I wish they did not have leather, or I would have totally bought them. I absolutely love them only to find they have leather. I cannot go against my vegan ways.

Close, but I have a wide forefoot and the Sperry Bluefish just fit better and flexed better with my foot. This is cuter, but...oh well!

I ordered the Sperry Top-Sider Angelfish in the Linen/Leopard(Sequin) color in my usual size 8. I would have to agree with many reviewers that this shoe runs about half a size large. A 7.5 would probably be a perfect fit. I would have to disagree however with other reviewers regarding the comfort of this shoe. I truly wanted to like this shoe but it was just too uncomfortable for me. I would say I have an average foot with regards to length and width and have no issues such a bunions etc and I rarely have issues with shoe comfort but regardless, I just could not find this shoe comfortable even with all of its cushioning. The front top part (where the laces are) hit in a very uncomfortable way. I wore them around the house an entire day to see if maybe this would go away if they got broken in but there was just no way. It's too bad because they are very cute shoes, especially in this color/print combo.

I usually wear an 8.5 and I fit nicely into an 8, so you might want to take that into consideration. Unfortunately, I can't wear these without socks or else they tear up the back of my heels like crazy! Unless you wear flats 24/7 and have broken your feet in, these shoes will be no problem. Casual flat wearers- beware! Otherwise, it's a good standard spring/summer shoe.

I love these shoes. They are so cute. Unfortunately I had to give them away. They cut into my foot right at the big toe joint. I have since learned I have the beginning of a bunion (common foot ailment). To wear these shoes I would have to tape up my foot, which I am unwilling to do -- too much trouble. Next time I would get other Sperrys that cover this top of foot area.

Constantly slips up and down my heel making it very difficult to walk and keep the shoe on my foot! If you have skinnier heels, put inserts in the back of the shoe.

I bought both 7.5 and 8 and tried them on. 8 was my usual size but they were way too big. So I kept 7.5 ones. At first, they fit comfortable but after I wore them for 10 minutes, they started to rub the back of my feet. It was so bad that I got two bloody blisters on both feet when I got home. I am a bit disappointed. I guess I will try them again with socks next time (after my feet heal). I really want them to fit because they are just perfect for the season.

I love this shoe! It's so cute! But I am having some problems with them and the inside stitching hurts certain areas of my feet. I ordered a size 5 and if I would have ordered a larger size the shoe would have fallen off my feet. I've been trying to stretch them by wearing socks. When I stand in place (and I do that a lot) they are amazingly comfortable. I refuse to give up on them. I love them that much!

I am actually going to return mine, because the insole on the right show doesn;t meet the front of the shoe. Therefore, there's a big gap in the front. I'm thinking this was just a defect, and I'm going to get another pair. They seem very comfortable otherwise. I may get a 1/2 size smaller, as suggested on the other reviews, because they seem like they'll stretch.

The shoes look great on, but they gave me terrible blisters within 20 minutes of wearing them. Still trying to break them in.

I tried Sperry's again - hoping for more comfort! Alas, the back was too high and the seams at the heel "bite". I keep hoping...to no avail. They go back.

Defiantly will not purchase these again, and will not recommend, maybe better luck next time with different style...

fabulous shoe! Nice to look at as well as extremely comfortable from day one. I can and did walk extensively in these shoes while on European vacation. The toe box is very comfortable even for my somewhat wide foot and found them to be true to size. I now own 2 pair!

I am very disappointed. These shoes are very cute and versatile, but super uncomfortable. First I got a 6.5 in normal width because all the reviews said they'd stretch, but they didn't. So, Sperry exchanged them and sent out 6.5 Wide, which are still too narrow, yet somehow longer in length. They give me blisters, too. Not sure if this will ever go away, but I can't wear them if they are going to keep hurting me. I am very upset. I never write reviews but had to write one for these because it's just so disappointing.

I really wanted to love these shoes. They are super cute. I usually wear a 6.5/7 and got these in a 6.5 due to other reviews that they ran large. Definitely too big. Sent them back and got a size 6. They still fall off my feet when I walk. I have somewhat narrow feet from my heel to my toe box, and then a fairly wide toe box. These shoes just don't fit me around the heel and middle of my foot - they're too wide.

Very unsatisfied. Shoes stretch. I tighten the laces and soon they have stretched and the shoes slip on my feet.

I absolutely love the material and color of the Light Tan Canvas/Open Mesh shoe, but it had a very painful design flaw. The front two rivets of the shoe are covered in material that is thick and inflexible, causing them to dig into the joints of my feet. I have tried to break in the shoe by wearing them several times, but they are not loosening in that area and are very painful. Very disappointing!

This is my first time writing reviews after online shopping for so long. I really want to like this shoes, HOWEVER, it hurts my feet so bad. Maybe this type of leather is too harsh on my feet. I have to return but I will try another pair and hope it's better, since my husband's pair is perfect, so soft and light.

After reading the reviews I really wanted to like these. Alas, they are not comfortable at all. I ordered an 8 and they were a bit tight (I wear closer to an 8.5 these days, but was following the advice that they ran small). But I could tell a larger size wouldn't be much improvement. They were very stiff. The leather in the back of the shoe was rubbing my heel. The tongue rubbed my instep. And they weren't as cute looking as I'd hoped: they gapped a lot on the sides.

Gorgeous shoes, but they hurt really bad on the side of my big toe. They are canvas, so I can't imagine they will stretch. Spent way too much $ to give up on them. Disappointed...

Love this style. I usually wear an 8 or 81/2 B width, but these were impossible to size for me . Got the 8B and these were too tight. The 81/2 B were too big. Tried to order the 8C but were all sold out in the 3 colors I wanted.

Very pretty shoes; however, I am returning them mainly because the edges of the heel hits my ankle bone. I have several pairs of Sperry top-siders and have never had this problem. I also didn't like that the sides of the shoes have a light colored fabric over the leather and I think this will soon become soiled and/or wear out. I would prefer the entire shoe be leather.

These shoes are super cute and very on trend, but they do not have the arch support I need. I developed painful tendinitis in my ankle/lower leg after only wearing a few times and experienced a flare-up of plantar fasciitis in my other foot. I was disappointed by this because the shoes do appear to have arch support, and several other reviewers had commented that they did not experience arch support problems. I also experienced uncomfortable rubbing/blistering during the break-in period. As for sizing, you definitely should size down at least 1/2 a size. I normally wear a wide, but the normal width was a pretty good fit. The wide size was more comfortable in the toe box, but my feet kept slipping out of the back of the shoe as I was walking. Sadly, these shoes will probably just sit in my closet. But at least they're pretty to look at!
