I was looking for a sandal that had support and was comfortable, as I am recovering from a broken leg and still have trouble walking. This product fits the bill and actually makes my ankle feel more secure. Love the Velcro straps as I can adjust for swelling. My daughter has also just purchased a pair as she has foot issues.

I bought the sandals because I need a shoe with good stability and support. So far, they are both. One change I would suggest is to soften the edges of the straps, as they can feel a little stiff and abrasive.

I need good support for high arches. These are very comfortable sandals.

I had a pair of these I bought at a local shoestore, I loved them so much, I went back to get a new pair. They were not carrying this style this year, so I went into your Web site and found them,one pair even on sale! I was happy and set for awhile!

Have worn Tevas many years. The first pair of Tierra's had one sole separate but handy husband is good with glue and they're still quite usable. This pair is a back up so I will not have to go a day without for beach walking.

I have 2 pair of these that I have no reason to get rid of after about 8 years. I have bought a new pair because I loved the color. I have found after reconstructive foot surgery, these are still my favorite shoes.....for everyday, the beach, swimming on rocky bottoms, running errands and just whenever.

Great support for my foot.

I have wide feet and if my toes are compressed at all my nerve damaged toes really start too scream. These are perfect because they give plenty of support yet allow my toes to wiggle. I have even worn them dancing!

I wear these every day for the spring and summer. I bought two pairs, a black pair and the purple. I love the color. I'm not generally a huge fan of ombr but it works with this shoe. The color makes the show cuter and slightly dressy. I walk and hike with them, sometimes sand and dirt is easily trapped but it's easy to rinse off.

I've had this pair of sandals for about 2 years now and they're still going great! When I bought them, I had been looking for a nice sandal that would be supportive and that I could use for some hiking. These do exactly that and are super durable and easy to slip on. It's also great that you can get them wet. I really have no complaints about the shoe and will probably buy another pair when these finally wear out.

You can feel the cushion in the heel! Great for walking and hiding surgery scars. Love the color!

I used to wear these for everything, everywhere but the new mixed-color fields look far to casual for work. I liked having black leather ones and they're long gone. But even for casual, my last two pairs were not well made. The Velcro straps would not hold because the velcro was mis-placed, at least for my feet. Extra strap just flopped in the air, not connected. I thought it was a fluke, but its been on my last two pairs. I am so unhappy because I have to find a replacement.

Canoeing, hiking, walking,

I have developed serious foot issues due to "living in" flip flops for the past several decades. I am 60 y.o. and need surgery to repair a deformity that has developed over time. However, I am a landscaper and active person so I have had to put surgery on hold. I usually wear only running shoes with special inserts made by a podiatrist. But these fabulous Teva sandals I can wear all summer and they are so supportive, while being classy, that my foot problems are not an issue. No other sandals is as comfortable, well made and lovely at the same time. If you have foot issues or just want sandals that let you walk to your heart's content, I recommend the Teva Tirra. I just bought these blue ones but have three other pairs in wonderful colors. Enjoy!

I wear these shoes most days. The color is great. It is so hard to find a blue sandal and the color of these are wonderful. Not to dark not too light. I wear them with short skirts and Capri! Have bad many compliments. These shoes are so comfortable!

Purchases these for our upcoming vacation---perfect for lots of walking/hiking!

I really liked the look of these and they definitely are well made. Love the foot bed the way the heel cup surrounds foot and arch support snuggles into my arch. However the straps were a bit stiff and even though I adjusted the straps they were just not going to be comfortable on my foot...I had to return them and I ordered a different pair. I love the 20 year old Teva's that I have and am looking forward to receiving them.....So glad I found Teva's website...

Use for everyday walking

I use these sandals for general casual wear, but love that I can wear them when taking my dog swimming or walking or swimming in a rocky beach because they can go in the water
