Great shoe. Classy, simply, little touch of sporty. Keen has it figured out, something about how the laces hold, making the fit perfect. I wear these with a custom orthotic (removing the insert). This is a total 5 star recommendation.

I bought these as a gift for my husband, who wore another pair of Keens in a different style for years until they stunk too much to keep wearing. Incidentally, that other pair is still totally functional after years of daily wear so you know you've got a quality brand here. He LOVES these Finlay shoes. He loves the style, the tell-tale Keen toe cap, and the support these shoes provide with their contoured foot bed. He usually can't walk on a concrete floor (like a mall) for more than half an hour before complaining of back pain, but had zero complaints of pain after running around shopping all day in his Keens the other day. Great shoe, great brand.

I have worn Keens for a few years now and have never been disappointed. These are very comfortable!

I love these comfortable and supportive shoes! I am hyper-sensitive when it comes to comfort and style. I had long ago given up on finding dress/casual shoes that I could wear and not have aching legs by the end of the day if the job involved very much standing. Then I tried on these Keen Finlays and I was astounded! I bought them 2 years ago and wear them every day. I work as a hair stylist and I'm on my flat feet all day long. I have only felt my legs hurt on 2 or 3 occasions. That is a miracle! I added a comfort insert on top of the Keen insert and have enough room. This extra cushion really does the trick. These shoes have lasted 2 years and are finally starting to look worn out, so I ordered another pair! I highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews, but I have three pairs of these shoes, so that alone should give you some idea of how much I like them. Great arch and overall support. Sporty, but dressy enough in a pinch. Good for long walks, short hikes, and days when you'll be on your feet. Plus they hold up.

I purchased these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. He was looking for something nicer looking than a tennis shoe, but not dress shoes (to wear to the bar, etc). They are wide in the toe, but besides that true to size.

Great shoes! My husband's feet always hurt before he got these shoes. Actually had me order another pair in a different color.

I purchased a pair of these at the outlet and found them to be really comfortable for walking. I wore the first pair out so I bought another.

This is my third pair of keens and really like them all. Wasn't sure of the two-tone in this pair but I've receieved many compliments on them. These are actually my favorite Keens so far.

These shoes are wonderful. I ware them for work daily they are extremely comfortable if you are on your feat a lot. I don't think they claim them to be waterproof but they do seem to be quite waterproof. The leather insoles are wonderful they feel great on your feet. I tend to wear these without socks just because they feel better that way and I don't really like socks. But they are quite worm in colder weather with socks on. All in all these are wonderful shoes and I plan to get another pair soon. Keen did a wonderful job with these shoes. Keep up the good work Keen! Great job Zappos!

Bought a pair of these for my son who was headed to Europe. They looked so good (so good!) that I ordered another pair for his dad. Both guys think they are very comfortable and they're even better-looking in-person. (Both the shoes and the men.) :-) Lots of toe-room, leather so they'll wear well, good color with jeans and comfortable right out of the box.

If Keen would only add dress shoes and running shoes to their line, it would be the only brand of shoes I own. Finlays are no exception. Extreme comfort with no breaking in period. I still own every pair of Keens I've bought because they don't wear out. Highly recommended.

Because I have wide feet finding a comfortable fitting shoe can be challenging. Keen usually provides a good fit for me and the Finlay didn't disappoint. Very comfortable shoe that provides support and stability. Very casual look. Very pleased with my purchase.

These are stylish, they fit as described, are great for urban walking in cosmopolitan cities. They go well with neutral and dark slacks. They are comfortable, like most Keens. I love the water resistant leather.

I am always have trouble finding shoes that fit properly... I have big feet but am in between 12 and 13 with a wide foot. I usually have to go up in size resulting in a shoe wide enough but too long... This pair fit like a glove... I have not been happier with a pair of shoes since I got my first pair of cowboy boot when I was 8 yrs old.

Shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Also, the color was a welcome change from the various shades of brown normally seen. Black leather on top with near gray sides. I own several pairs of this style and am pleased with all of them.

These are very comfortable shoes. The toe-box in Keen shoes are wide, but that is one of the main reasons for their comfort. I highly recommend them.

Love them. Went straight from the box to walking all day on vacation for 10 days. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I've worn.

These shoes fit fine and look ok, but they produce a squeak so annoying it's honestly driving me a bit crazy. I thought the squeak would subside after I'd broken them in, but nope - 6+ months later, still as loud and annoying as the first day I wore them. I'm hoping Zappos will let me return or exchange them for something that doesn't make me cringe with every step.

These are extremely comfortable shoes with one major flaw: they do not breathe at all. My feet feel like they are in a sauna. My third Keen product, I bought these because I thought these would breathe better than the hi-top version I already have. I was wrong.

This is a good pair of shoe, very sturdy and they don't fall apart. Yes they do look great and comfortable but not as much as a Merrell pair. Will probably buy another product from them.

I like to wear "nice hikers" to work where the shoes appear dressy enough to go with chinos and are comfortable enough to handle movement between buildings on our campus. I've had Rockports that have worked, but when they discontinued the model I loved, I went looking for an alternative. I found the Keen Finlay and decided to give them a try. Zappos, of course, delivered them mere moments after I ordered them, and I was wearing them to work within two days. It took a little bit to get used to the unique style/shape of the shoe, but I found them comfortable right out of the box. I now wear them every day, and now also wear them on weekends and on urban hikes. I like them so much that I am now buying a second pair so that I can wear my new ones to work, and my old ones for hiking, etc. That way, I won't jeopardize my "good" shoes, needed for work. I like the roomy toe box provided by that Keen shape. The soles have survived nearly a year of use with almost no wear and tear. They are very rugged. I have tall arches, and I've found these to be comfortable enough that I choose not to wear my custom inserts. I think that folks with ultra-high, sort of freakishly tall arches may want more support. My podiatrist calls my arches "high" and I'm very comfortable in these shoes. Now, please don't discontinue them as did Rockport!

Feels a little stiff initially. Takes a little time to "break 'em in," yet it is a very lightweight, comfortable shoe.

These are comfortable shoes. They are very well made, you can tell by the way they feel and the way that they wear. I don't like the way they look, they kind of make my feet look like duck feet in a men's size 12, but I do know that they are designed to fit your toes the way the human foot is shaped, so I understand why. They are very comfortable if you don't wear them all the time. I work 8 hours a day on my feet at a retail store and honestly my feet hurt after about 6 hours in these, and my usual work shoes I feel great after even a 10 hour shift. I think honestly what it is though is that these shoes are TOO supportive, and I have flat feet - so ANYWAY. They are super durable, not the most stylish shoes in the closet, and VERY comfortable for casual wear for me, but not so much if I am going to be standing all day. I would definitely buy another pair of Keens - they are worth the money.
