I like them. The only issue is the "tongue" having the tendency to move to the outer sides. For the cost, I expected them to be a little bit more comfortable!

My son bought these shoes. the seem to be the right size, but are kind of tight in the toes. he may send them back, but has read where people get a wide, and it's not wider in the toes. it did come quick.

Clean, cool looking shoe that's comfortable from the start and fits true to size. Only downside is that they're surprisingly hot. Really hold head in the shoe and could use some mesh vents!

No pressure around toes because of the shape of the front of the shoe. Also, I'll be buying a couple more-large variety of colors.

Good looking shoe! Only issue is that it runs VERY small. Even after buying a half size larger than normal, I had to contact Zappos for a larger size. Zappos was great and sent me new ones immediately! Make sure to order a full size larger than normal, especially if you don't have narrow feet.

These are my fourth pair. I love these shoes. I wear them for work and they are great once they are broken in.

Comfortable. I like them and wear them often. Could breathe a little better. A little concerned about durability. Order one-half size larger.

Great shoes. Captured the retro look well without sacrificing comfort. They fit true to size and have broken in quite well.

I got these a week ago. The quality seems fine, but they definitely run narrow. I got EE and they do not feel any wider than normal width. I am slightly disappointed because I wanted to take them on an upcoming trip but I do not think that I can wear these an entire day. They are just too snug.

Retro classic style, moderate price and comfort. I use mostly for walking and wear them to work on casual days. They feel a little heavy to run, but maybe that is me not the shoe?

The shoes feel sturdy and support the feet well, heavier than my previous sneakers (Nike brand), but pleasant now that I'm getting used to them. Size seems half-size smaller than Nikes -- I had to exchange for half size larger.

I needed these for work and they are more comfortable than dress shoes and the price was good. They are slick bottoms when they are wet, so carpeted areas will be best for these shoes. I have received several compliments and almost everyone notices them when I walk into the room. I am on my feet over nine hours a day and these have been fine for the first week.

I just bought the blue/green new balance classic ML574. The color that is displayed on this website is NOT what the color is on the actual shoe. My shoes tint of green is a lot darker than what is shown, and I honestly don't like it. It's not bad enough that I would return it. But I would probably wear this shoe less often with whatever outfits I was going to wear it with.

These shoes look great, but be warned that they are very narrow. Get the EE version and a half size up and you should be fine. I'm still waiting for the 10.5 EE to come back in stock. I typically wear 10s

These shoes are not exactly what I expected. It is difficult to tell what they are from the photos. They fit well, lightweight and comfortable for an inexpensive pair of shoes. Zappos shipping and service is excellent and I will be back again.

The shoe has a casual, preppy style that I like and the fit is pretty good, however I got the EE wide size and they felt more snug than other EE shoes I wear because there's a generous amount of padding on the inside of the uppers - too much for my liking. The toe box is also very small, so I got a feeling that the shoe was tighter than they were. The soles are very cushiony, so not a whole lot of support, but some people like that bouncy feel, I just find that makes my feet more tired at the end of the day. Problem is, it's hard to find sneakers in wide widths that don't look techy or dorky, so for me, these will have to do.

Ordered the wrong size by accident and got the replacements almost immediately. Great looking shoe, not for runners though (kind of simple construction), but amazing addition to wardrobe for the price. I'm getting several more colors to fill out the closet.

I'm disappointed by how uncomfortable these are. I've bought New Balance for running shoes, and those were very comfortable, but they were also more expensive. I just wanted a good looking retro sneaker to walk around in. These look great and the build quality is good, but I have dress shoes that are more comfortable.

I'm a huge fan of the New Balance 574 and when I saw the white and orange 574's, they caught my eye. I decided to get them but when I got them they kind of threw me off a little bit. The silver parts are reflective, the "N" is glow in the dark and I think the orange on the tongue is reflective too. There was a little too much going on with it in person for me to feel comfortable with them. They would be great for running on the streets, but that was not my intended purpose, so I decided to return them.

Overall, I like these shoes a lot. They're reasonably comfortable, stylish and won't break the bank. My only complaint is that the shoes are not as wide as I expected them to be, even though I ordered them specifically for that reason. I have wide feet (duck feet, as my wife so affectionately calls them). Overall, I am mostly happy with the purchase. They are much more comfortable and fit my feet much better than a regular sized shoe would.

I have a medium width foot and have never had to order a wide shoe. These are crazy narrow.
