Great good great shoe so comfortable yep so sp comfortable

I do not h Serra as why you advise customers to order at least 1 size smaller. The actual sizes of the shoes are not running large. I could have ordered size 9. It was in stock when I placed the order. But now it's out of stock. I want this model!

I sent the exchange request for both pairs of shoes ordered and I just got one back. Also haven't got any refund.

As my favorite brand, I was expecting quality footwear. What was received, was just shy of nock offs. My order did not get fulfilled, and I find myself asking how can a multi million dollar company have these issues?

Shoes are garbage, they have glue that is clearly visable along with bad stitching

Size 8 came up small and 8.5 came up big and loose. I'm normally 8.5 and none fitted. Someone needs to go back to drawing board

Glue all over on the white stripes the shoes I purchased..Returned the twice but same results. Called customer service which I was informed that they don't have the size I purchased in stock. Needless to say, because it was a birthday wish to have these shoes, I was focused to them in order to make a birthday wish come true.

like sneakers just can't wear them. Waste of money

I have several superstar adidas and have always liked the quality and style. This last time I purchased just didn't feel right and looked different. I decided to compare them to my other 8 pairs of superstars and found these differences. There's supposed to be an adidas stamp in the sole, it doesn't. Under the cushion sole the plant of the shoe is supposed to be blue with adidas in-signed, it does not. The stitching around the shoe is slim and looks cheap. There's a few of my friends that have noticed this and we have come to the conclusion that 1. Either the quality has gone down or 2. You've sent me a knockoff set. As a shoe guru I feel like I purchased a knockoff.

Based on guidance from Zappos responses in other reviews for this particular shoe, I ordered a size two sizes larger. Unfortunately, and not surprisingly, the shoes were two sizes too big! Was very frustrating.

I've been a fan of superstars for years. i used to always get them ever since i was in 2nd grade, every year for school. but apparently at some point you guys added "superstar" to the side of the shoe. i don't need my friggin shoes to say "superstar" on the side! please make an option where there is no text on the side of the shoes.

Poor quality lettering the letters are falling off after less than 2 weeks

Hi I have had 4 pairs of these shell toe classics , unfortunately bought a pair this year from a store and was so confident that there would be no problem that I threw away the old pair that I was wearing at the shop and put the new ones on. Big mistake , within two days of wearing them the glue where the shell toe sits and the shoe lining came away . Not sure if this is new production process gone wrong or a new design issue. Either way very disappointed , even to the point that I had thrown my older pair away due to natural wear. I spoke with the shop , got a refund and they also said that they had a fair few returned for the same reason. Overall disappointed , I love this design and would still buy another pair if I thought this problem was resolved. Adidas - get it sorted !!
