Incredibly comfortable. I have not found a shoe this great - perfect from the moment I tried it on and continued as I wore it the first day. No spots that rubbed; no problems at all. Comfortable.

I love these shoes! They are unbelievably soft and comfortable, especially important features for feet with plantar fasciitis. They run short, however! Having adjustable straps is a big help.

Finally I found a comfortable and attractive sandal that gives me the stability and flexibility I need for my tender feet. The straps can be adjusted to a perfect fit any time.

Love Softwalk shoes! The padding is excellent. The adjustable straps are great also. I've worn Softwalk in the past and found them to be long-lasting even with daily wear. This shoe ran a bit shorter in length and was somewhat narrow, so I went to a wider width. And Zappos? This company can't be matched for customer service. The next-day delivery is wonderful!

I have ordered at least 10 pairs of brown sandals, trying to find a very comfortable, secure pair for walking around Europe soon. I keep expecting Zappos to fire me as a customer, as I have sent so many shoes back, but they have been wonderful as usual. This SoftWalk Bolivia is the keeper for me. No, it is not the most attractive sandal but it does not win the ugly award either, as a previous reviewer said. My husband even thinks it is cute, but what does he know? It is truly like wearing a slipper though, and because it came in a narrow width, it is snug and secure.

These shoes are like walking on air. I absolutely love them. I think if I decide to order another pair I would order a size up. They fit perfectly but I would like to have them a tad longer. I really like the color. It goes with everything.

I have extremely narrow flat feet. I usually wear slim, but I think these shoes will work for me since the straps are adjustable. I usually wear 11S, so I ordered 10.5 S thinking they would be narrower. I think they are going to work.

These sandals are very comfortable, attractive and adaptable for my foot problems. I'm very happy with them and with Zappos - it's a great company.

I have injured legs. This shoe has the comfort that I always find with Softwalks. They never seem to disappoint me. The style is perfect for Florida's casual living.

We dubbed this shoe 'the ugliest we've ever seen'! In addition to finding it very wide and stiff, it sure got beat with an ugly stick!

Really comfy sole! Shoes make a slight wheezing sound with each step, though. Not bad, and they'll probably get quieter with wear.

Love the sandals - since I have bunions the adjustable velcro straps make them so comfortable. Took a 1/2 size smaller.

Bought these as a gift for my mother-in-law who was wearing men's sneakers because she couldn't get anything comfortable in a women's shoe. She loves these. They were comfortable right out of the box! Adjustable straps and cushy sole she said feels like heaven!

They are incredible, love them. Hardly came of my feet since I got them. They Came to Egypt and Israel with me and I hardly had any other shoes on my feet.

Very comfortable shoe. I have much foot problems and this shoe is very, very comfortable to wear all day. The shoe has ways to accommodate problem areas. I liked it so well that I bought another pair immediately. Thanks to Zappos also for allowing me to return other shoes that I ordered and did mot fit my feet as these do.

I love these sandals! I have a long, narrow foot. The well-known, brands of sandals I have worn these last several years hurt the sole of my forefoot so much that I cannot wear them very long. The SoftWalk Bolivia are so nicely cushioned that I am able to wear them all day with no problems. I love the velcro straps because the sandal fits securely and I can also loosen them in hot weather when my feet tend to swell.

I needed comfortable sandals that I could do a lot of walking in while on vacation in Mexico, and I found them! The sole of the sandal is very soft and cushioned. The straps are suede-like and did not chafe. The fit was true in both length and width. I was very pleased with them. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a sandal that was a little more attractive, but comfort trumped beauty for this trip!

The shoes are great. My daughter has a very wide foot and we were able to find these to fit her comfortably. They are more stylish than the orthopedic looking ones we found in a local store and these were priced better as well. Zappos was wonderful to work with. We ordered several pairs of shoes one evening, I believe it was after 8pm. The shoes came the very next day! Some didn\'t fit and we had to return them. It was easy to do and didn\'t cost a penny. Thanks, Zappos, you\'ve made us loyal shoppers!
