I'm a wildlife major, and it's so nice to have minimal bulk between my feet and the ground when I'm in the field all day (plus they're washable!). These are my absolute favorite shoes, and they look really slick with a dress-casual outfit too. I only wish there were a way to prevent the heels of any Chucks from getting chewed up so quickly!

I love my chucks! These sneaks are awesome. They look great and are so comfy. I would warn that if you need a high arch support they may not be for you, but I'm flat footed, so high arches hurt my feet. I like that these have a somewhat flexible sole. To me they are very comfy. I am usually a 7-7 1/2 in sandals but an 8 in sneakers, and these fit perfect in size 8.

Great classic shoes. Standard fit, durable and stylish. Everything you expect from classic Chucks but with the twist of the slimmer sole which I love.

These shoes are awesome looking. I've gotten many compliments and questions on them. They run about 1/2 a size bigger. Delivery was fast like always. I love ordering through Zappos.

Really like these. I like the classic Chucks, but in general I'm a minimalist. I loved how these had a lower to the ground sole. The regular rubber sole just seems too chunky for me. Fits like a charm (I'm normally a 6, size 6 fit perfect), looks great, perfect for casual wear at work. Very pleased.

Love these shoes, although I think Chuck's are more of a kids shoe. I use these for my Crossfit workouts and they are priced cheap, hold up very well, and are pretty minimal footwear. I would buy another pair for sure. I like the slim over the regular version of Chuck's. The Chuck Taylor look is there, but not as much chunk, if that makes sense.

Love these! I've been wearing Chucks since I was a kid, but I've never tried this style before, and I'm really happy with them. They're less bulky than regular Converse (not that they're really that bulky to start out with), so they look good with skirts, shorts and skinny jeans. They're just as comfy as regular Converse, and the sizing is the same (I'm always a half size down in Chucks from my regular shoe size). Overall, if you're a fan of Converse, I'd recommend these as a nice variation.

These are nice looking Chucks, definitely thinner, as everyone says. Ordered the duck one, the regular one and this. The duck fit perfect at 9.5, the regular was too loose, and this was too tight. Sending 9.5 back for a 10.

Nice spring/summer Converse. Little bit of arch support (not like the bad old days!) - so more comfortable over a days' wear. I didn't find the toe too big or long.

Great shoes. I've worn Chuck Taylors for quite a few years but have never been a big fan of the thickness of the sole. This slight change makes it a fantastic shoe!

I got these shoes because I work at a restaurant and needed closed toed shoes, but my feet are sensitive and my arches are always hurting but these shoes surprisingly gave enough support that I can wear them for hours without pain.

Noticeably slimmer sole but still very comfortable. The toe does curve up a little more than the classic chucks. It still runs about 1/2 size to full size too large, like the classic chucks, too. The lower profile of these shoes looks much better with skinny jeans/pants, in my opinion, and I really like the red stripe in the gray version. I got two pairs and wear them constantly.

I love these shoes. I do b-boy dancing and couldn't balance in lightweight shoes with support, style, and durability. I believe I finally found that shoe here!

Fantastic pair of shoes! I wear them at the gym for crossfit, and love them. They keep you close to the ground, and don't compress like other running shoes do for power-lifting. They are very agile, and running in them is very comfortable, also. These shoes handle running, lifting, gymnastics, and most everything else. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I own, and they look good too. On the comfort, they have very solid soles (which obviously is extremely necessary for lifting), which, after wearing them for longer periods of time can tire the foot somewhat. I would highly recommend these shoes.
