When I purchased this boot, I was a bit skeptical due to the fact it was not leather but when I took it out of the box it smelled like leather and looked like leather. Even though it runs a little big I have put on thicker socks and they fit great afterward.

These boots rock! I got them in the brown color which has a hint of red in it. The faux leather is not shiny like it appears from the picture. They are super comportable right out of the box. A lot of reviews have mentioned the chemical smell which I don't think it that bad but I wear a lot of faux leather so maybe I am used to it.

Great, good-looking boots! Very comfortable and runs true to size. A rare find for me as I'm vegan and have trouble finding attractive shoes/boots that are not made from animals.

Sexy style! The smell goes away after leaving them out a few days in an extra bedroom. Sadly, I must return. I usually wear size 4.5, though some 5s work. The heel is too big in this style for me - tons of slippage. So sad.

I ordered this in brown tumbled and loved them when I received them. They looked just like the picture- very nice and have a beautiful squared toe. I'm not even a fan of 'western style' clothing/shoes but loved them as soon as I saw them. I set them outside on my balcony for about 24 hours to get rid of the chemical smell (just fine after that).

So far so good. Haven't worn them yet, but tried them on and they look super cool. Returned the previous pair which we a half-size too large with no problem or charge whatsoever.

It was a great boot looked great! felt great a little narrow so returned it for a size bigger. But Over all it's a great boot. :)

These boots were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a true brown leather boot -- not red/orange/tan brown -- and I wanted a narrow pointed toe. They are perfect! And you can't beat how fast they arrive! Zappos is so fast and reliable!

I searched many sites; Zappos had just the boot I was looking for. This was my first order. The size 8 was a bit tight, so I returned them. Then went through the process of using the resulting credit to order a size 8 1/2. Zappos made the whole process extremely easy! We will order again from Zappos and highly recommend them to all our friends.

These boots are super cute and extremely comfortable. I wore them all day the day after I bought them and I didn\'t have any pains and got tons of compliments.

I love these boots - so comfy and they look great. They do run a little large - I usually wear an 8 - 8-1/2; I got a size 8 and probably could have done well with a 7-1/2.

Cute boot, they fit half size bigger. Yes, a funky smell to them but that wears off.

I was so excited when my ankle boots arrived. Unfortunately, the size 5.5 was actually a UK size, which equals a size US 8! The material and craftsmanship were great.

Cute boots! These are very cute but tend to be narrow, due to the pointed toe. I would order a half size larger. They do have a very strong chemical smell so I would also suggest leaving them outside for a few hours to diss spell that. It has really helped. Overall, I really like them!

Heel slips. I ordered these in my normal size 6.5, and my heel would slip with every step. I ordered a half size smaller and still the issue with the heel slipping -- not just a little. To the point where it is hard to walk. I also realized that these have almost no traction on the bottom. Really a shame because the style is extremely cute, and the cut makes them look more feminine than some other boots.

Cute style! I purchased this boot for a one-time event. I am not a western gear type of person. I had to exchange the boot because the size I needed was a half-size smaller than my normal size. It was still rather loose; I had to wear a thick sock.

I was puzzled by the remarks of a different customer reviewing these boots. Only after they arrived did I understand what she meant when she said the toes are square. She means that the sole juts out well beyond the toe and has an aggressively square cut to it that is so noticeable you might be afraid you'd lacerate the bellies of small dogs you passed on the sidewalk while wearing these. These boots are just plain bizarre-looking. I sent them back.

These boots are great for the price. The chemical smell does dissipate after a week. Super cute with jeans, however not made for walking miles on the Vegas strip!

This boot felt too wide in the heel causing my foot to rub up and down. The point started too soon and pinched my toes. I have pretty easy to fit feet but this boot does not fit. Gorgeous otherwise but has to go back.

This boot is really cute in person, but the first thing you notice is this horrific smell emanating from them. That alone would have made me send them back. The upper which is a strange cross between vinyl and fabric is also very thin. I would be afraid that the boot would wear right through. It\'s a shame because it really does look cute on with jeans.

They are so cute. However, they smell really bad and therefore my closet smells. Don’t know if the smell is going to go away. If not, will have to get rid of them. Such a shame!!

I ordered these boots and loved the look and fit. I was worried the smell wouldn't go away but decieded to wear them. Before I was out of the house the tip of the toe snapped off, and when I tripped the top of the toe also peeled off. Had to return them.
