These shoes are great but are a devil to break in. Wearing them for the first week or two gave me bad blisters. My toes also felt a little squished until I really broke them in. Now that they are broken in, I am totally comfortable in them. I wear them to work almost every day.

The silver interior rubs off and turns your toes silver. Otherwise, much better support and fit than a similar pair from Steve Madden which I had to toss.

I'm so happy with these classic flats! They are comfortable, like slippers. The leather is soft and easy.

I loved my first pair so much that I just bought my second pair. These are classic and comfortable. I wear them all the time. They look great with everything - jeans, leggings, skirts, dresses - everything!

These are fantastic. I was looking for a cute pair of black flats that were first and foremost comfortable, and I found them in these. The leather is really supple, so I didn't need to stretch them out or wear bandaids the first few days.

I never go out of my way to review a product, but I had to say that, at least for my purposes, these shoes are perfect. My mother sent me my first pair back in 2011, and I proceeded to wear them out completely, and just ordered my second pair from Zappos. They're versatile, pretty durable (everything I wear gets a beating), so easy and comfortable to wear, and, in terms of the style, they definitely look nicer than other flats I've found for a comparable price. Highly recommended as a wardrobe staple.

I often wear a 10.5 but due to reviews ordered a 10 and they got well. They are a little narrow through the toe but otherwise as comfy as you can expect from a flat! And super cute.

Soft, don't require much breaking in. Finish is nice and doesn't dull easily. Can see the white inner lining a little, but it doesn't look bad.

These are beautiful shoes, I ordered the gold patent, but they do run large. I was disappointed they did not have the smaller size. But not to worry,Zappos customer service took very good care of me. I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!

Most comfortable shoes I've ever had, and I have R/A and have had surgery on both feet. They look great as a casual shoe, or to wear to church on Sunday. I have the Midnight Patent, the Red Patent, and 2 pairs of the black leather. Love them!

This shoe runs big, so I had to exchange my original size for a 1/2 size smaller. Once I got the correct size, I loved the shoe. The blue patent is not too flashy, but still nice.

While these flats have no arch support, they are simple and cute. I've always had good luck with Kenneth Cole brands and expect these to be the same.

Very cute and something different to spice up my currently boring shoe wardrobe. This is the second pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction flats I've owned. I forgot when I ordered these that my last pair was a size larger than I usually wear and only ordered up a half size on these. They are okay, but I debated exchanging for a half size larger.

Returning for the 2nd time because they run large. Thank you Zappos for free shipping on returns.

I have these shoes in the Black Leather, the Midnight Patent Leather, and the Red Patent Leather. MOST comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I've had TONS of compliments on every pair, especially the red patent leather. I want to order another Black Leather, and a Black Patent Leather if they become available. I have NUMEROUS health issues, including R/A, and Raynaud's Syndrome - both feet have been operated on, and some of my toes are crooked again. Also, I lose circulation in my feet. These are perfect with a skirt, capri pant, or regular length pants. If you have foot problems, I recommend these highly.

LOVE theses shoes! I just received my third pair to keep my plan going.... wear older worn pair for casual and rainy days, newer pair for school, shopping and travel, and brand new pair for nights out- looks great with skirts, pants, even jeans. I LOVE these shoes. Just EXACTLY what I was looking for! I have the black, and just got the midnight blue. Praying they will get the red back in my size soon! I am tempted to buy another black pair. I have R/A and can't wear just any show anymore. These feel so good on my feet, and look SO cute with crop pants, jeans, or even dress pants! I am 5'11" tall, so I don't need to add more height to myself. Besides, with the R/A I can't wear heels anyway! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these!

I love these shoes and always get compliments when I wear them. They look like a dressy shoe, but they feel like a walking shoe. I have very little arch, so if you need arch support you may need to use an insert.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Hoping the Navy comes back in stock soon. I have foot problems, and R/A and these are very comfortable and I've had many compliments on the black pair! Love these.

Love them. Super cute. Lots of compliments. The only negative thing I could say is that the start to crease and bow out a little bit at the midsole after you walk in them for a while. But I still love them and I don't think it's too noticeable to other people.

These shoes are super cute! I get so many compliments when I wear them. I did need to go up a half size. I am normally a 6.5 and the 7 fit perfectly. The only downside is that they do not have much support so my feet are sore after a full day of wearing them.

I love these shoes! A little on the big side, I'd say, but not big enough to go down a size. They have a great shine to them and I get plenty of compliments. They do scuff easily though.
