Felt fairly comfortable except for the arched piece of leather on the top dug into my foot when walking (however, my feet are very sensitive to that). Chose to return.

I would not buy these shoes again and wish I could return them (but I've already worn and modified them by putting extra padding in). They were intended to be my staple black shoes for work and aesthetically are cute looking and go with many styles. However, I tend to prefer lighter shoes because I have a vey springy quick step and these made me feel like I was being slowed down. They are also incredibly squeaky walking on the floor at my work and it's just embarrassing to wear loud shoes so I don't.

I have only slightly wide feet and bought these in size 7C (W). The C width worked out okay for my toes, but it was huge in the heel! I mean, huge. I tried heel inserts - the strip kind you glue onto the heel area - but even that wasn't enough. I even tried two heel inserts, and that helped at first...but then the inserts kept falling out (not surprising since they're not meant to be worn stacked). Unfortunately, my search continues for a versatile pair of cognac flats for my slightly wide, picky feet.

These shoes were very uncomfortable. They dug into my foot across the top. I really wanted to like them, but there was no way that I could tolerate them long-term.

After reading reviews that found this shoe fit women who needed a generous toe box, and narrower heels, I thought this would be good for me. I wear a size 4, and I found the toe area much too tight. Odd because I also bought a different Naturalizer shoe at the same time that fit well in the toes. Had to return these, but would have tried the wide width had it been available.

I've had these shoes for a while now and....I found that with the multiple bands across the toe bed, this seems to basically 'ensure' that there will be no give in the toe bed. Even after wearing these on and off for a year or two, it is still tight across the toe bed and at the end of the day my toes feel squished along the sides. In addition, keep in mind that the bottom and heel of this shoe appears to be 'rubber'...so it's not like a substantial shoe might be with a leather sole. Also, the small rubbery heel starts to feel a bit flimsy over time, as you walk.

Darling shoe, quite comfortable, but was not sized accurately. The identical shoe in a different color fit well enough, but this pair was too tight. Strangely, the other pair fit well on my (slightly) smaller foot, but was too loose in the heel on the other one, and I will need to add a heel pad. So of two pairs, only one shoe fit properly.

I got this in the coffee bean color, size 7W(C). I was looking for brown flats that had just a tiny bit of heel to make you stand up straighter (which these do perfectly). I have a hard time finding flats that do not dig into the top of my feet. The C width gave the room that I needed in the toebox, but was way way too loose in the heel area. I had to use double padding and they still are not perfect. They also still dug into the top of my feet, although some padding dots fixed that issue. And they do have nice cushioning on the bottom which is another plus over most flats. Overall, they are very cute shoes (I got compliments on them) but the sizing was not quite right for me and so I wish I had not kept them.

I ordered Naturalizer Maude in 8-WW for a severe bunion on my left foot and found the shoe s sizing generous and very comfortable. However, while walking, both shoes noticeably squeak at each step, so I'm returning them. The shoe s actual color Coffee Bean is slightly darker than shown in the website photo. It would be a great shoe except for the squeaking.

They seem relatively comfortable but the sole is rigid so I worry these will both the tops of my feet and shins. Also they seem to run a little long. The rounded toe seems a bit "old lady" to me also. For these reasons I am returning these.

These shoes are very cute. I have a very narrow foot and found them to be too tight across the ball of my foot.

Liked the style but found the narrow still too wide also shoes were a little longer than expected!

Overall the shoe felt a bit narrow. The main problem was it provided little if any arch support, which is a critical factor.

I hate to say this, but I found these flats in the coffee bean color to be extremely uncomfortable. I have the Maude in black and they are a dream - super comfortable! I think the brown shoes are made with a much harder, stiffer leather, so it renders them uncomfortable. Too bad I wore them once, or I would have returned them. Now I am just going to give them away.

I had high hopes for this shoe and wanted to love it so much. I'm on my feet almost all day but have to be professionally dressed, so I was thrilled to find a "comfort shoe" in a style that was more modern. However after wearing the shoes only a few times, the comfort wore out and the inside padding wore thin. The shoes began hurting my feet more than my cheap flats from Target. I wouldn't buy again, but if you're not on your feet all day, I'm sure they would last longer than mine did!

These shoes are very cute. I purchased my regular size and had to return for a larger size because the top was cutting into my toes. The larger size did not help much at all. These shoes are fairly uncomfortable due to this.

I wanted to love these shoes, but they just weren't right for my foot. I know I'm in the minority, but wanted to share in case anyone else was on the fence on ordering. In terms of style and quality, these shoes are awesome for the price. I really love the woven toe pattern and the soft lining feels great on your feet. For me, I just happen to have a slightly wider left foot than right foot, so these fit perfect to size on my right foot, but caused a painful spot on my left foot when I tried to break them in around the house. After several days of trying for a few minutes at a time, I'm returning these. I think if you have a similar problem and really love these shoes, you could have them stretched by a shoe guy since they're leather.

I always wear a 7 1/2, but I couldn't get these on my feet. They are very pretty and I wear Naturalizers a lot. They have lots of cushion and support. I ordered a 7 1/2 but I think I'll try on an 8 to see if that works.

Leather could be softer, especially for being a Naturalizer shoe. The front part bothered me on the top of my foot. But if you knead the leather a bit, it becomes softer and more comfortable.

I bought these shoes based on the reviews I found that said how comfortable they are with little "breaking" in time. I have a wide foot so I bought the wide width. They are beautiful shoes! When I put them on they pinched on the widest part of my feet, below my big and little toes. I didn't have a lot of time before I needed them for an event where I had a lot of walking to do in a dress. I put them on ahead of time, hoping to break them in before I needed them. The shoes still dug into the same places. I decided that I needed a different pair of shoes and frantically shopped at my local stores where I found nothing. I wore the shoes to the event and ended up with blisters and spots rubbed raw, ouch! I think that over time these shoes will stretch to be comfortable, but I would not recommend buying these shoes with the intent of using them for long periods of time immediately.

Nice shoe, especially for price. Toe stuck up in front and I have a long foot so it looked funny but it is a nice shoe. Sole feels a little thin.

Good looking shoe, but very narrow across the front. I ordered a 6.5 Wide and it was still too tight. Shoe also felt shallow in the heel like it would flop off when you walked.

These are very cute. Great color, quite neutral, goes with everything. Fitwise, kind of big in the heel (I don't usually have a problem with that, but they slip). Got my usual size, 8 1/2 WW, which is right. The left one is a little pinchy across the toes, but will stretch. Sole is squeaky on smooth floors.

This was a very cute shoe but I had to return it. I ordered my usual size, but it was too narrow for my foot. I thought it was maybe just me, but my daughter who wears almost the same size as me tried them on and found them to be too narrow for her as well.
