I've been wearing the Austins for a long time now. I couldn't tell you how many miles I've put on them. Anyway, when the time came to replace them, I considered just reordering the same pair, but I went instead with the Finlays. They fit exactly the same as my Austins did, and I hope they last as long. My only gripe is that the Shitake color pictured is not similar to the color I received. I was expecting a mostly light brown shoe, while the colors are more like dark brown leather on the toe and heel, with a light brownish/green for the rest. The look did grow on me though, and honestly they're comfortable enough that I could care less what they look like.

This is my third pair of Keen shoes. I discovered them when I needed a new pair of walking shoes while on a vacation last year. My first pair was the Austin model. I liked them so much I ordered the Boston II model upon my return home. My most recent choice is the Finlay model. All are supremely comfortable, durable, and good looking. They're also light weight, making them the perfect shoe for travel. You can walk the entire day in perfect comfort, even in Rome, where the cobbled streets can make long days on your feet, torture in a lesser shoe. These are, hands down, my favorite everyday shoe. As longs a Keen makes them, I'll continue to buy them.

I bought these for my husband who needed something between a tennis shoe and dress shoe. He thinks they are great. They look nice with jeans or khakis and he says they are very comfortable.

My husband loves these shoes. He rarely takes them off and wants another pair in another color.

Excellent shoe and I agree with others regarding fit and comfort. However, I would note that if you drive a manual/stick shift car the large toe portion on the Keens are not ideal. It even takes a little getting use to on a car with an automatic transmission. Other than that these are great shoes and when I wear them people ask how/where to buy them. Also, since I have a narrow foot and Keens only come in a medium with I put a Dr. Scholles pad under the Keen insole and the shoe feels perfect.

First let me say that Zappos Customer Service is excellent. The Reps are energized and a pleasure to converse with, the packaging, shipping, and return policy if needed, are great. Made by Keen, this is a well made shoe. After about ten uses it seems an accurate fit. I have a somewhat low arch which presents a problem with some shoe lasts but the shoe laces snugly. The slightly boxy toe area provides proper room. There is a slight waffle pattern in the foot bed which is felt but not bothersome. The interior is amply padded; the metal lace eyelets will contribute longevity in wear and looks. The tightly bonded and tough rubber sole provides stability, comfort, protects the feet, and sheds moisture. A recommended shoe.

I have got really wide feet and these are wonderful for that. I really like these shoes.

I have worn these shoes now for five weeks. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever purchased. They needed no breaking in and my feet do not get tired having the shoes on all day. I will definitely order another pair when the time comes. Zappos' service is stellar!

As a first time Keen buyer I am a reluctant buyer to read reviews about anything; however, after wearing my Finlay's for a week my sore dogs feel like puppies. What a shoe! Will buy again, again and again. I can't wait to get my sandals!

Excellent shoes! Our son is hard on shoes and they wear fast, these are the only shoes that last. We love them!

This was a gift for my son. He is hard to buy for but loved these shoes. They fit well and were very comfortable.

Incredibly comfortable and spacious. I have flat feet and am borderline on needing a wide width shoe, and these have a nice, open toe box area. They do run slightly on the large size however.

I've worn the shoes for approximately one month and I am completely satisfied. The shoes offer great foot support. They re comfortable and they are water resistant. I will not hesitate in buying another pair.

Keens are well known for their wide toe boxes. It was a little too wide for me. Really like the leather heel cup patch. Should really help them last longer.

This was my first purchase. The service was excellent and product as advertised. I have since made a second purchase and Zappos remains five star.

The Keen Finlay is an incredibly comfortable shoe. For wide footed wearers it has a roomy toe box. Tread pattern is very good for traction and winter/icy conditions. It looks great for casual dressing. I'll buy this shoe again.

Comfort and some nice casual style make me feel about 20 years younger. I love them.

I purchased this shoe to go ATV riding in the deserts of Arizona. I needed a tough shoe that was comfortable. I must say that I love this shoe! Best shoe I've purchased in a long time. I want to wear it every day. I needed a size 16 and the fit and comfort are fantastic! The sole are super tough but this is a very easy walking shoe.

These shoes are great looking, and I've gotten compliments on them. I fall between a 10 and 10.5, and I usually buy 10.5's - better to be loose than tight. These are more roomy than typical shoes I've purchased, so it would have been nice to try on a 10. But since I bought them primarily for the winter, they will be worn with thicker socks, so the 10.5's will work better for me. The insole slips out really easy, so I might try a thicker insole for the few times I wear them in the summer.

Had a great experience with the Keen Austin, so decided to try this shoe out. Strangely, this one feels a little bit bigger than my Austins. I remember having to jam my foot into the Austins when I got them and they loosened up quickly, while with these it's almost like they're too big. Other than that minor problem, I love the shoe.
