I wanted a gladiator-look sandal, but with ankles that swell. I thought these cute shoes might be possible if they fit. They were comfortable immediately, look so cute and I can wear them all day long with no pain at all. Surprisingly, they have enough arch support too. These are my only pair of Softwalk shoes, but I will certainly try others.

These shoes are so comfortable. I bought these for a trip to Los Angeles and knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking. They were so light and comfortable, well padded bottoms and the straps did not cut into my feet nor did I get any blisters!. The snake with the black make the shoes look stylish and not frumpy.

I love, love, love these shoes. I have bone spurs in both heals and I work at a school. These shoes have saved my feet. I love the style. These shoes are winners!

Very comfortable shoe. It is a great shoe to wear if you will be doing a lot of walking. It did stretch out a bit.

I really love these shoes! I bought them for a vacation and wore them all the time except for when a dressier pair of shoes was required. The gold color worked well with every outfit. They fit, they feel wonderful and they carried me through the day in ease and comfort.

These are the best sandals, bar none and I've worn all kinds. From the first time I put them on, I felt like I was putting on broken in and well fitted, comfortable clouds. Love 'em.

These are very comfortable. Though generously cut in B width, they are soft and pliable, and do not rub. The gold metallic is muted, and quite neutral.

I bought these shoes for comfort, first and foremost. I have what I believe to be Plantars Fascitis and it is extremely painful. I wanted a sandal that would be cute, but more importantly, give me relief and support me in spending more time on my feel, not in excruciating pain. These did the job and THEN SOME. When I wear these, I am barely aware of heel pain. Initially I ordered the size 8, but they felt a little right, so I ordered an 8W, and was able to have them both at the same time to compare the fit. I was so impressed with Zappos' having an honor code, where they will send a replacement before receiving the to be returned item. These shoes are a WINNER for sure.

These are keepers. Right out of the box they were soft and fit well. Sometimes I'm between an 8.5 and 9. I got the 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I have a wide foot and the W was also perfect. I put them on and went shopping for a couple of hours. The pewter is very cute, not too shiny, great color with jeans, whatever. The bottom is cushiony. I will be taking these on my trip to Europe.

Simply the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn -- and stylish too! The soft, supple leather that doesn't cut into toes (always a problem with my wide foot and stubby toes), and the supportive, cushy foot bed are just terrific.

I just received these as a birthday gift. I am a shoe junkie, and unfortunately I have plantar fasciitis, so I have to have good support. I am also hard to fit. I have wide feet with high arches and a high instep. I wear a 10 wide. It's so hard to find cute shoes in my size that are also comfortable. These shoes are perfect! Stylish and comfy, with a ton of cushioning. They are a perfect fit for my foot. I am not a small person, and the ankle strap fits great. I actually had to put it on the last hole, which was as surprise. I got the soft pewter color, and it is really pretty! I did notice that in the picture the sole is black and silver, but in person, it is all black, which I actually like better. I saw a couple of reviews that said these shoes looked frumpy, but I don't agree at all. My husband actually said they are sexy! They will go with just about anything. This was my first pair of Softwalk shoes, and definitely won't be the last!

I just love these sandals. They are everything the reviews said and more. They're very soft so there's no break-in and they have excellent support. I have worn them everywhere and they are my favorite summer sandals.

Very comfortable and fits perfect! Ordered another color! It's difficult to find cushioned attractive shoes for my flat feet but these are great!

I have a very difficult time finding shoes for my flat feet that have a decent cushion. After receiving these in black/snake last week I couldn't wait to get another pair! They are awesome in fit and comfort! Only thing different is the heal and entire sole is dark brown, not same as shoe color as in picture.

These shoes are both comfortable and flattering--a definite plus, because I wear size 12W and often have trouble finding shoes that fit.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had on my feet. And they are attractive! My feet are a bit on the narrow side, but not terribly narrow; some narrows are too tight. This narrow is absolutely perfect. They hold my feet snugly. I look forward to wearing these sandals as I tour abroad this summer. Finally, nice looking sandals that do not flop around on my feet!

The first time I wore these they were a bit uncomfortable. Since then, I have realized they are the most comfortable shoes I own right now. They are supportive and cushiony.

Wow! I've never had a pair of shoes that made me want to write a review! I have a high arch, high instep, wide feet, and wear a size 10W - which means I rarely have shoes that fit right, are comfortable, and are cute. But these shoes are awesome! Incredibly soft leather, none of the straps pinch or rub, and the ankle straps fit easily around my ankles. The shoes are really flexible and light, the footbed is wonderfully contoured and the texture is soft and comfy. I ordered the luggage color and it was true to the color on my monitor. And on top of all that, they're cute as can be! LOVE THESE SHOES!

Comfortable and good looking shoes, suitable both for long walks and for more formal occasions. I am returning them because of problems with arch support.

I ordered this sandal in a narrow and I feel that it runs true to size. The straps are soft but supportive and the footbed is molded, lightweight and totally comfortable. I bought this shoe to chase my grandkids during the summer and it works beautifully. I don't know I have it on! It's very good-looking, too.

I bought these because I am forever on the search for a non-tennis shoe/keen that I can wear for walking and not get blisters, I haven't had success until now. I have slightly wide feet so bought the wides, I am usual 81/2 or 9, so order both and kept the 9's despite them feeling slightly big. I tried them out recently on a weekend trip into the city involving 5-6+ miles/day of walking and I didn't get a single blister! I even got a complement on them, and while not the most fashionable, for the comfort level I can give a little on fashion side of things. I came back to order black however they did not have my size, but ended up order the snake print ones.

Love this sandal. The first pair were too big, but the return is easy and the second pair, a half size smaller, fit perfectly!

I love these sandals, but have to return them. I bought them when it was cooler and the first couple of times I walked in the house they felt great, but now that it is warmer they feel tighter on my feet and the straps rub. They have small, unnoticeable sections of elastic on some of the straps which probably make them very comfortable. They are definitely cute.

Incredibly comfortable and stylish on my size 11 feet. Put these on when they arrived and have worn them nearly every day since: a real winner!
