These are comfortable flats with slight heels. I like the padded footbed and there is slight arch support (more than most flats). The sole is rubber too, so not slippery when walking.

These are my new favorite everyday work shoes. The leather is great quality, and they're very comfortable and supportive. The bottoms are nice and grippy too - no sliding around during the break-in period. I have a pretty narrow foot with a high arch, and these fit me great -- one reason I've owned as many pairs of Naturalizers as I have. If you have a wider foot or little/no arch, you might want to get a wider width.

I tried, but couldn't find a way for this shoe to fit! I have a wide foot with bunyons, and even the WW a size larger than I normally wear didn't work. Darn - they're so cute!

After about a hundred and ten years of searching for a decent, comfortable, and somewhat stylish black flat. I've found it in this shoe. I'm typically between an 8 1/2 and a 9, but if I can get an 8 1/2 wide it's usually perfect. That's what I ordered and the shoes fit perfectly right out of the box with no break-in period. I've worn them almost every day for two weeks and they're still great, and they seem sturdy enough to last awhile.

Have been looking for a black flat that didn't make me feel like I could feel the floor through the sole, and these are IT. Size 9.5 was out of stock, but I can sometimes get away with a 9 if it's a W. No dice, way too snug. Am returning and ordering a 9.5, and think they will be perfect. Good cushioning, good traction, and cute design...basic without being too plain. I will say that if your feet are even borderline wide, you should definitely order the W or WW, because they seem very narrow. I also love how low they are cut near the toes. Flats that cut higher on the top of the foot look frumpy to me, and are harder to fit on my high instep. I have a feeling when my new size arrives these will become my go-to flats.

I ordered a size 8 wide, my usual size. This shoe was perfect right out of the box. The leather is very soft. I love zappos. I order often from this site. It is the best place to find a large selection of wide width shoes. There is never a problem with returns. The site is very easy to use. also very fast delivery.

I bought these in an 8 Wide and they are quite comfortable. I'd say if you are looking to get the wide shoe, go with your "true" size, if you go with the regular width, size up a half size. They do require a bit of breaking in, but after that they're just fine and I find they feel best with a pair of stockings or trouser socks. I purchased these for work and I am on my feet all day, they look quite smart and I am looking forward to purchasing another pair in a different color as well.

Super comfortable and cute. They hold up well and are comfortable for city walking, and even survive a little rain. I have wide toes, so the W size I ordered was generous enough in the toe box to be comfortable.

A cute comfortable shoe that is neutral so you can wear it with just about anything. The leather is very stiff, and the fit is true to size.

Very nice shoe, but it slipped off my foot just slightly and the width was perfect; if I went a half size smaller I think it would be too short and too narrow.

These are the perfect flat for anyone with wide feet. The leather stretches and gets nice and soft for all-day comfort. It took me a couple of days to break them in so be prepared for them to be a little snug out of the box. I have these in black and metallic.

This shoe is GREAT! It is real leather and the detail in the front gives it a great look. I have worn it to work with a dress and worn it with jeans. Great for both. Definitely a good buy. I was also concerned about arch support, but its VERY comfortable. True to size and width.

I am very picky about shoes - I need arch support and a wide toe box. I was skeptical about these at first, they were tight in the toe box and stiff overall. However, I walked around my office for awhile and they really molded to my foot. These are extremely comfortable - possible more so than my slip on sneakers. They are classy looking as well.

Great shoes. Rubbed on the top of my foot the first couple of times I wore them, but then they broke in. Very comfortable to wear all day. Cute too. I got the metallic smoke color and they go with just about everything. I wear them to work and also with jeans on the weekend.

Nice, sleek, cute black flat appropriate for work. Easy to walk in and no heel but still a good deal of support. A bit stiff on day 1 of wearing them (got a blister on the heel) but I know they'll be comfortable after I break them in! Definitely recommend them!

I really needed some new, comfortable black shoes to wear for orchestra concerts. I almost didn't purchase these, because they look a little elfish in the pictures. But my sister reminded me that I could send them back, free of charge, so I ordered them, and I'm glad I did. The shoe looks "cute" on my size 12 feet and, more importantly, is very comfortable. Extra cushioning in the front and it doesn't bind or chafe anywhere. The non-slip sole is a plus. I wear this shoe on the concert stage and then walk to the parking lot in them with no troubles what so ever. Happy I listened to my big sister!

I have a narrow size 9. Many times narrows are still too wide. This wonderful shoe fits my foot like it was made for it. To find this type of flat that doesn't slip on the heel is rare for me. The nickel alloy color goes great with skinny jeans and skirts too. I am going to order this shoe in brown. In fact, I just got on Zappos just for that purpose. Zappos you are great. You ship on time and don't complain when I return.

I bought these in black while looking for a new pair of work shoes. I'm pregnant, and looking for comfort and width. These are perfect. I've worn them every day for over a week, and my feet feel wonderful. I just bought another pair in the metallic color.

I'm constantly on the look out for comfortable flats that don't look like granny comfort shoes. These are my latest perfect find. They're super cute, and I can walk miles and miles in them and still feel great by the end of the day. These are my go-to everyday flats.

Very nice shoe! I got many compliments from family and friends. A little tight in the front, but the leather did stretch once they were broken into (it took about a day).

I love these. I have owned two pairs in the last two summers; the black and the gold-ish colored ones. My first pair that I bought in 2011 is showing age and it just occurred to me that they might be past polishing and that it might be time to get a new pair. They have stretched out a bit in the last two years, but I wore them tons in Japanese summer heat (swelteringly humid and unforgiving) as a teacher and just as overall shoes and I love them. I recommend these highly. I only wish they would make darker brown color!
