I have had 4 pairs of these shell toe classics , unfortunately bought a pair this year from a store and was so confident that there would be no problem that I threw away the old pair that I was wearing at the shop and put the new ones on. Big mistake , within two days of wearing them the glue where the shell toe sits and the shoe lining came away . Not sure if this is new production process gone wrong or a new design issue. Either way very disappointed , even to the point that I had thrown my older pair away due to natural wear.
I spoke with the shop , got a refund and they also said that they had a fair few returned for the same reason.
Overall disappointed , I love this design and would still buy another pair if I thought this problem was resolved. Adidas - get it sorted !!

I am completely embarrassed for Zappos right now. So I get a pair of these sneaker about once every three to six months. They are my favorite type of sneakers that I have ever known. Black with white stripes and a pair of wide white laces. So crisp, so clean. So for Christmas I asked for a pair as times are a little tough right now. I get them a little late as I was away for Christmas and finally get them today, and guess what... They are not new at all. They are a returned pair completely creased and with some sort of white gunk on the soles. I am highly disappointed and planning on returning them for another pair that I hope that have not been worn for a few days and returned then resold to me again.

I ordered and returned these shoes three times in a row and each size was way off! Be wary of getting these shoes if you have wider feet because these shoes are very narrow fitting and the heel is very long causing your heel to slip out. Other than that these are a great looking pair of shoes. It is a shame that I cannot wear them.

These shoes are nice looking. However, the quality is terrible. First of all they are sized way too narrow. The toe box is tight and these shoes are tight through out the entire shoe. they are not worth the money. The insoles are thin and glued into place. The soles are thin and flexible.
