I love these boots but having trouble getting the sizing right for my foot and calf so Im returning them sadly

OMG!!Love...love these rain boots. I'm a thick chic with thick calves, 16in. These boots fit nicely around my calves with room to spare, about 2 fingers space....so that means I can put my straight leg jeans, leggings or jeggings inside them. They do run rather big, which is ok with me. I'm a true 8.5 in just about all my shoes. I ordered an 8 in these boots, they still feel like a size 9....great toe maybe 1-1.5 inches away from front of boot. I don't care, rain boots should be roomy.

These boots are as cute as I’d hoped they would be. They were on the big side like the reviews stated. I wear a 9 (9 1/2 in Nike). I could have easily fit an 8 1/2. I’ll just put an insole in instead of returning though. Overall super cute and shiny but big especially on my narrow feet.

I live in an area that has poor rain run off systems and consequently there is a constant threat of flooding and at the minimum severe water puddling. These boots have been amazing at keeping my feet and lower pants dry! I do recommend really good socks though as on the top of each foot I was left with abrasions.

Great rain boots. Tried the tall original hunters and the shaft came up too high and hit my knee. These are also good for someone with larger calves.

Cute boots! They run a little bit big but keeping them to layer thick socks for winter months. The red is fabulous, and these boots are great for rainy/snowy weather and sloppy parking lots. Wipe clean! I? will not wear In subzero weather though, as my last pair of Hunters cracked slightly from this I? think. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Loved the blue color! They do run large so I ordered appropriately, thank you past reviewers! Unfortunately, I also have a high instep. Boots are almost impossible for me but these came oh so close! My heart is broken but I still love Zappos!

They are a beautiful pink color. Very comfortable. Would recommend going with your normal size to comfortably fit socks.

Second pair of Hunters! They're awesome! Keep my feet dry and really cute! Runs bigger. Typically size 7 1/2 to 8 & the size 7 is perfect! Keeps my feet dry!

These boots are super comfortable. I am on the short size and these are still kinda tight on the calf. I love the color and the quality of the boot.

As always, I LOVE Zappos fast shipping and amazing customer service. These boots are great, maybe run just a smidge big. I got the short ones because the talls don't fit my calves. I think I'll get a lot of use out of them!
