I have a small bunion on my left foot so I was looking for a shoe that came in a wide size that wouldn't aggravate my bunion. I also needed a neutral color flat and this shoe fit the bill! I took off one star because the shoe is slightly too wide in the heel for me, but I can probably buy a shoe liner to help with the shoe slipping a little when I step.

A little tight in the toe box at first, but after a little walking, it did stretch out a bit and wasn't an issue anymore. I did need some sort of heel cushion to prevent the rubbing, as with almost all flats I wear. Very cute on my feet, casual, but could be dressy if I needed them to be. The color platino metallic is just beautiful, a little shine, but not too much shine. I would say I am happy with these shoes.

This shoe is super cute and has great padding in the sole. Perfect for dressing up skirts and shorts for work. I'm finding that it rubs the top of my foot a bit at the entry to the toe box, but that might just need some more breaking in. I have borderline narrow feet (ie depends on the brand and shoe) and found that the medium width fit while the narrow width was too small.

Really glad I got these. Classy look - they're great for work. They did take a day to break in, but now they're great. Not really any arch support, but I got some of the Pedag 3/4 length arch supports from the shoe store and they fit great. Good quality - seems like they're going to last a long time. The color is slightly brighter than show in the photo.

I wear these shoes daily to work where I am on my feet all day (teaching) and they are very comfortable. I appreciate the wider width because after standing all day my feet swell a little and these shoes still feel comfortable. They've also worn well, I just wipe them with a damp cloth every so often and they look almost good as new.

Really nice looking shoe. Good color and leather quality. They fit a bit snug so I'm going to try the next size up and hopefully they fit.

The area by the toe cut into my large toe knuckle and was just too small. I liked the style and the color.

I got these in black a couple of years ago. The heel rubbed a bit at first but after a couple of wears, they felt great. I'm a teacher and I like to dress in style, but it's difficult to wear cute shoes since most of the time cute shoes means wearing heels. These are comfortable for all day wear and look very cute on. Now I'm debating on whether to get the Nickel Alloy Metallic, Platino Metallic or the Red Pepper Leather... tough choice!

I really tried to make these shoes work. They are really cute and I loved that they are flats but have some detail to them and have a little bit of a heel. I had to return them because it was painful across the ball of my foot. I hoped that wearing them around the house on carpet would help but it didn't. I was really sad to have to send these back. I should probably go up in width but I'm afraid that the shoe will then be too wide. I'm sad.

Cute shoe, great color, but way too narrow, even in a WW, and the shallow toe box bit into the top of my foot.

These shoes were comfortable, but the soles wore out in less than a year, and the cobbler could not replace them--I would recommend choosing other shoes and/or only wearing these shoes occasionally (so that they will last longer).

Given the price point and the popularity of these flats, I wanted to give them a try. I was underwhelmed - I found them inflexible and uncomfortable. I do have sort of a difficult foot, with a wide toe box but very narrow foot/heel, and maybe with several added inserts they would have worked out, but I don't like them enough to put in the effort. These are going back and I'll continue saving up for the Cole Haans or other more expensive brands instead!

Front was cut lower than I expected and it was sized too small for my feet.

Cute, but the fit is terrible. These shoes ate up my feet! They feel smaller than marked (which of course I didn't discover until I had walked around in them for half a day).

To summarize: very attractive shoe with a lovely, cushioned foot bed, but the leather is too stiff on the top which is a problem given the narrow vertical height of the shoe. They don't break in very well, so if they're painful out of the box, send them back. As soon as I put these on I had conflicted feelings. On the one hand, I could tell these would leave me with blisters on the outer edges of the tops of my feet (at the base of the littlest toe). They were really, really painful immediately. On the other hand, the soles were extremely cushion-y. "Self," thought I, "you buy real leather shoes for the very reason that they will break in. These are not patent leather. These soles are amazing. Put on some thick socks and break in the uppers." I talked myself into keeping them, but even after wearing them for several days, including with socks, and using cedar shoe stretchers, they still dig - I mean really, really dig - into the tops of my feet. The leather is extremely stiff due, I think, to the layering of the detail on the toe box (which is beautiful, by the way). I'm wondering if this pair was just stitched too tightly - in stretching them out, a thread broke, which has never happened before. My feet are generally the very definition of medium width. I sometimes do have a break in period around the base of my littlest toes, but nothing like this. If I wear these shoes for 15 minutes I have divots. I have not given up hope. I will continue to stretch them out, in the hopes that the leather will finally give enough that these shoes become the comfy shoes I just know they can be. Based on the generally high reviews, and the thread that broke when I put shoe stretchers in them, I wonder if I just got a dud pair.

I loved the style of these shoes, similar to a Born pair I had several years ago. Unfortunately, all the reviews that say the toe box is uncomfortable are true. Narrow, stiff and very low volume. Back they go.

I usually wear a 9.5-10M and these shoes were extremely narrow in the toe box - I couldn't even get them on. Exchanging for a wide to see if that helps. The shoes are super-cute, and I purchased after a lot of research hoping these would be the flats for me, but was sadly disappointed. I'm in desperate need of flats for work, so the search continues!

7.5 W fit true to size. I am usually a 7.5 with a slightly wide foot (sometimes M is fine, depending on brand). These are just OK. Good basic flat. Check out Dr. Scholl's Frankie for better style, equal comfort, and better price. Order 1/2 size up in Dr. Scholl's.

Cute style, length good, ordered a wide in this shoe. The left shoe was great. Felt wider than a medium. The right shoe was really tight though. My left foot tends to be my bigger one too! Unfortunately having to send back. Love Zappos because of free shipping! Easy to deal and great customer service.

These are cute shoes but they are not true to size. They are too small.

This shoe is made well and looks great, but it's too small and too narrow. I buy Naturalizer shoes multiple times a year and am always an 11D. These are very tight at the ball of your foot, and rub terribly on the heel. Go up half or a full size. If you're a wide foot like me, get an E if you can!

Such cute shoes! Too bad they hurt across the top of my foot. I couldn't even get beyond trying them on because I knew these would never stretch enough to become comfortable.

Beautiful shoe, just not for me. I'm very hard to fit, an 8 WW+ with bunions on both feet. This shoe (ordered in 8 WW) was only a bit tight, so I was tempted to keep it, but the upper and sole were both rather rigid. Not flexible, so it just wasn't comfortable enough.
