I ordered these in black leather, along with the Born Julianne and the Vince Camuto Ellen. Of the three pair, these were definitely the biggest, at least a half size bigger than they should be. They wouldn't even stay on my right foot. If they had fit, I may have kept them. The style is nice and the leather quality was fine. However they were not very foot hugging. They had a more rigid shape, especially compared to the Vince Camutos, which were incredibly soft leather, very flexible, and hugged the foot. Another thing to note, the soles are completely smooth. I tried them on wood floors and it wasn't a problem, but on anything slippery it may be.

Super Adorable. These shoes are comfortable and while simple are very elegant. I purchased these so that I would have something to wear with my professional clothes other than heels and they do the trick. The leather is high quality and is very soft. While they don't have significant support, they are slightly cushioned. They're a little loose at the heel, but nothing a heel liner won't fix, always better to have more room than not enough. The toe box is great too. There's enough room for me to move my toes around. The width is very roomy which may actually be why they feel slightly larger than I expected. Lastly, the sole is rubber but it's not perforated at all. It's completely flat so they might be slippery on wet surfaces. These are the perfect set of black flats to go with everything I wear for any occasion.

This is a nice, basic black flat. I needed a new plain black shoe for work and these fit the bill. I have wide-ish feet but typically can get by ordering the regular width. When I tried these on, they fit overall, but they felt a little bit narrow. I haven't broken them in yet but I think that once I walk around in them a bit they will stretch out slightly. No complaints overall.

These shoes are kinda odd. They run small, but still have a tremendous gap across the width of the shoe. I had to return them for them for the next half-size up, and of course, they still have have that funky gap when I walk. Honestly, the quality is substandard for Kenneth Cole Reaction, this is my fifth pair and the most flimsy. I chose to keep them because they are soft and rather comfortable. I recommend a thin insert for support. Despite the flaws, I still really like this cute little shoe.

These shoes are good for what they are - black leather flats - they don't have support, but if you're wearing during a commute before or after heels, or on brief outings, they get the job done and you'll look very put together. I do not recommend them for a day on your feet - that would be a horrible idea - but if you're looking for a classic flat that's a good quality, it's a great bet. Note that I've had these now for at least a year and a half (Zappos, when did I order these?!) and they have stretched out, particularly on the sides so that they are not staying on my feet really well. Still, I will consider getting them again because other options either look cheap or they're significantly overpriced. Having over analyzed the black-flat field when I was on the prowl, I can confidently say these are the best quality for the money - just don't image they're something they are not.

Cute and affordable. A little snug in length (my big toe hit the end just slightly). Width was fine. Heel support was springy, but not much arch support. Decided the end of my toe would probably be sore by end of day. Needing them to walk airport, stand all day.

Love these flats. Comfortable, and functional...dress them up or down! The only negative comment is the layer of material on the inside of the shoe has started to peel away.

I had read that these were wider than normal in the toebox with a narrow heel, and run a half size up. I have freak feet that are 10.5 size and shaped like triangles. I was hoping these would be perfect, but alas, they are regular fitting shoes for regular fitting feet. These did seem to run a touch long, but by no means run wide.

This is a comfortable flat that is great for work. It's not as shiny as it looks in the picture, which I think makes it look a little less stylish. But it goes well with pants or dresses and is pretty comfy. It took me about a day to break them in so they weren't rubbing my heels any more, but since then I have had no issues with them.

I bought these shoes to have as a casual flat. They look nice, but are very wide on me and the leather creases very easy. Not sure if this is just me, but they squeak a lot compared to my other flats. I'm not going to return them, but won't buy them again.

Good basic black flat. Getting a lot of wear out of these. Comfortable.

This shoe is really cute and comfortable. But if you need significant arch support, stay away from this shoe. There isn't any.

I love how cute they are but I am finding them to be more narrow than everyone else seems to. I'm a pretty solid medium/B width and they pinch my toes. But they are cute and otherwise comfy so I will carry on the tradition of wearing cute shoes that just aren't comfortable.

I had been looking for quite a while before I came across this beautiful shoe. I wore this shoe for half of my wedding ceremony (only half because I wore my Justin boots to the reception). I'm tall so I wanted something flat, comfortable, and elegant. This shoe fit the bill and while it doesn't have any arch support (what ballet flat really does?) I found it quite comfortable and stylish. Only thing I would caution is that if you have narrow feet (which I do not) you may need to size down a half size. Mine fit perfectly, but I have wide-ish feet.

I wear an 8 narrow and these shoes were just too wide for me. Cute shoe!

I think these shoes are cute, simple and classic. I ordered two pairs and wear them to work almost daily. My only issue is that they are pretty big. I am typically an 8 or an 8.5 in some brands, and I ordered the 8's. I am a little disappointed in how wide and loose they are. This was surprising to me because I can't remember the last time I was smaller than an 8 in any brand's shoes. I am afraid they will start to look sloppy as I wear them more.

These are very cute shoes made of soft comfortable leather. The pewter color is actually darker than pictured online. However, it is still a great neutral.

I bought these shoes for work and they are comfortable, but the toes crinkle on the front and that bothers me. Other than the crinkle they are a great shoe.

The shoe is cute, but I am a true 9.5 in flats, 10 in everything else and the 9.5's were about half a size too large. Also, the pewter color which I ordered was much darker in person than in the photo shown, so be aware of that. Other than that, very cute! Exchanging for a half size down.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. They are lightweight, so are not intended for serious walking on rough terrain.There is padding on the heel but I would have liked a bit of arch support, so gave them 4 stars. I bought them to have something easy to wear around the house and they are just right for that.

Takes a couple of days to break in, and need to be cleaned after wearing with water and soap after a week of wear to prevent smell, but overall a great shoe to wear. Does not slip. At times causes callus to form near big toe, but does not harm back of heel.

I got these in Camel Patent and they go with everything from black pinstriped slacks to jeans to dresses. I work in a business casual office and have been wearing these every day since I got them two weeks ago. If I could run around barefoot, I totally would and these make me feel like I am! Super cute minimalist shoe!

I love these--the style I ordered is leather inside and out and feels very well-made--but the pewter color is drastically different than the photo shows! In real life it's a deep, almost coppery pewter; nothing like the silvery color shown here. Just a word to those who are considering this shade. Otherwise, a great shoe.

Definitely runs a bit large in width (especially across the arch), but the length is true to size. color not as pictured (it's a darker brown instead of silvery). No arch support whatsoever.
