My husband loves these shoes. After years of grabbing whatever pair of Skechers off the shelf and sticking arch support inside, I finally started buying his shoes for him and he is so much happier. I've convinced him that something he wears on his feet every day (he's a stay-home dad who does a lot of playground running around with our 3 kids) is worth every cent. Plus I like the fact that they look nicer than a typical athletic type shoe. Very cool looking for me and comfortable for him. Love Keen shoes!

These are great shoes except for the color. They look brown but in fact are green with brown trim. Choose another color unless you're looking for green shoes. The "bison" portion I assume is the dark brown trim.

Keen Finlay shoes were shipped right away, come on time, and the craftmanship of the shoes was excellent. Would recommend this shoe to people who like comfort and function.

I have been a fan of Keen shoes for a few years now. I decided to get my boyfriend (age 60+) the Keen Finlay for the support and the look. He has been wearing black New Balance sneakers for a long time. He fell in love with them as soon as he put them on! I look forward to buying him other Keen styles in the future!

I purchased these Keen Finlay shoes for my husband who has flat feet. He absolutely loves them. Earlier this summer I bought him 2 pairs of Keen sandals. He decided that these are the best shoes for comfort and style that he has ever worn. Very nicely made and stylish. I bought these 1/2 size larger than his usual size and they fit fine.

A very comfortable shoe I have been wearing while doing carpentry work with very little signs of wear so far. Not my first pair of Keens and not my last!

Very comfortable with great support. The large toe box allows steady footing and toe freedom. A great work shoe for movers or delivery that don't need steel toe shoes. Molded for mixed weather and surfaces. No break-in time needed. Wear them and forget about your feet for the day.

Trying to find a casual shoe for my husband (26 years old, size 15-16 foot) was proving difficult. He ended up wearing his old college basketball shoes with his jeans...which wasn't so cute once we were out of college. After searching far and wide, I finally found that the Keen brand carries large sizes. These shoes fit my husband well, look great with jeans, and according to him, are extremely comfortable. His dress shoes are all a 15, so that's what I ordered in this shoe, and it fit fine.I was a little nervous they'd be kind of "grandpa" looking, but they actually look really nice. We are in Colorado, however, where the "Keen toe" is pretty popular. My eastern coast relatives kind of raised their eyebrows at them...but you can't please everyone.

I have normal-to-skinny feet and these fit great! I have to remember to snug the laces up when I put them on or else they feel a little loose, but even when 'loose' they are very comfortable. I wear them all the time and wear them to work for lazy business casual days.

These shoes are superb. They are as comfortable as sneakers, but more modest and understated. They have very nice support all around, and are roomy enough to be quite comfortable. Also, the shoe size seemed to be accurate. Very high quality. This is among my favorite pair of shoes.

Very comfortable shoes. They're sturdy, yet look good. My one complaint, however, is these shoes vent/breathe very poorly, thus my feet tend to sweat in them, if I wear them for more than a couple of hours.

Great shoes. I've had them for 4 months and they are wearing great. The right shoe seemed to fit looser at the heel – something I haven't noticed in other shoes I've owned. As always, Zappos had lightning fast shipping and customer service. I'll be back for another pair of Keen shoes in the future. (If I ever wear these out!)

These shoes are very stylish and extremely comfortable. However, two months after wearing them several times a week, the stitching is starting to show at the point where the upper leather meets the rubber toe. This is disappointing, as they are not as nice looking now. But, comfort-wise, some of the best "business casual" shoes I've worn in a long time.

I bought these for my friend, who has flat feet and is generally very picky about shoes. He wanted arch support, so I recommended Keens - and he wasn't disappointed with this shoe. They look great with either casual or more dressy outfits, and the best part is that he can wear them all day without getting sore feet. His one complaint is that they can get hot, but that's to be expected with a solid leather shoe like this one. The four-star rating on style is because they still look like Keens. (He hates the toe guard.)

Slightly large, but only very slightly. Style is outstanding. If you want contrasting colors, try the Bison; the Black Olive is indistinguishable from an all-black shoe from 5 feet away.

