I love these shoes. They fit well and they are beautiful. I've looked for narrow flats for the past two years and these are the first one I can keep on my feet!

At last a ballet-style flat for a woman with real feet. As a size 10 1/2 and with a bunion, it is difficult to find a cute shoe that does not look like an "old ladies" shoe. These fit perfectly when I first tried them on. No interference with my bunion, the toe box is not too narrow, and the width is moderate. I must wear closed toe shoes at work and the Nickel Alloy metallic color provides a nice option for a summer shoe. These are so great, I am ordering a pair in black to wear with my dark colored summer outfits.

I take a 12W and have difficulty finding cute flats. I also have foot problems from wearing too small shoes most of my life. But these are cute and very comfortable. I did add a rubber heel cup to keep the back from slipping off my foot. Now they are perfect. I got the bronze shoe as well and really love these. Wish they had more colors. As usual, delivery was less than 2 days and the return policy is so easy. But, I won't be returning these, that's for sure.

I bought a pair of these in black a few years ago and I can honestly say these are the most comfortable flats to wear especially if you're on your feet all day at work. These shoes are true to size and I'm thinking about replacing my old black pair soon!

Love this shoe. I had purchased this shoe last summer and have enjoyed wearing it. In the Fall I ordered this in a Tan since I loved the comfort of the shoe. Even though the pair in black still looks and feels great, I decided to go ahead and purchase another "back up" pair because I know that eventually I will wear out the other pair and wanted to make sure I have another(pair in Black). Comfort? Excellent! Quality? Outstanding! Love them! If you are looking for a cute, stylish, comfortable shoe I highly recommend the Naturalizer Maude! Oh, one more thing, I wear a 7.5 but ordered an 8 and the fit is perfect!

So far, these are great. Match just about everything, work for casual as well as dress. The only issue I have is personal, my heel is narrow and they would walk better if I added a grippy thingy. I was buying this to replace another pair that had worn through holes to the soles and these probably will too.

Great shoe. I usually have a problem with my wide feet even with so called wide shoes but these are great. I can wear them all day long and I never have a problem at the end of the day. They are incredibly comfortable. I would def recommend these shoes if you have to be on your feet all day, plus they are super cute.

I was looking for a flat I could wear with black, navy or brown dress pants at the office. The color is much more light bronze and less brown than the pics show, which I love. It is a little too long but I think I'll get one of those heel pads to correct the size. The width is perfect for my usual 12M foot. Very pleased with Naturalizer and Zappos

I love these shoes! They are adorable, very "now" in style. I love the metallic color, which is a neutral I can wear with anything. But most of all, I am thrilled because they are so comfortable! It is very rare for me to say this about shoes. I am 5'10", wear a size 12M shoe and have sensitive feet, so finding comfortable yet pretty shoes can sometimes be a challenge. Well, I wore these literally right out of the box, and they felt great! They are true to size, well made, and supportive as far as this type of shoe can be (they are not, after all, athletic or walking shoes). Being tall, I like the fact that these are flat yet attractive and versatile enough to dress up or down, depending on what you wear with them. Buy these shoes as you will not be disappointed!

I have wide feet, with a bunion on one foot. I wear either a 6.5 or a 7. I ordered these in a 6.5 W, and the size was right, but the shoe pinched across the widest part of my foot where the bunion is. Even on my 'normal' foot, they pinched a bit across the widest part of my foot.

Great shoe! It was a little stiff at first, but after I wore the shoe to work for two days, the leather molded perfectly to my foot and fits like a glove now! The leather is so soft. I love this shoe so much, I am going to get it in other colors!

The Naturalizer Maude fit perfectly and did not require break-in time. The appearance of the shoe tends to be classier than other brands. I would highly recommend for a office shoe. I will look for more Naturalizer shoes in narrow.

I purchased a pair first for myself and have since given 2 other pair to my family and they all love this pair of shoes. Extremly comfortable!

Oh I love this shoe. This is my third pair, and first time getting the nickel metallic smoke color, which arrived today. Gorgeous. For once, the verbal description describes the actual color better than the photo. The photo makes it look kind of bronze-y, but in real life it's more of a warm silver tone, which is so versatile and chic. I've started ordering a half size down so I can break them in and they won't stretch out too much. In general I love this style because it's simple and feminine but also sturdy and comfortable- a rare find in flats. Love this shoe.

I bought these to wear at a conference my company hosts where I need to be on my feet for 18 hours a day for a week straight. New shoes are always a gamble for this conference and even though they were very comfortable when I tried them on, I was hesitant to actually give them a try. Half-way through the week I got brave and gave them a chance. They were an absolute dream! They go with everything, provide great support for your feet and don't cut in or rub anywhere. I highly recommend these shoes!

I have these shoes in 2 colors and I love them. During the summer I purchased the shoes in black to take on a trip to Seattle. Did a great deal of walking and these shoes were so comfortable. I continue to enjoy them and decided to go ahead and purchase a different color. I wear a 7.5 - went up 1/2 a size -- perfect fit!

Very pretty, high quality leather with sturdy sole and good traction. Pinched a little right out of the box but I have broken them in after a week of wear. Great value for a work shoe.

These shoes are beautiful in person and make my wide feet look thin and pretty. They were immediately comfortable, though I had to send back my normal size for 1/2 size smaller. While I usually wear a 7, the 6 1/2 fits me much better with no heel slippage. I am stoked about these flats.

These shoes are as comfortable as slippers and go with everything. My feet usually look long in flats, but these make my feet look smaller.

Very tight in the toe space. Did not fit like my other Naturalizers in a 9.5 N. I will try it in a medium. I really like the look but the fit wasn't true to size for me.

Got these shoes in brown because they were on sale, but overall they're too big and out of my regular size, so I have to send back. I think these make my feet look longer and more professional - so maybe if you think your feet are already long you might not like how these look on your feet. Overall I'm really sad they were out of my size in the brown leather though because I really need a brown flat for work and these are ADORABLE, but I know I need a different size. I think they're maybe a bit bigger than marked but I'd still go with my usual size 7 (ordered in a 7.5 since they didn't have 7s). So if they have your size in stock, GET THIS SHOE, it's amazing. I just don't need any more black flats so. :(

I think these shoes are my favorite shoe in my closet! They are not only comfortable. But they are so very soft. And they are a beautiful color! I wear them every day except when I feel guilty for neglecting my other shoes! Should have bought two pairs as I will wear them out faster than I want!
