Definitely made smaller than years before. Rubs against ankle where strap connects to shoe. I will be returning these.

fit and size were accurate, however the back strap rubbed and formed a blister after only wearing a few minutes. Returned.

The left shoe and the right shoe are not the same size.

I purchased these thinking it had great arch support, but it is more moderate arch support. The arch support is primarily on the edge of the foot bed and not below your actual arch which is not arch support to me. When my foot is on top of the footbed, I prefer support directly under the arch and on the edge/outer part of the arch. The worst part of this sandal is the material that touches your skin is very uncomfortable and not soft. The material on the outside is fine it's what they use to actually touch your skin it's cheap and not comfortable. This brand needs a lot of improvements will stick with Merell.

I just got these. Put them on to wear in the house snd after 15 minutes the straps already hurt my ankles. They fit fine. 7.5. Arch support felt good. But I literally wore them for 10 minutes and the straps hurt. No way I can walk or even do light hikes on these. Too bad as they are cute as hiking sandals go. When I first slipped them on I was excited! After 10 minutes I’m not! Returning.

I ended up keeping these but wish I didn't. My foot is super wide and velcro as far out as possible but still end up rubbing around width of foot.

length ok, but if I have to pull the front straps so far over that I run out of velcro-too wide, and they aren't very comfortable. I wish Teva would bring back their older ORIGINAL hurricanes and the ones that tighten on the inside of the foot. They had such great arch support and were great for walking. I have yet to find a Teva shoe as comfortable and that fit as well as their old designs.

This sandal felt about a half size small, with my toes farther up on the sole than they should have been. The sole was very light and felt fairly supportive. The biggest issues were the smell (yuck!) and how loud and squeaky they were when I walked in them. Returning!

Sincerely wanted these to work, but the ankle strap is too short and uncomfortable, and the strap across the foot has stitching underneath which is irritating. I see these design issues have been a problem for some time, but Teva has not done anything to change these issues.

I typically wear a ten, but needed to go down a half size in these. Not a big deal, but the velcro straps seem extremely long even with the smaller size. I almost didn't have enough velcro to tighten them. Also, the strap that goes on my ankle dug in terribly. I don't usually have a hard time sizing my shoes, so I was surprised I hated these so much considering all the positive reviews. I hope I have better luck with a different style.

Returned only due to fabric rubbing into my toes, causing blisters.

I needed a pair of water sandals for the summer. Since receiving my Tevas, I have worn them multiple times and each time they have rubbed my ankle despite repeatedly adjusting the strap. I have to wear a band-aid if I want to wear these sandals. The tread grip is okay; it isn't as good as the grip on on my ancient Nike Air Deschutz sandals that were replaced by this pair of Teva sandals. The blue color, however, is very pretty. If I could, I would return these and try to find something more comfortable.
