This shoe was a sloppy fit on my feet. I ordered the EE and the footbed was fine but the straps did not fit tight enough to keep my foot from sliding around.

This shoe was comfortable, very cushion-y, and having the adjustable straps really helped customize the fit. The problem for me was that the heel is too high, the shoe is not flat enough. It put too much pressure on my knees when I was walking, by pushing me slightly forward. I need a flat walking shoe. Had to return them.

Had to return these ones - just a weird fit! REALLY comfortable, nice and wide and cute looking but even though the footbed was the right length the elastic back was tight enough that it pushed my foot forward so my toes were nearly sticking over the end! I tightened the toes and arch straps but they had enough give in them that when I walked my toes were hanging out again. Totally bummed becos I have a problem finding shoes that don't hurt and they were really comfy!

Liked the style of shoe and the fact that they would cover my bunion, which is a constant problem. After trying them in the house, I found that the "bumpy" inner sole was very uncomfortable. If they didn't have that I would have kept them.

This sandal is very comfortable and provides moderate support. It is not very durable, however. It began falling apart at the end of its second season of wear, which is why I only gave it three overall stars. I am accustomed to getting longer wear out of my sandals (Clark’s have proven to be very durable).

the back strap is not adjustable, so my foot did not feel stable walking. Otherwise, it's a really attractive, comfortable shoe

Was on the hunt for comfortable shoes to slip on to walk the dog. These are comfortable because they gave a pillow like footbed. The drawback is that the padding squishes when you walk and makes a sound with every step. The heels make the shoe kind of clunky looking as in old lady clunky not hipster clunky.

These are comfortable at first but the sole wore out very quickly; they became lopsided. Also the decorative buckles fell off. I have other SoftWalk shoes that have held up quite well.

Fit as expected. Well padded, foot pad feels good, but the top straps rub, the edges are almost sharp. I used an emery board to bevel the edges to make them feel better.

Based on the reviews I was looking forward to getting a comfortable sandal. I found the rippling foot bed to be uncomfortable and the straps to be so stiff that they irritated my toes. So, back they go.

Very nice shoe and very comfortable with a good fit, even for my 12N foot except the back strap isn't adjustable. With my narrow heels, it tends to slip down after I walk a few steps. Too bad, I liked the shoe a lot with that exception. I probably would work well for someone who wears a wider width.

The opposite of stylish. Comfortable? Absolutely, and if I had issues that impeded my walking I would definitely have kept these. But they look like orthopedic shoes and I just couldn't imagine a situation short of crossing the country on foot where I would go to my closet and put these on. Sorry but am sending back.

Heel strap not adjustable, although it looks like it is. It is too short, allowing your heel to rest too far in from end of shoe, therefore forcing your toes over the edge of the shoe. Not possible to push your foot back, by tightening the top straps. It also was not flattering on the foot. Returning.

I returned these because, though I marked these true to width, they were too narrow in front and too wide in the heel. I usually wear 11.5 N but these only came in 11 or 12; the length was okay. The front was too narrow but okay because the two straps were adjustable. However, the heel strap was way too loose and not adjustable. I thought it was adjustable from the photo but perhaps didn't look or read carefully. I felt very unstable with the loose heel strap. Otherwise, they are attractive and the footbed was very comfortable.

I love the shoe but sizing is a problem. I usually take a size 8.5 and have to go to 9.5 to have these fit properly. Love the style and the comfort.

While the shoe pad was very comfortable, on the extra wide shoe that I ordered, my toes hung over the toe base and the velcro fasteners are just too short. They barely closed. On extra wide they should certainly be longer and more substantial.Would not recommend for extra wide needs.

It is a shoe for older women who do not care about looks.The insole padding is comfortable, the fit is not. The ankle strap not as long as it should be,pushes the foot forward living a space on the insole showing. Toes are pushed forward. I have bought several shoes from this brand and liked very much. This one gave me the impression that the quality is getting inferior. Thanks!

I ordered this shoe in 9.5Wide and found the shoe comfortable and fits with adjustable (velcro) straps but my toes run to the very edge of the front. I think I will have a shoe repairman change the velcro to buckles over the winter because the velcro seems to give way and make the shoe looser when walking. Also, the backs are stretchy and the right shoe has worn off the skin on the back of my foot due to rubbing. I have been wearing a Band-aid on that foot.

The shoe felt great on the bottom, and I was able to adjust it to fit my narrow foot, though it still gapped a bit. But the straps came up too high and rubbed my ankle. And most distressing of all, it smelled terrible. I had the same problem with a different pair of Softwalk sandals last year. I thought the smell would wear off, but it still has an overly perfume-y smell like it's trying to cover up the leather processing or something. Disappointing.

I love SoftWalk shoes but I had to return these. The front with two velcro straps fit perfectly but the back strap comes up higher than I expected on the side and rubs against my ankle. I took them off immediately and put them back in the box for return. But I had ordered two other pairs with no back strap and I'm delighted with those.

Comfort - Yes. Style - No ! Let me say again -- if you're looking for comfort, this sandal is high up there. But it sure ain't "purdy."

The back strap hit my ankle bone and rubbed. Too bad, because these are cute and were otherwise comfy.
