Very cute shoes - they are exactly as pictured, mostly comfortable, and zappos makes buying easy!

These shoes are fine. I needed some black flats, and they're comfortable and fit true. After some time wearing them, they're not holding their shape great, and I needed to add some gel insoles to make them worth standing in for long periods of time. But better than a lot of other flats I tried on.

Lovely, simple shoe. Love the soft metallic color. I really hoped it would feel better on my foot but it hit just at the minor 'bunion' spot I have so I need to return it. Too bad since it would be great as a 'house shoe' for the holidays. Nicer than a slipper.

Cute little flat. No real arch support but plenty of room for my toes without pinching. They go with dresses, capris and even jeans - a great simple, basic flat for anyone’s closet.

I think for basic flats they’re great. I sit at a desk for my job, so I don’t do much walking in them. They do not provide any support for much walking or standing.

Super soft but runs too big. Slipped off my heel with each step.

These shoes are cute (I purchased the patent leather in navy) and I think they are a great casual/slightly dressy shoe. I can wear them in the office comfortably but not if I'm going to be walking around quite a bit, as there just isn't much to them. Flat thin soles that leave my feet, shins and hips sore after much time standing.

I have been a 10.5 forever and sometimes I can squeak into a 10 but I had to order a 9.5 in this shoe which is crazy. I do think it will wear out in a year. Very flimsy and may stretch out but I'm ok with that. It's not a super solid shoe.

These run a touch big but I love them. They are cute and super comfortable.

Easy to slip on and cute style. But the shoe has no arch support and should not cost that much without any support in the construction. I really expect a little more from Kenneth Cole Company. It is so hard to find comfortable flats with arch support.

When II first put these shoes on I thought "oh no, they are going to slip off" BUT they never do. These shoes are a test of faith...they look great, are comfortable...almost too comfortable, that it is a totally foreign experience. I am glad I gave them a try and wore them all day while entertaining guests for the Thanksgiving holiday. A nephew accidentally spilled juice on me, we forgot the stuffing, but my feet were not a concern. I agree with one reviewer in that the shoes seem cut very low on the sides...but I think it looks nice. I have narrow feet and don't lean up against the shoe and lower it down further.

Love the look of these. I usually wear a 9 to 9.5. Got both, but ended up sticking with the 9 even though they were a little tight. The 9.5 just flipped off my heel when I walked. The 9 has now stretched some and fits quite well. If in doubt, go with the smaller size.

Nice shoes, I wear a size 9 and it seems like they ran slightly big. I wear padded inserts in my shoes, so that fixes the issue for me.

I was hoping these would be comfy, because they really look like it. But they were very narrow.

This shoe is great but I would order a half size smaller. It is the perfect black flat.

I loved the look of this shoe online, and when I opened the box I felt the same way. The color is a dark blue and when in the sun, a bit of iridescent I sparkle. On the down side, I wore these shoes all day to work and came home with two large blisters on my two pinky toes. I would not suggest wearing these shoes all day or for comfort. Would I buy these again? Probably not for the price paid. I give them the comfort level of something one could buy for much cheaper at a "big box" type store.

I was in search of a roomier pair of flats, and I remembered that I had had a pair of these before. Voila! They do fit a little larger and wider than you might expect, so definitely factor this in while you are ordering. Not that exchanges are particularly difficult with Zappos... :-)

Love these so much! I wore out my first pair and bought a second pair because I love them so much. No blisters, no discomfort at all! Didn't even have to break them in. Can't wait until my second pair arrives.

This is exactly what I was looking for. These are a little snug when you first get them. After a few times of wear, they are perfect. Just gotta break them in!

Love the idea of these shoes, but they're not great right out of the box. They rub both heels and one toe. Comfortable to wear so long as I have band aids on the rub spots.

Great everyday shoe. Lightweight and comfortable. Runs a little big. I returned my normal 9 1/2 and exchanged for a 9. Would recommend.
