This shoe is so comfortable -- both top and bottom. Because of my bunions, I must look for sandals that have adjustable straps. The problem with most sandals with adjustable straps across the top area of my foot is that the straps almost always seem to scrape some part of the top of my foot so that even with everything else being great about a sandal, I can't wear it if it rubs the top of my foot raw. I've even resorted to trying to line these straps with several band aids, but this only minimally helps. So when I ordered four black sandals with adjustable straps I worried that they would all cause that rubbing problem, but the SoftWalk Bolivia has somehow designed the top strap so it doesn't scrape my foot and the cushiony sole and attractive design are the icing on the cake. Needless to say, Zappos makes ordering shoes painless for people like me with aging and fussy feet.

This is the most comfortable walking sandal I've ever worn. I have multiple foot issues. Have had 1 bunion surgery and headed for another. Also, suffer with plantar fasciitis and neuropathy. Shoe is so cushioned it's like walking on two pillows. Feel secure walking with thick, slip-free bottoms. I got them in black. More stylish than expected. Love them!

I have large very flat feet with a genetic trait where I am missing joints in the toes. I am often in pain. Finding comfortable shoes that fit is my "Holy Grail". Thanks to the selection and excellent return policy, I was able to finally find these comfortable sandals. I am going to Japan as a chaperone with young people and these sandals will allow me to stay cool and pain free! Love you Zappos!

Probably because of constantly being on my feet teaching music classes most of my life and wearing at least moderately high heels, I have terrible feet! I have had two toe surgeries within the past five years, but I remain active, regardless! These sandals are by far the most comfortable sandals that I have chosen for comfort as well as style. I am old, but I refuse to wear old lady shoes! These black suede sandals look very good and provide wonderful pillowy comfort for the bottom of my feet. I also wear a 6AA shoe, so finding an attractive, healthy shoe is a challenge. These sandals fits the bill! The Velcro makes adjusting the fit very easy, but does not show in the design. They get five stars from me.

I purchased these to replace a pair of Clarks that Zappos no longer carries. They were surprising comfortable and have excellent arch support. Looking forward to many long walks in these!

I ordered 11N my usual size. The shoes were quite wide and could not be adjusted (with the velcro) to fit my narrow foot. The footbed was so soft. Not a pretty shoe, but would have worked had it been a good fit.

My experience with Zappos was not my first - they are a great company with great customer service. I love the SoftWalk shoes. I have many foot problems and they are very comfortable. I would just suggest that they run a little big in the length so order 1/2 size down.

I love these shoes but unfortunately they were not wide enough for me. Normally WW are plenty wide but the top strap went right over my bunion, but they were very comfortable and would have been great to walk in, I think.

Like marshmallows on my feet! They are so comfortable right out of the box I want to sleep in them, bet I can wear them with socks this winter, they live up to their name SoftWalk, real quality worth every penny!

A great, great sandal for those of us with foot problems like bunions, plantar fascia and other. I am 59 with bad feet and walked around all day with these sandals on. Got two pair. They are adjustable over the bunion areas!

I loved the shoe but my toes very hanging over the front. Otherwise I felt like I was walking on air.

I have post-op x 2 surgery on my feet and I was able to walk all over Italy and France. Best shoes for walking comfort I've ever had. They're so adjustable that no matter if your feet swell from air travel or whatever, just adjust the straps and Voila! Ready to go. Love them.

Super comfortable! The Velcro top makes adjusting easy. The waffled sole massages feet when sitting. Excellent sandal.

Purchased for my 90 year old mom. True to size and she loves them.

I absolutely love these sandals. They take me from day to sporty evening, can walk for miles and still have enough to go to dinner without having sore feet. These sandals have traveled all over with me, and have earned a place in my very small carry-on. I have even purchased more than one color, and even when they were not on sale! The footbed is so comfortable, it feels like pillows, and even the wide sizes are so well made that you do not look as if you have giant Sasquatch feet! I would recommend these to almost anyone, with the one catch being that they really are not dressy enough for dresses or at night.

Very comfortable. They have a lot of support. My 85 year old mother will not wear any other sandal. My only complaint is that the buckle tip fell off.

Amazing comfort immediately, the style makes my big feet look smaller, and the velcro straps are long and strong. It's nice that the back strap just has a little elastic, so the shoes do not come off unless you want them to! The cushioning is so nice for my sore foot. (I have a dropped foot, which stays swollen, and it's nice to be able to adjust each sandal differently.)

I have enjoyed these sandals immensely. I generally wear a medium width but the wider width worked better. These sandals are squeaky at times, but that is not a problem. I would certainly consider another pair.

I love these shoes. I have neuropathy and finding a shoe that I can wear is most difficult. I am very pleased with these. Zappos' service is excellent - a really fine company.

I've always loved softwalk shoes, mostly because I can go without my orthotics. I have very narrow feet, AA width. I love that I can adjust the straps to get a more snug fit. They're velcro. I also got a lot of compliments on them.

First time I have bought Softwalk, but I am sold! Extremely comfortable with no breaking in time. Bought the brown ones as well. Great for walking on vacation.

Took these shoes on vacation new and wore them for 15 days straight. Walked my legs off through Rome, Greece and Turkey at least 20 miles total. They were awesome and not once was I uncomfortable. Since my feet swell to twice the normal because of medical conditions, the room for adjustment was more than any other shoe I ever owned and a very important feature. Normally, I am not a walker so I was extremely pleased at the incredible comfort. These sandals are the best and I am ordering two more pairs for next summer. I am Zappos biggest fan.

These are so comfortable, a very soft footbed! Even after all day on my feet, I can loosen the straps a little and continue on! I've always loved red shoes and these go with everything!

These arrived almost before I clicked place order! They are the most comfortable sandals I've had on my feet in years! And they are so cute. The only drawback is that the color (this beautiful red) is not as saturated on the shoe as it is on the website. Not a problem, as these are intended to be casual sandals, and not intended to match a dressy outfit. I have both bunions and narrow feet, and the adjustable straps of this sandal accommodate both problems.
