I really didn't like these. I felt like a pilgrim. They weren't very comfortable, and the look wasn't at all modern. Pass.

Very cute shoe but will be returning. I found them to be very stiff and tight across the top of the foot and I take a 6 1/2 regular with no foot problems. They go back.

Something must have been wrong with this order--I couldn't even get it on my foot and I can't tell if it's the correct size because it's not marked on the shoe, only on the box. Bummed!

I bought these for work since I'm pregnant and needed some good supportive flats. These fit tight when I received them, but since they were leather uppers I thought they would stretch. WRONG! I wore them once and had blisters on my feet at the end of the day. Awful shoes and now I can't return them. $75 wasted. If you buy these and they don't feel great immediately, return them. They will not wear in.

These shoes were pure torture to wear and had to go back. Where the shoe meets the top of the toes was so painful I could barely walk after wearing them an hour. Totally unexpected from a brand that's all about comfort!

These are the singularly most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned! I'm so disappointed, thinking Naturalizers to be known for comfort and support. The heel is particularly biting on my heel, and very stiff. I've had them a good while now and they will not be broken in -- although I keep trying. Can't wear them very long because of the pain and my skin! The toe is also uncomfortable -- pressing on my big toe and rubbing my nail polish off. I don't usually have issues in the toe area, but these are unusually uncomfortable.

I am always a size 11M -- no 10s or 11s here; a solid 11M. However, I couldn't even get this shoe on my foot without a struggle! Totally ridiculous. This is going back.

Sadly, these are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I was hopeful they would break in, so I did not return them (huge mistake). With my bunions, I had to order a wide, but the heel will not stay on. In addition, the shoe's construction cuts right across my bunions, making them very painful to wear.

When I tried the black version, they were far too tight and hurt my heel. I wore the metallic for several hours straight, and while they felt less tight, the pain to my heels was too much to bear. Too bad because they are really cute.

Does not come close to running true-to-size. I ordered 10W and could not get my toes into it. Beautiful shoe but sizing is way off!

This is a horrible shoe! The sizing was so off (smaller than the stated size) I had to return it twice and then (even in the correct size) it was ridiculously tight in the heel. Major disappointment!

These shoes are awful. They are super uncomfortable. They rub on the bone by my big toe and hurt really bad. They are constantly slipping off and are too narrow. I got the WW.

I initially liked the style of this shoe, but after wearing it to work for the second time, I found it to be very uncomfortable and developed blisters on my pinky toes. I'm very unhappy with the purchase, because I bought the same shoe in brown also, and have worn those once. The first day of wear the shoe was fine, but the second time I wore them they caused a great deal of pain.

Like the looks of the shoe but after an hour wearing it, it became too painful and I had to wear it the rest of the day. Can't wear it again! The top of the toe box has no give or wiggle room and caused a lot of toe pain.

I ordered these shoes in the nickle alloy because that was all that was left in my size. I was really hoping they would fit because I need some cute flats; however, I got them in the mail yesterday and was disappointed by Naturalizer once again. I don't know in what world their wide width is actually a wide width. I can't imagine what their regular width is like. I'm going to suck it up and order the WW; I just hope that they're not too wide. I hate my feet. Zappos is great though! I ordered the shoes on Sunday and they arrived on a Tuesday.

These are very cute and a great color. But not a WW for sure! I am sorry but these have to go back in the box and back to the Zappos people. I am glad that Zappos is so return friendly.

I've had these shoes for almost a year and they have no support. I like them because they go well with slacks or dresses for work, but the lack of support is so bad that it makes my feet hurt. Do not get these if you have to stand all day at work.

These felt great when I wore them at work for the first hour. Now I wish I would have returned them. I have a wide foot so I ordered the extra wide and they feel wide enough, but they rub the top of my pinkie toes under the toenails to the point that I have to wear bandaids on them if I wear the shoes. It's almost like there's not enough clearance between the top and bottom of the shoe in the toe area. I know it's the right size because I have plenty of room to move. There is absolutely no shock absorption on the ground and you feel everything you step on. I really really really wish I would have returned them because they were expensive.

The shoe was so small I could not determine comfort or fit. The outside aspect of the shoe (i.e., the right side of the right shoe) was less than 1 inch high. Very odd design.

This is a cute shoe without support or padding which was a real shame because otherwise I'd have kept them...they would be okay for light errands or going out but not for a full day of work. I bought them to take on a business trip to Montreal. After just one half day of walking from hotel to convention center and the welcome reception to the conference, I was in pain. I did not wear them until my return and tried them once more and had the same problem...severe bony pain after a day's use...so much so that I am hobbling at home and out to my car at day's end. The pain does not get better without Advil and heat. Just not what I expected. I am a nurse practitioner and I run around the hospital all day...would have been nice to have such cute shoes but I guess I am back to looking at Dansko's and "fuddy duddy" footwear. Sigh.

So cute and comfortable...if I could get my toes in the shoe. The front of the shoe is very low, and I can't fit myself completely into the shoe. (I wear a six, normal width, slightly higher instep.)

I have bought Naturalizer shoes in the past and they have run large. I was sure these would fit. since I ordered my normal size thinking they would run a little big and give me room for my very thin orthotics. I really wanted these shoes to fit. They felt like they were a full size too small and definitely not wide. I kept checking to see if the wrong size shoe had been put in the box. Thank goodness for Zappos easy returns.
