Great shoe for me! I work on concrete floors with intermittent padding plus I have plantar fasciitis. These Keens hold my orthotics inserts and still look good. They were comfortable right out of the box even without my inserts. Tennis shoe comfort in a sport-cute package. The leather cleans up easily too. This is my second pair of Keen low cut shoes, and I could not be more satisfied! As always, Zappos has fabulous shipping and returns. Thanks Zappos!

This is my 4th pair of Keens. The Toyah is very comfortable and looks really cute with jeans. There is moderate arch support and no break-in time required. I wore the shoes the same day I received them. I have to applaud zappos.com because every single time I place an order it's Christmas the next day because I receive my shoes within 24 hours. What an absolutely wonderful concept! Bravo Zappos.com.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. They look good with jeans or a nice pair of slacks. If you are on your feet for extended periods of time, this is the shoe for you.

Just walked 4 miles in NYC yesterday in these. I wear European 40 so these are a half size larger than I might buy in something else. Big toe box, lots of support, and are comfy without being a sneaker. Will probably buy another color.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. No break-in time required, they were fine right out of the box. Great arch support, nice & wide, and reliable sizing - I can always order my size and not wonder whether it will fit. I bought the Mary Jane version after these and both look terrific after lots of wear.

I have a hard time finding shoes that have enough toe room. These shoes filled that bill. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger (went by the other reviews). They are very comfortable. I'm planning on buying another pair in another color. It's a cute and very nice shoe.

Keens are great shoes, I've worn them for a few years for daily use to traveling overseas on mission trips and vacations. Very comfortable & if you wear custom orthotics as I do they fit right in after you remove the footbed. You just put them on and go. Enjoy!

I really like these shoes. I started wearing Keen sandals over the summer because I need a shoe with good arch support. I needed something for the winter for the cold and wet. These have been great. Also have excellent arch support. Were comfortable from the start except for around the ankle. They are a little stiff there but broke in quickly. I ordered 1/2 size larger because I wanted to wear them with thicker socks in the winter and that was fine. I recommend these to anyone but especially if you need good arch support.

Just received these amazing shoes! You can wear them right out of the box. Waterproof, comfortable, good traction!

Zappos...I love you!!! I received these yesterday, took them out of the box and haven't taken them off since! I bought these for work and know these shoes are just the ticket. I did order a half a size bigger because when I tried them on in a store, they were a little short. The fit is perfect for me by ordering half a size up. It took only 3 days after ordering to reach me, and that's one of the things I love about Zappos. Another is the return policy - but haven't had to use it, since everything I get I keep:) You have one happy customer in me. Thanks again!!

These are amazing. They felt fabulous right out of the box and are my current favorite shoes. I wear them all day, nearly every day. I can stand or walk for hours and still feel great. I like the way they look, too. It's been snowy here, and they seem to have pretty good traction. I've been using YakTrax over them on ice, and the combination is good.

Fun and funky. A great winter shoe with a bit of tread. Very good arch support. Definitely a medium width, as my C-width feet feel a little snug. Order a whole-size larger and wear with thick socks for best results!

I have very sensitive feet, and Zappos has been extremely helpful working with me. Zappos customer service is superior to any other company. The Toyah fit well and would be great if my feet were not sensitive. I love the shoes, but am still trying to determine if they will work for me.

This shoe is comfortable and rugged. I wear it at work. If you need a pair of shoes that are great outdoors in dry weather - these will fit the bill. However, they are very slippery if you are walking on areas that are wet. You have to be very careful as I have almost wiped out a few times at work. Definitely not for restaurant work! I had to return them because the sole was coming apart after 2 months, but Zappos stood behind the product and replaced them and no problems with the new pair.

I am a school teacher and with the types of classes I teach I am required to do a lot of walking and standing for long periods of time. Great shoe and my second pair. Durable, really comfortable, great arch support. I wear as casual for work which school permits. I am coming back to Zappos for the next pair!

Got these to replace the pair I have in which I have worn out the soles over 5 years. Great shoes. Planning to use these ones to walk around Europe for 10 days in January and I have no doubt they will be warm and comfortable. Great with hiking socks too.

This is my first pair of Keens and I love them! I was looking for a walking shoe that wasn't brightly colored or orthopedic looking, that I could wear every day. The Toyah isn't padded like a walking shoe, but it's still comfortable and much more stylish. I appreciate the muted, monochromatic colors (I got "slate black" which is actually a beautiful dark brown) and I wear them everywhere. The wide toe box is perfect for me, but the rest of the shoe is a bit too wide, so I just wear thick socks to compensate. Although they have a decent insole with better arch support than lots of other shoes, I replaced them with my usual orthotics, which I started using after having problems with plantar fasciitis a few years ago. All in all, a great shoe for casual wear. And Zappos' service can't be beat!

I selected and bought this shoe for comfort and walking while traveling. This was a great find and buy! It is very comfortable, and looks great with jeans, I would buy it all over again.

I've been a Keen snob for 10 years now, I used to buy cheap fashion shoes that eventually started hurting my feet and giving me corns/bunions. Once I bought my first pair of Keens I've never worn anything else. This shoe is what I consider to be the "classic Keen" style. I've tried some of the other styles but like this one the best for my wide feet. Keen makes a quality shoe and as long as they keep making shoes in the classic style, I'll keep buying them. I get compliments all the time on all my Keens. Thank you, and Zappos is the best place to shop online.

I love the sandals, and I find these very good for the winter. My only complaint is that they are a little stiff. The arch support is excellent and they have helped me with my plantars.

I love these shoes. Everything was as represented in the specs except that the color "madder brown" is a dark red, not brown (but it looked like a red on my computer, so I wasn't surprised). I wear a size 7.5-8. Based on other reviews, I went with the 8 and it is roomy enough to wear with thick socks. I especially like the wide toe bed and the arch support. I've gone for a couple walks and my feet felt great afterwards, like they've been massaged. Never got that feeling from a shoe before!
