These shoes are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes that I have ever bought. They don\'t even need breaking in, and they provide good support. I have tough feet to fit, and I couldn\'t be happier. I may have to order another pair.

I ordered these sandals hoping, but not really expecting them to work out for me. I really need a AAAA shoe and these are listed as AA. However, I find that because of the velcro adjustable straps, I can fit them to my skinny feet very well. Also, the footbed is dreamy. Try \'em - you\'ll like \'em.

Very comfortable! I need good support as well as shoes that feel good as my feet swell. In fact, I called immediately to get another pair.

Softwalk Sandals are amazing. I have problem feet and few sandals or shoes are comfortable. \\r\\nThese sandals are great. I really like the foot bed.

Hesitant to order online but it all worked out. Minimal arch support but the cushioning makes up for it, and there are no arch support sandals out there. I have been wearing Ecco and Clarks. Site didn't have the color I wanted so I ventured away to the closest match I could find. I prefer straps across front and rear of foot top for security. Not one of those flip flop types, at least at work. These shoes are very comfortable, and 3 weeks in are wearing very well.

I bought these sandals as a Mothers' Day gift for my Mom, who wears a 9 1/2 narrow and is hard to fit. As soon as she slipped on these sandals and walked around a bit, she raved about the style, the fit, the support and especially the comfort. She says walking in these sandals is like walking on a cloud.

I found these shoes a little short and had to order the next size up, but the width is perfect and can be adjusted. They are very comfortable even on my bunion. Highly recommend these sandals.

This was the first time I had ordered from Zappos, and I was amazed at their friendly, helpful customer service! I ordered the shoes on a Saturday and they were at my door on Monday. The pair I ordered is wonderful and very easy to wear. The adjustable straps work well to assure a custom fit, and the cushion insole makes for comfortable walking. My feet are hard to fit, and this was a good choice!

I was looking for a good sturdy walking shoe for my upcoming trip to Italy. Most walking shoes I looked at in the stores were ugly and did not come in my narrow size (AA). I came upon the Black Bolivia (which also adjusts with velcro straps) made by Softwalk and ordered them. I like the way these shoes look, kind of European looking. Wow! I have been wearing them in order to break them in for my trip and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Truly a Softwalk shoe. Not only that but everywhere I go, people compliment me on my shoes. My neighbor is also taking her own walking tour this summer and upon seeing mine, immediately ordered her pair and loves them, too.

I love this shoe. The leather is baby soft and the velcro on the straps is long enough to enable a proper fit. The insole caresses the foot and adds to the overall comfort. Do yourself a favor and try them. Bet you'll love them, too.

This sandal is simply, very comfortable, especially on the bottom of the foot. Also, the back strap does not rub.

As expected, these sandals are great (I am a long time SoftWalk fan). I have two pair of Bolivia sandals (sand nubuck and smooth leather) and I plan on wearing them a lot this summer. They are true to size and width and the egg crate sole is so comfortable. I think the nubuck is a little softer in the straps than the smooth leather, but overall am quite satisfied with this purchase!

I have a really hard time getting comfortable shoes/sandals for my feet. These are really good. My only complaint would be that they are a smidge shorter than I would like. I feel like, if my foot slides forward at all, my toes will be on the ground. The velcro makes them adjustable and the foot bed is very comfortable. They look nice too.

I have them in black, the leather is much softer in black than it was in light beige color, had to return it. The black color work perfect.

Leather maerial was very soft, but had to return for a one-half size larger. These sandals run a tad on the short side. The Cognac color was much prettier than shown, will be eagerly waiting for my larger pair.

This shoe ran too short by about 1/2 size. Too bad I will have to return it - cute and very comfortable for long walks.

These sandals are great for me. My feet are thick and swell a great deal due to poor circulation. The Velcro straps allow my "fat" foot to fit into the sandal. The strap around the back of my heel keeps me from having to curl my toes to keep the shoe on my foot. The only negative is the foam footbed on the right shoe "hisses" as the air rushes out when I step with my right foot. Other than that, I love these sandals!

I bought these sandals to replace a favorite worn out pair of Naots. They are definitely comfortable - good support - with 2 velcro closures, finding the right comfort setting is possible. However, the best way to take the sandals off is via the velcro, so each time I put them on, I'm looking for the right setting. Other than that, very comfortable and supportive - and I like the way they look!

Really wanted to love this shoe, but it just didn\'t work. The eggcrate insole, while soft, felt oddly bumpy underfoot. I guess I could have gotten used to it, but the clincher was the unadjustable heel strap. My left foot is just a bit larger than my right, and the strap was uncomfortable in the first five minutes. Never a problem with a return to Zappos, so now I\'m shopping for something else!

Shoes run true to size, narrow ones a teeny bit snug for me. Soft and comfy, not the most comfy ever, but good looking and good quality shoes.

I have problem feet - very thin, fallen arches, reconstructed bones in arch, bunions, etc. so it\'s very difficult to find shoes that are comfortable all day. These sandals do the trick - they were comfortable almost immediately. The pictures make them look more stylish than they really are, but I\'m OK with that as long as they give me some support, don\'t hurt, and don\'t give me shin splints.

Received these in 9N and they were too narrow. First time I've ever had that happen! Reordered in a 9M and they fit fine. I have problem feet and need lots of padding, have to fit around surgically repaired toe, can't be slides or too high in the heel. We live in sandals here in the desert year round so I'm glad to find a pair that fits.

I have fibromyalgia which causes my feet to be very sensitive. I need a great deal of cushioning that will absorb the shock of stepping with out bottoming out. I also have neuromas which need a different kind of cushion to protect the damaged nerves. On top of that I also an extremely high arch, damaged cartilage and an unstable bone just above the metatarsal. As one might imagine I have great difficulty finding shoes that work for me. These shoes worked wonderfully for the neuromas, but the cushion bottoms out making my feet feel like they are being slapped with a board every time I step. Also, I find them very slippery making any step on even slightly uneven ground feel precarious. Someone else with out all my problems may find these work for them. Unfortunately, they did not work for me.

I love SoftWalks, but this sandal was not as comfortable as others I have previously purchased.
