I was so excited to finally get my first pair of Sperrys! I've bought my two year old son 4 pairs and my husband 2 pairs but have yet to get myself a pair. I wanted a neutral silver and a neutral gold as my 'every day' shoes. I'm not really into bling but fell in love with the sparkle suede! So I ordered them in both the gold/natural and the grey/silver from Zappos. Well, to my disappointment, they don't fit well. I had to order the silver in a 6.5M and the gold in a 7M, since they were sold out of 6.5M. Well, looks like the 6.5M is too short (my big toe touches the end) and the 7M is too wide (they bulge on the sides and slip on my heel when I walk). I don't get it? I am not a narrow and am always a 6.5 or 7, so it really doesn't make sense why they don't fit? I even called Zappos to see if they come in a 7N, but unfortunately, they don't. I'm not sure what I'm going to do at this point. They're still sitting on my dresser waiting for me to decide! I love the way they look, and they'd make a perfect everyday shoe, but I really can't justify keeping them if I'm not going to wear them. Looks like Sperry just doesn't fit me. Very sad day.

I ordered the Sperry Top-Sider Angelfish in Linen/Gold Glitter. Although they were absolutely adorable, they completely tore up my heels. After wearing them for only a couple of hours, the skin on my heels was completely torn off. I even tried adding Dr. Scholl's heel strips to the back, and that still didn't help. No matter how cute a shoe is, if they rub so bad they leave your feet bleeding, they aren't worth a dime.

Hideous combination of colors! I opened the box and immediately closed it to send these shoes back! The sides of the soles are a yellowish color which looks terrible with the pink and beige. I did take them out to try them on to see how they fit. Too wide for me and possibly too short as well. I normally wear a 7-1/2 or 8 and I got these in an 8N as other reviewers said they were wide.

I typically love my Sperry's and had been dying to have the Angelfish Platinum Pewter/Charcoal but because they were so expensive, I just kept telling myself I didn't need them. Then, for my golden birthday - my parents surprised me with a pair and I was beyond excited. I had to return the first pair because my mom ordered the wrong size. When the correct size finally came in, I was so disappointed in what I received. I wore them a couple of times and notice that on the toes of both shoes, the leather was starting to separate from the rubber sole. I returned them (which was quite easy I might add) because we thought that they were defective. When I received the next pair, I noticed the same things happening separating the leather from the rubber sole. As it stands now, I've had the shoes since the end of February and it looks like I've worn them for years through hell and back. For something that cost this much, it was a terrible purchase.

I really, really, REALLY wanted to love these shoes. I've always wanted to own a pair of Sperry's. And the Angelfish were appealing because they have a more feminine appearance. However, they hurt my feet. The eyelets create pressure points inside the shoe and there's nothing covering the stitching to prevent rubbing. These shoes are very cute. I've received many compliments. But I'm not one to suffer for fashion. I'm sorry, but they're going back.

I have tried to love this shoe....I have original Topsiders from back in the 80's that are more comfortable than these. I guess my foot doesn't like the style. There is some arch support in the insole but it is not felt at all once the shoe is on. I ordered a 6.5 and feel maybe I need a 7 but I also feel this would be too lose and would be floppy to walk in. Sadly I'm returning these.

I foolishly read the reviews and ordered a half size smaller, big mistake. These shoes are narrow and needless to say my daughter now has a new pair of shoes! BUY your normal size and go wide if you have wide!

These are gorgeous shoes however if you have wide feet do not buy them, the wide I bought caused pain, I gave it to my daughter who has less wide feet but still too tight. Anyone with average or narrow feet will love them.

I like the shoe but must return it. I ordered an 8 narrow and this shoe along with many others that I have ordered is too wide in the sides and the heel. Something has happened with the manufacturers of shoes these days because all the shoes that are being made are extremely wide. In the years past a slim or narrow width came in a true narrow width. I have tried Easy Spirit and Clarks in addition to this shoe and experiencing all brands to be running too wide. Even though the shoe shows adjustable, the shoe is so wide you can't even adjust the string across the top of the shoe to keep in on my feet. It wouldn't help anyway because there is no adjustment for the wide width in the arch area and the heel flops up and down. I would have truly loved wearing this shoe had the manufacturers made it in a true narrow width. This shoe is going back to Zappos.

Quixotic quality. I ordered a pair in a different color, and they fit perfectly. Same pair but in this black, and they were 1/4-1/2 size too long and did not fit like at AA. The pair that did fit perfectly was great. Too bad Sperry, like others, do not have anymore size or quality standardization.

I would like to preface this by saying that I have never had an allergic reaction to anything in my life. Based on other reviews I ordered half a size smaller and was glad that I did. The shoes fit snugly but seemed like they would stretch a bit with wearing and fit perfectly. Unfortunately I never got that chance. I wore the shoes for a total of half an hour around my house before I had to take them off because my feet had broken out in a bumpy, itchy rash. It itched like crazy for the first day, bad enough that it woke me up at night. The rash took a total of five days to clear up. And, yes, these shoes were definitely the culprit. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had worn them for longer than half an hour. Since I do not have a history of allergies this makes me concerned about what was on those shoes. So, please be careful. Other than the rash, they were very comfortable and well cushioned, and very cute.

They are probably the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I saw the reviews saying that they break in, but nope, they didn't. Also, really ugly. They look like nursing home shoes.

This is my 3rd pair of Sperry angelfish. I bought my first pair from Nordstrom This particular shoe turned my foot black in the front I wore them to a hairshow, I am a stylist At the end of the day when I took them off, my foot was black where the shoe is black I was indoors and they did not get wet I need a return for free label. Can not wear these.

So cute, but, so many blisters in the heel area. I've finally sold my pair on eBay. Where the leather string goes around the back of my foot, I got a blister on both feet anytime I wore them for more than an hour of walking. If I wore socks, there would not have been any problem, but they looked lame with socks. Also, (minor) the leather laces were great, but always came untied. I finally had enough after using them to walk around a bit in NYC and got still more blisters. I almost ended up walking barefoot in NYC. Ick.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I love the look. Unfortunately, I can't wear them. The chemicals in the shoe are so strong that the bottom of my feet burn every time I wear them. It's miserable! I spent a little time researching this and found others with the same experience. It might be the chemical used to prevent mold and mildew. I thought they would get better after a few wears, but they haven't. Be wary.

They run small and will not break in. I am sorry I wasted the Money on these, my poor heals! Great shoe and lovely style but I really wish I could return them! I love Zappos but hate these shoes!

I thought these would be perfect for everyday running around, but they gave me huge blisters on the side where the pinky toe goes and every time I try to wear them, it's the same thing. Very disappointed with Sperry!
