For my 6W they were too long in the heel. They are also really flat even though the photo shows a small heel. I plan to send back.

Bought these for a cute pair of "pregnancy flats." I usually wear a wide in this brand and ordered a double wide as your feet spread and swell during pregnancy. Got them and they were not only too short in my regular size of this brand, but they were also very narrow. I feel like Naturalizer runs narrow anyway, but a WW? I was expecting lots of room! These are adorable and stylish and the leather was very soft. Giving them a second chance in a bigger size.

I ordered this shoe in a narrow and though it says size narrow it fit like size medium. They were way too big and did not stay on my feet.

I am planning on sending them back - have not worn them but when I tried them on they hurt my feet! Was disappointed because Naturalizers are supposed to be comfortable!

This shoe has a tight internal band that hits directly across my big toe joint. It pinched so badly that I couldn't even tolerate standing in the shoes, let alone walking in them. I'll be sending them back. I take an 8 1/2 WW and it's very difficult to find any shoes that fit me at all. I'm disappointed because this is a beautifully designed shoe.

I've sent these back. After trying to break these in for several weeks I have given up. I wanted comfortable black flats for work, but the "bunion area" or top of the foot, where the big toe connects with the foot, continues to be rubbed by the shoe and leaves a red mark on both of my feet. I don't have bunions but that's the best way I can describe where it's hurting. The style was fine. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7. The 7 was a good fit as long as I wasn't walking in them.

I loved them, bought them twice, but this is why I will not ever buy these shoes again. My husband bought me these Naturalizer shoes when I started my new job two years ago. I absolutely loved them. They are super comfortable, work appropriate and young looking. However, after wearing them for a few months, the insole started wearing off. I thought the reason may be that I wore them in in the rain a few times and my feet were wet. I live in Seattle and the roads are often damp. Within a year of owning them, I bought my second pair. I treasured them, only wore them when it was super dry. Also, I would often pack them in my bag and only wear them indoors, within the office. And as context, my office is less than three blocks away from my home. However, it has been seven months and yet again, the insole is coming off. Exactly the same way it did for the previous pair. I am disappointed in Naturalizer.

A lovely flat, but unfortunately, the top portion was very "short" (dug heavily into the base of my toes.) I don't have a high foot, so I imagine this will feel tight for a lot of people. Too bad!

Cute shoe, but very uncomfortable. I had blisters the very first day. I read other reviews and decided to try out for a little while longer. The problem with the blisters got a little better, but the shoes are so noisy. They squeak every time I step. Plus, by heels keep slipping out of them. I bought heel inserts and that didn't help. These shoes are going back.

Size and width were both small, I rarely have sizing issues. Order larger.

These look good but they hurt my feet - the place where the base of your big toe hits the inner rim of the material is too tight. They seemed okay when I was trying them on, now after one real day of wear I have blisters on both feet. Unfortunately they've been "worn" and I recycled the box so I guess I'm stuck with them. What a waste of money.

I like this shoe but it cuts into the top of my foot. So, sadly, I have to return it. If I got a bigger shoe I fear it would fall off. I know I have wide feet but I didn't realize they were thick besides.

Frumpy looking shoe that I expected to be comfortable but it is not. Pinches my toes.

I wasn't impressed with the leather when I opened the box and when I slipped the right shoe on, I was disappointed. An eleven wide was not wise at all!

Not very stylish. Felt very stiff and tight around the toes. If the style was cuter I would have kept them for work days but I am hoping I can find some other plain Jane brown shoes that feel better.

Overall, I'm disappointed with these shoes. The style is as you see on the website: they are not flashy, or too cutesy. They have a simple, but not plain, look that appealed to me. The heel is cushioned, which I do like, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. It took way too long to break them in, and even now, after having worn them a good dozen times, they are still not what I would deem comfortable. I ordered them in wide, but they still feel quite narrow, especially the left shoe. I even double checked they didn't somehow send me mismatching shoes. But the most bothersome aspect is where the shoes hit along the top of my big toe. It must hit some nerve, causing a numbing sensation. It's not painful perse, but it is something I'm aware of at all times. I wish I had just returned them immediately, rather than thinking breaking them in would be the answer. I would not buy these again.

I'm not really sure how anyone could call these wide. I ordered the 6.5WW and could not even get them on. I ordered the SoftWalk Napa flats at the same time and those are heaven. The Maude flats are going back.

If you are truly a WW do not even think about this shoe fitting. For a normal foot, it would be a fine shoe.

I wanted to love this shoe. I love Naturalizer and this is a super cute black flat. Sadly to say, it HURTS. There is zero give in the toe box so after wearing I have an angry red line arching over the top of my foot where the edges of the shoe are. Unfortunately I threw the box away so I can't return. I can't wear them because they hurt so much and I work a desk job. I'm not running all day. This is a big disappointment from Naturalizer.

Very uncomfortable, I have the black ones and by the end of the day I just want to take them off! The also got a little crooked and loose! I will not buy again!

These shoes I ordered in a 8 1/2 WW. They felt both too short and too narrow. My right foot swells due to a blood clot from a pregnancy scarring my vein in that leg. However, when I tried them on my left foot they were still too narrow and short for even that foot. These shoes are definitely not correct in size. It is too bad. I really liked the looks of them. They would have been perfect to wear with my dress pants to work. They would even have been cute with a nice pair of jeans. The price was reasonable also. Will probably look for another brand and style. I do not even think the next size up would work.

I ordered this shoe in 8 Wide. It was too tight, so I returned it to get the WW (double wide) size. I thought for sure it would fit. The WW actually felt tighter than the W, so I returned it, too. I was so disappointed because this is a really cute shoe and lovely color (nickel alloy metallic). I'm thinking that the shoe must have been printed with the wrong size on the inside.

Sorry but they just don't fit my feet. They slide right off-despite my wearing this brand and size for years.

I ordered a wide, but they definitely did not have enough extra width. I ordered another style from Naturalizer and they had a perfect width. I wish they were more consistent in their fits because these were really cute shoes!

I bought these in 7 EE and they were really long and not very wide at all. The fit was pretty bad for a wide foot.
