I REALLY love these sandals, but my feet were too narrow for even the narrows. They are soft, and incredibly comfortable otherwise. I need sandals with Velcro, and I will certainly order a SoftWalk narrow sandal in the future that has Velcro so that I can make it even more comfortable.

The goldwash color on this is lovely & soft, low-key, so don't be afraid of the gold! Straps nice and soft. Really wanted this shoe to work, but the narrow is NOT that narrow. I have a super skinny foot & the sizing didn't work at all.

Fit great, looks great & very comfortable. What I particularly like is that they are fashionable & actually comfortable at the same time. They have a cool summer vibe about them. Looked good with skinny ankle pants.

This is the second pair of this shoe that I tried on. The first one I sent back because it was uncomfortable on my left heel. After trying the second pair, I realize it is not the shoe, but the way my foot fits in the shoe. For some reason my foot will stay straight in the shoe and turns outward thereby rubbing my inner heel along the edge of the shoe. Too bad because they are cute shoes.

Like the shoe. Like the fit. However, the insole on the left shoe has something that is poking my left heel. I am going to try another pair.

I got these in a wide width and they are great. The sole is very comfortable and the width is perfect. They're a bit slow to put on - not your slide-in-and-go sandals. But I like them and they look great.

Very comfortable shoe, good support, with soft leather straps - no rubbing. The pewter metallic color looks awesome with dark blue jeans! I ordered an 8 Narrow (my usual size) and it fit perfect. I wore this sandal for hours and hours walking around an IKEA store with absolutely no discomfort. A perfect summer walking sandal.

I need/purchased a wide and wore these sandals everyday on my 2 week European vacation. I walked everywhere! Very happy with this purchase. The most comfortable sandals I've ever had.

This is the perfect walking shoe for NYC! I wanted something that wasn't a flip flop but felt like a flip flop, but with support. This is it! I'm normally a 9.5W or 10 but the 9.5M fits perfectly. Roomy toe area and straps are not tight or rubbing. Length is true to size. Footbed is super soft as expected. I've been a fan of SoftWalk but sometimes the shoes look frumpy. Not this one!

I went for a 2-mile walk in these as soon as I put them on, and I was blown away. I have never owned a pair of sandals as comfortable and attractive as these. I'll be buying more colors.

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I was looking for a gladiator style that isn't super flat and this is it. The sole is flexible and shock absorbing, made for a lot of walking. One thing I didn't like was the vertical piece that goes up the front of your foot does not stay centered. It was aggrevating at first, I kept moving it back to center. Finally gave up and let it do it's own thing and now it always rides off to the right side and it's fine there, lol. One note, it can be slipped off without unbuckling it, but has to be undone and rebuckled to get them on. Very happy with purchase.

Love them! The narrow width is perfect for my 7.5 AA feet, and the ankle strap can be tightened for narrow ankles. They are very comfortable to wear, and the modified gladiator style goes well with crops and ankle pants. The metal studs are not obtrusive, but give a little kick to the shoe. One of my best purchases from Zappos (and they arrived the next day, after an afternoon order). Amazing! Keep on stocking narrow widths please!

I put these on and feet were smiling! They are cute I think and are super light weight! I bought them in the black and the tan the ones with the animal print! I have not worn them all day yet but I can tell I will have no problem with them! Zappos delivered them in a couple of days and I know if I have a problem they will take care of me! So I would definitely recommend these shoes and Zappos! Another happy customer!

Very cute shoes, and ankle strap is long enough for my non-skinny ankles. But my feet are just a tiny bit too large for most size 11s, so I ordered this in size 12. My mistake. It is too long. Plus I am too lazy to fumble with a real buckle every time I put my shoes on!

The most comfortable sandals I have ever owned that actually pretty stylish. The back looks a little like grandmas shoes but the the rest of them are adorable. Comfortable enough to wear all day and cute enough to go with sundresses, skirts, and shorts. I will be buying them in more colors.

These shoes are amazing. Unbelievably comfortable and even prettier than they appear in the picture. I had overlooked that they had a buckle and was initially disgruntled to not be able to slip them on, but then I realized that this adds to their stability and is a plus. I'm going to get another pair in black. So much support!

I ordered and sent back three pairs of sandals before finding these. I love the fit, comfort, and style. The color Soft Pewter is very neutral and goes with most colors. Based on previous fit of sandals, I ordered these half a size smaller, in narrow, and they are perfect. I am seriously thinking of getting another pair so I can save the pewter for an upcoming wedding!

How many pairs of shoes are both stylish and comfortable? You get the best of both worlds with these sandals. Tres chic and tres comfortable -- even touring around the Acropolis in Greece (yes, special sandals for a special trip). They looked great with shorts, capris, jeans and my long,flowing silk skirt!

Love these sandals. Comfortable right out of the box. The leather is very soft and flexible.

I needed a sandal for an upcoming trip to Italy. The Torino is exactly what I was looking for! Comfortable right out of the box and cute too. I got the champagne color in W for my slightly wide but hard to fit feet. I anticipate logging a lot of walking miles in this shoe!

I wore this shoe for the first time for over 12 hours and could have gone 24! I have a wide foot and a little neuropathy and this shoe is incredibly comfortable and soft and cute!

I loved this shoe. I have a very slender heel. When I pulled the strap to make it tight around my ankle, it pushed my foot forward and my toes went over the top of the shoe. Very uncomfortable. Regretfully, I have to return them.
