I love these shoes. They are really comfortable and have great arch support. I ordered an 8 since a few reviews said they ran a little bit small but were actually a little too big so reordered in 7 1/2 and they fit great. Zappos is the best - I have never gone wrong when I have ordered from them.

Perfect fit right out of the box (which is rare for me to say). I bought these from Zappos and another Keen pair from the Keen site (the Bryce WP). These have great support, a rugged but casual look to them and what appears to be a durable tread but time will tell. These also accommodate my custom orthotics very well but like I said, the support is already so great, I don't even feel like I need my orthotics. As for the Bryce WP, the cut of the shoe is much narrower. To look at it, in person, it's virtually straight up and down. The Toyah's definitely have a wider forefoot which, for me, is what makes them so comfortable. The heel fit perfectly too; not digging in, not too loose. I hope these last a long time.

I loved this shoe from the moment I put it on! It has a very roomy toe box, and does not force my foot to roll inward as so many shoes do. This is the first time I have purchased a shoe by Keen, and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Very comfortable shoe on my arthritic old feet. Didn't need to 'break them in' as they were shaped inside perfectly for my sole, arch, heel and toes.

I ordered this shoe in the olive and the chocolate color, both 1/2 size larger than my usual size of 10.5. The olive was disappointing in that it seemed almost gray and it was much larger than the chocolate pair with the right shoe larger than the left shoe. Too bad, I really wanted the olive color. I'm returning it and keeping the chocolate pair as they are a perfect fit and at 1/2 size larger than my usual size they accommodate the neuroma on my right foot so comfortably - finally a pair of cute shoes that don't look like boats on my feet and that accommodate orthotics.

I own this shoe in a medium gray color which they don't seem to offer anymore. I have to say that this is the most comfortable shoe I currently own. Would highly recommend. Worth the price.

These shoes are very comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in period needed. I was worried the back may give some friction problems on the back of my heel, but I have not had any issues at all with it. I love these cute sporty shoes with all my casual wear.

Work on my feet 15 plus hours a day these are the most comfortable shoes ever bought, can wear new shoes all day long. I have bought different styles of Keens, even sandals, love them all. Haven't been disappointed yet.

I could not find these shoes anywhere but Zappos. I ordered them and got them within 4 days. I love these shoes, they are true to size. I have bunions there is plenty of toe room and arch support.

I have been wearing these shoes every day for the last 4 months. My feet are wide, and I've been squeezing them into shoes all my life. I have arthritis in my forefeet now, and I need extra toe room. These are perfect for me. Finally, a shoe that feels good on my feet. Thank you KEEN for making "healthy" shoes. The only recommendation I would make for style...is an all black sole (just to make them look a bit less like an athletic shoe.) BUT, certainly NO COMPLAINTS! I wear them EVERYWHERE!

The shoe is cut a high and hits just under ankle bones. With that being said, I wear theses for work everyday, soon I don't feel the shoe on my feet. They have felt good from the first time I put them on. They're light weight. My feet, legs, and back don't ache anymore.

I have grown to like these more & more. I wear them for every day comfortable shoes for winter time. I originally bought them for walking my dog & to keep my feet dry. They are a wide shoe for all foot widths.

This is my second pair of Keen lace ups and they are excellent. The first pair was Keen Presidio, very similar to this shoe and it was also excellent. This time I got 1/2 size larger to give a bit more room in the toe box for my aging feet & the fit could not be more comfortable. I wore this shoe the first time all day and was perfectly comfortable. I had the same experience with my Keen Presidios. And as always, Zappos gives the very best service. The Keen Toyah was an exchange for a pair of shoes purchased 10 months prior which had never been worn and which I decided to return. Zappos made the exchange promptly and with a very friendly response. I will never shop for shoes anywhere else!

Great shoe! It's very supportive. I bought a black pair about 2 years ago and wore them everyday. They are still like brand new. In August I bought a brown pair (a girls needs variety). Even though they are on the high side for this type of shoe it's worth every penny because they will last forget. My black ones still look great. It does take a bit of getting use to especially for those who wear dress shoes all the time. Just stay with it, you won't regret it. Enjoy!

This is my second pair of this style. I wear them almost every day at work (I am a nurse and walk a lot). I wanted to get a new pair before they changed the style. I put them right on, they fit my feet perfectly and never needed breaking in. My feet never hurt at the end of the day. I love them!

I wanted a pair of casual shoes to go with jeans and khaki's instead of having to wear my gym shoes all of the time. These shoes are cute and comfortable. I wore them to tour the Smithsonian this past weekend and my feet felt fine.

I have plantar fasciitis and bought these shoes complete with cork insoles. Love the looks of the shoe and the support. Will need to break them in. Salesman said I could wear them for 4 hours to start and that's about right.

I also have plantar fasciitis and this is the only shoe that supports my feet! I am a nurse and I am on my feet all day, so I have tried everything else. Instantly felt good on my foot when I tried them on!

Love these shoes. At first I thought the heel was way too wide. It is a little wider than normal. But after I wore these a few times I fell in love with them. I have been wearing them almost every day and they are very comfortable.

The fit is not as comfortable as it looks. Needs to be more flexible. Tongue is a bit long, and it slides off my heel.

I'm sorry because I love Keen shoes, but these shoes are just ugly. And they ran a little large. Didn't really want to take them out of the box.

Great shoe but I need an 8 rather than a 7.5...has same comfort as a Keen hiker that I purchased and have been real happy with.

These are my first pair of Keens. Fit great out of the box. I have bunions, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, etc, and these are very comfy. Look pretty good too. The color for the "slate black" is about right - nothing black about it (more elk brownish). Size seems pretty good.

I took these shoes out of the box and wore them all over San Francisco for three days straight. I had no trouble with the tongue or the heel rubbing; there was no break-in period. I usually have to order a wide width in walking shoes to accommodate my toes in socks, but the medium width of these Keens is perfect in the toe box as well as the instep and heel. You can substitute orthotics for the removeable insoles, but the arch support is great. They are a little clunky, so I only rate their style a 4.

I have severe Plantar Fasciitis and could hardly walk down the stairs until I ordered these shoes. These are amazing! Incredible support and great snug fit! I'm a Keen customer for life now!
