make this shoe in some unusual colors because it is a style to wear for many years, I beleive.

Very comfy and more fashion forward than most Naot styles! I have foot issues and am delighted to have a comfortable shoe that doesn't look totally orthopedic and that I can walk in for hours!

These are really cute comfy shoes. I don't usually wear flats, but needed some for an upcoming trip. The color is more of a metallic bronze in the bright sunlight. I thought it would be more gray. It's a good go with anything color though. The Velcro ankle strap is really secure and nice because you can adjust it. I have somewhat wide feet, and these fit well. I also don't usually pay over $100 for shoes like these, but they are worth it. Very happy with them.

I am so excited about these shoes! These sandals are adorable and they are so comfortable! It is hard to find fashionable shoes that have good arch support but these do, so for those of us that have plantar fasciitis and foot pain, there are cute shoes. I need a pair in every color! I read the reviews, and these run medium to wide width, so I went a size smaller to a 7 since I wear an 8 narrow, and I'm glad I did because they fit perfect. Thanks Zappos for carrying Naot footwear. I found these shoes on a "healthy shoes" online store, but no one beats Zappos customer service, so they get my business!

Great shoes! Very nice work, extremely comfortable and virtually weightless on the feet! I am going to Italy this summer and this one is definitely a keeper for long walks. Minus: I expected it to be slightly more elegant and it is not.

I wear a size 7-1/2 and order a 38 in the Naot sandals, which has always been a perfect fit but these sandals run small so beware! My toes were sticking out the ends of the 38s that I had to return. I have a narrow-ish foot and these seem to be made for a medium to wide foot since there was a little slop in the front end. Cute shoe. The gold color is very understated and beautiful (not shiny).

I love Naots and wear them year round. I love the look and comfort of this sandal but the foot bed is at least one size larger than my other Naots. I wear a 39 and compared to my other 39s (Kayla, specifically) this sandal is wider and longer. Had I not bought and wore it to an outdoor graduation on the same day, I would have definitely returned for smaller size.

I have size 10.5 - 11 flat feet that are wide in a weird spot - across the middle, rather than the ball/toes. I was hoping these would work as they come from Naot's medium/wide running line and don't have straps across the instep that often dig painfully into my flat foot. Alas, the ridge created by the edge of the insole rubbed annoyingly after just minutes of trying them on around the house. I can see how these would be amazing if I didn't have flat feet - they're cute, supportive and high quality. But if you have flat feet that are widest across the instep, these may not work for you.

These sandals are super cute for sure! I get dozens of great complements while wearing them. In terms of comfort, they are so-so. They did just OK during my eight hour retail shift. I did not feel any arch support at all. I own a pair of Naot Ashley Sandals and these are A+'s for arch support so I just expected the same for all Naot shoes. Sadly that is not the case with these sandals. I did keep them because of the cute factor, but really wish I hadn't due to lack of arch support for my foot.

Love Naots as a rule, having wide feet I look for their styles that accommodate me with no break in time and these really fit the bill. They are very comfortable out of the box and great support. Can be worn all day. It's nice up to date style with out looking clunky. I believe the price is way to high though and could come down in price. I always recommend Naots for comfort, support and style.

Really pretty, if a bit older-looking than I wanted, but my biggest problem was with how narrow the toe-band is! I don't have wide feet, but the right length for my foot was shockingly tight across my toes! Wanted to love them, but just couldn't!

Size is fine. Agree with another customer that the leather is flimsy feeling. Like the style but returning because it will stretch too much.

These sandals were immediately comfortable, perfect the trip I had planned. The overall style was cute, but they just felt too "clumpy" and unladylike to me. I returned them because I didn't think I would wear them once I got home and was not walking so much.

I bought these shoes last year, and by the end of the summer, the leather ankle straps were separating from the inner lining on both shoes. Granted, I did wear them a lot, but for the price I would expect them to last longer than one summer. I live in NYC and wore them to walk around the city quite a bit. By the end of the summer I had developed a soft tissue injury on the outside of my left foot. These shoes have no lateral support, so depending on your gait (I probably tend to roll my foot along the outer edge) I would not recommend them for walking long distances. Otherwise, they are super comfortable - but they might not be right for all feet.

These are the cutest sandals, especially in the silver metal color. Unfortunately, they didn\'t fit me. They were too tight in the area behind my toes. I thought this was strange, since I have a narrow foot (although I don\'t wear a narrow). I don\'t know whether a larger size would help, but I\'m not going to bother since then the ankle strap would be too big. If you have a wider foot and feel compelled to buy this sandal, you may want to order a larger size.

This is honestly a pretty hearty-looking shoe. It is much more casual than it looks. From the side it looks like the heel/solle shape is decorative but the bulky footbed totally covers up that detail when you look down at the shoe from the top. The bed is extremely large and unless you have very, very wide feet all edges of the shoe are visible around your foot and it looks very strange and boatlike. These are not dressy sandals at all and they certainly don't flatter narrow feet. The support felt OK but the T-strap is not soft against the top of the foot and after a two-minute try-on it was itchy and irritating. Couldn't imagine wearing these for any amount of time. I have never tried Naot before but they seem like they are for wider feet. Will not be purchasing.

These shoes were super cute and had all the comfort you would expect from Naot... except, the pair I was sent had a small defect in the stitching on one of the shoes that rubbed painfully on my foot. I knew it was probably just a problem with the one shoe as the other was fine, so I called Zappos to make an exchange. Unfortunately when I called I was told they were out of my size, so I had to return them without getting a replacement. I gave these 5 stars even though they didn't work for me because I think the defect was probably unique to just this one pair. :(

Best sandals I have ever owned. Great support for my problem feet, and simply gorgeous. Many compliments. Look fantastic with capri pants. Always the most noticed part of my outfit. Please, Naot, never stop making these fabulous sandals.

I loved this shoe and the reviews said it was medium/ wide width.. I ordered it anyway and was way too wide for my medium width foot. Wish it was made in narrow/medium
