Very comfortable. The Velcro "crackle" was a bit annoying though. Was told that it should diminish in time.

Disappointed by the sandal. Had a Durham sandal about 10 years ago and this product was very inferior to the first one. Had to return it for a refund.

Not made very well, cheesy stitching. I found the straps not long enough.

With size 13 I found the toe bed way to short. Long footed men need longer toe beds.

I bought the 6e width because it's the widest I could find on this entire site. It's not wide enough. Make wider shoes.

Great sandal but toe strap is too short, so the Velcro doesn't get a good grip. Needs to be just a half inch longer. Otherwise perfect sandal.

The sandals were definitely narrower that advertised. I have wide feet and high arches. i can barely get the strap to catch. Can only wear them for an hour or so and then they begin to hurt my feet. Would not buy again.

Just received a pair of these to replace an older pair (MCR415BR) that I had for about 4 years and loved but wore out. I wear a 13B shoe but ordered a 12B in these and they fit correctly. These are not made nearly as well as my older pair. There is a lot less padding all around. The back straps rub on the side of my ankle. I've adjusted the rear strap to try to compensate for where the rubbing is happening and hoping it will resolve the problem. There is less padding under the front strap also creating discomfort. Since it is difficult to find narrow sandals I will probably keep these and hope they improve with wear but I don't think this will happen seeing as as how the material is so inadequate to begin with. The old design was far superior. If it's not broke, don't fix it.

Nice shoe, but the removable insole is velcro'd in, so the footbed is very shallow -- way too shallow for an orthotic. Thus useless for me.

I loved the version a bought 2 years ago (6E). These felt wide enought but the straps on top were too short to close. These were returned.

The inner footbed was not well glued to the outer soul. Every step felt like the shoe was coming apart. I have purchased 2or 3 pair of these in the past. quality has slipped.

Size was fine, style ok, but they were VERY uncomfortable, with rough edges and materials without much padding. These were to replace a pair of Naot sandals that I had for 10 years, and were much more comfortable (and more expensive), but Zappos didn't have my size. Returned these and found a pair of Naot through another vendor. Others seem happy with these, but for me they fall way short of the Naot and are not comfortable.

The fit and size were good, but they are not comfortable. The more I wore them, the more the rough upper material irritated my ankle and feet. These were meant to replace a pair of Naot sandals, which are more expensive, but much more comfortable. They don't have my size in the Naot though, so I am returning these and looking for a pair of Naot elsewhere.

Very hard sole and no arch support! Horrible sandals.

As other reviewers mentioned (but I did not listen), having two velcro straps on the back heel is not necessary, and they don't have enough velcro to always stay fastened. The velcro pulls away easily. The front strap also has a break in it with a plastic loop right around the big toe and rubs and is very uncomfortable.

The middle strap is too far forward on the foot, so it's uncomfortable and does not hold the sandal firmly enough. That made it difficult to walk in this sandals for any distance.

I got the 4E wide size because I have VERY high arches. The straps are good in length if you have messed up feet like me so I had plenty of room to adjust to get things feeling secure. The soles were pretty comfortable and these sandals look really nice. The big turn off for me was in the underside of the straps. They felt cheaply made. I can feel that if I kept them and walked for awhile, I'd probably start getting a lot of irritation on the skin. If they added some cushion or software material under the straps, I think these sandals could be awesome. I returned them. As for the Zappos experience, nothing is better as far receiving and returning. Their Customer Service folks are incredibly nice. I want to be friends with all of them, that's how nice they are.
