Really comfortable

They are great looking sandals. So far, they seem comfortable, but I am looking forward to breaking them in. My only complaint is that it seems the sandal is made for people with REALLY long toes (I have what I consider to be very normal toes). My toes are a solid inch from the tip of the sandal for some of them, yet my heel has zero room to spare. When I tried them on, I thought to myself "man, I should have gotten a larger size..." and then I noticed that I did, indeed, order a full size larger than I normally wear. I'm assuming that as I break them in, they'll be a bit more comfortable, but in the meantime, they get a three star rating for comfort as my toes are jammed as far forward as they can go so my heel doesn't go off the end. I'd say if the toe piece were just a quarter inch further forward, they'd get additional stars in the comfort category. I love the look - just hope they're more comfortable as I wear them in.

I love the feel of these sandals. I can't seem to get over how heavy they feel compared to what I've been wearing. . They are so comfortable and have great arch support, I just wish they were just a little more lightweight

I’m usually a size 8- 8.5. Had to purchase a size 9 after returning my size 8.

Buy the next size up if your normal size is a half size, and expect a break in period.

I love the looks and workmanship, which is what attracted me to these sandles. I also liked my impression of the company. Although I expect that they need to be broken in, the leather thong is hard and uncomfortable. However, when I walk for awhile they get more comfortable. I like them so much I'm willing to get through the break-in period and hope for the best.

I loved the look of these flip flops! The size, width, and support were great and I have learned that I can depend on OluKai flips for quality and fit. That being said, I had to return these due to the design of the thong that goes between the toes. Instead of the usual fabric, these had a leather strip that was partly smooth and partly braided. The braided part rubbed against my toes and made them too painful to wear. I'm really disappointed because I loved everything else!

Typical Olukai quality. The only reason that I returned them is that I didn't care for the 2 silver dots on the very front of the strap.

When I received the sandals I immediately noticed that the left sandal was a little loose over the top of the foot compared to the right sandal. I contacted Zappos customer service and they rushed out another pair immediately. The left sandal on the second pair was a little loose but not as much as the first sandal. All in all still a good comfortable pair of sandals for everyday use.

It took a couple wears before this flip flop felt comfortable. The style is great and they look good with dark jeans or shorts. They also feel very sturdy and should last. This product is made in China for anyone interested. I resent paying this much money for anything made in China. For the about same price I could have purchased Island Slippers which are made in Hawaii. NEVER again OluKai.

Expensive which led to higher expectations which IMO were not met. Moderately comfortable describes them best. The sandal thong seem to be a touch too far back forcing me to increase the size. I normally wear a size 11-11.5 in some footwear, needed a 13 to have a proper fit. I tried to purchase these last year in a size 11 and then again in a size 12 both too small. I decided to give it a go this year because I really liked the style and read so many good thing about these sandals. Again with the sandal thong itself: It is not completely comfortable against my toes, perhaps this will change as I break them in. Overall comfort beyond the sandal thong is excellent. Shapley conforms to the contours of my feet. They are very stylish and look better in person than in the pictures. Zappos customer service of course top notch, no better place to purchase footwear

Love the feel and look of these. I'm a big fan of OluKai sandals - this is my 3rd pair. These do not disappoint. Only negative would be he piece between the first 2 toes - harder than the other pairs I own - this is all leather and I'm hoping it will soften up a bit.