I love Keens. These are my 5th pair. Just a word of caution on the color (Bison). The picture is not accurate. The light tan on the sides is more of an olive color as opposed to a camel color as shown in the picture. The color does change a bit in the sun to more of a tan but inside an non-sunny days, olive. Still a great shoe. We aren't buying Keens for the looks anyway right?

I wanted a new casual shoe since I don\'t like wearing athletic shoes in the colder weather and boots all the time get to be a bit much. I had seen people wearing Keens and they seemed to fit the bill of what I wanted. Well, first trying them on I was a little concerned that these shoes weren\'t what I hoped for. However, within 15 minutes of walking around my feet settled in and I found that these shoes are amazingly comfortable. Terrific arch support and good room for the toes. I really like how the sole comes up and wraps around the toe of the shoe. Next summer I\'m going to get a pair of Keen sandals as well.

Nothing is uglier than a Keen shoe. And yet, nothing is more comfortable. The reason for both is obvious. Anyway, I tried several models of Keen and this is the one that suited my purpose best trail walking and working out of doors. It's a sturdy shoe, with a deeply textured, grip sole. This shoe has no bellows tongue, so water and debris can easily get in in truly wet conditions, or walking in deep leaves, sand, or loose soil. Comfort and lightness are outstanding.

The shoe itself is very, very comfortable. I did get a half size smaller, and they fit great. I took them to Italy with me as my primary shoe, we did hiking through Cinque Terre and lots of city walking through Rome, and had no complaints. Other than this one. They do not match! One shoe is more of a tan leather, and the other one is like the photos, a nice brown leather. So besides being embarrassed about having an unmatched pair of shoes, they are great. Maybe Zappos will help me out on this?

I chose the Keen Finlays over the similar Austins because I wanted a single-color (shitake) brown. I found, like my other Keens that I had to bump up a half size for the correct fit (very comfortable out of the box, but see later). Side by side, the Finlays and Austins look like the same shoes (sole, insole, inside lining) as the Austins with slight differences in style and colors (nearly all Austins were two-tone), Austin has six pairs of eyelets, Finlay five. I walked a couple of hours in the Finlays at the mall and found they were not as cushioned as I had hoped, nor nearly as soft a ride as my Keen Newport Trails or Targhee IIs. Not sure the Finlays will see me through a whole day on concrete floors without adding cushioned inserts. Can't say how the Austins would compare in foot comfort on hard surfaces. Also noticed Finlays are advertised as water resistant whereas Austin are said to be waterproof.

Nice looking shoe. Can't say too much about them as I ended up returning them. I ordered a size 15 for my husband. The size was great, the width was great HOWEVER, the arch insert was too small for the shoe. I removed the insert and it's stamped for a size 13-14. Well, that leaves it too short for the size 15. I reordered, hoping it was a fluke and nope, the same thing. So, no shoes for my husband, at least this shoe. We will try again with something else. Zappos was great and helpful!

No doubt, these are very comfortable, ergonomic shoes. But they appear to be quite poorly constructed. After the first week of wearing, some type of white glue has been oozing out of the space where the big rubber toe meets the leather uppers. The stitching is also coming out in at least three places. I would expect more for a shoe of this price range. My other complaint is that the materials show dirt very easily, especially the edges of the big rubberized plastic sole.

I've been very happy with the Keens I've had over the years. I never expected to be writing this review and telling you all that these are the loudest shoes I've ever owned. I bought them before taking a business trip to Dublin and when they came, I walked around the house on wood floors and carpet and heard a very small squeak in one of the shoes. I passed it off as nothing and put them aside. They were the only shoes that I had on my trip and both shoes got louder and louder every day. It seems to be a design issue with the treed that allows the rubber grooves to rub together while walking. I was so embarrassed walking around the office area that I just took off my shoes most of the time so I would be heard. I was in Dublin for a week and they squeak in the rain as well. I'm returning them this week and I'll give another pair of Keens a try but I'll make sure that the tread is a different design before I buy.

Love these shoes. I'm a bartender, on my feet all day. These were wide in the toe but snug & comfortable out of the box. Maybe a touch big, but a cheap gel insert (which I like anyway) made these perfect!
