Based on the positive reviews I took a chance and they are as wonderful as everyone raves. I have bunions and the velcro adjustments ensure a perfect no rub fit. Arch support is wonderful making a long walk on combo uneven and even surfaces no problem. Even right out of the box they fit like a glove and more comfortable than any clarks sandles or shoes. love them so much will purchase more for family members

I ordered these to replace an older pair of Teva's that were the same model just a different coloring pattern. I ordered the black/white multi and my usual 7 1/2. They fit perfectly. I put them on and took a trip to Chicago, walked all over the city and O'Hare airport without any issues. These will be my main shoes for another trip to Portugal later this summer. Love them!

Extremely comfortable right out of the box. I am usually an Ecco Yucatan sandal wearer, but wanted some sandals that would be easier to clean up after walking on dusty trails. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I have high arches and am prone to plantar fasciitis as I have aged. I have always loved Teva walking sandals, but my older ones no longer supported my arches. These new sandals are a great fit. They have more arch support than the older sandals. Very comfortable (I use them to walk my dog and to walk around town lakes). So glad I took a chance on them.

Although support is excellent, the toe and ankle straps are a bit binding, even with strap adjustments.

The style just had too many straps for me. It gave the sandal a “heavy” look.

Returned because my husband and I agreed that the coloring was grandma-ish. However, they were super comfy and fit perfectly.

This is my 3rd pair of these sandals, great walking shoe and also great beach and water sandal! Love this new mango color too!

I love the style and color of these sandals (black/white). I read dozens of reviews before buying them, and 99% of those reviews raved about the comfort. For me, these were some of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried. I wanted to love them, but they hurt my feet so much as soon as I put them on, that I knew I couldn't keep them. I'm so disappointed.

This is my second pair of Teva Tirra. I appreciate that they have a supportive but comfortably soft sole and that the straps keep the shoes firmly on my feet; they are great for walking. They are sporty looking, not fashion-forward but well-made and attractive in their own way. I was looking for a neutral brown color and was slightly disappointed in the color options but I think I will end up liking the "Simply Taupe" color - it is taupe rather than brown and looks like it does in the photo.

The Teva Tirra is the best! A nice look but also very functional. I usually take a 7 1/2 but an 8 is perfect. Unlike the Keen Whisper which I really love the look of, color options and hear are comfortable, I needed a comfortable shoe but one that would perform in water and all terrain. The Keen Whisper Sandel when tested in water and up hill showed that the heal of your foot was not held in by a reliable outdoor gear testing site. Given that I have issues with my ankles, back and knee, I went with the tried and true Tevas. Your ankle/foot is firmly secured and the look is great. With the Keen, you are using a bungee which can help in the front (which can be uncomfortable at an angle) but won't adjust on the sides or the back of your foot. For me, I couldn't risk it even though I love the look. The Tevas also hold up after years of use unlike the Keen Whisper. So thank you Zappos and Teva for having a perfect outdoor Sandel that can go where I go and keep my feet secure, happy and my body comfortable and safe!

I liked this sandal but it was just too much shoe for me. I found it to be too heavy and substantial. It had a very comfortable footbed and I liked all of the adjustable straps. But there was nothing at all dainty about the shoe in a size 11. It made me look all shoe. If I wanted something for all day walking or hiking I might consider it but I am looking for a light weight sandal suitable for walking on the beach or running errands in a summer rainstorm.

I loved these shoes the moment I put them on! I have wide feet and high arches and these shoes are perfect, even in a medium width. The heel support is amazing and the straps do not cut into any part of my feet. Definitely worth the purchase for outdoor activity, long-distance walking, and everyday use.

I ordered two pair of Teva Tirra one in Simply Taupe and one in Hera Mango and have had to return both pair. I have a narrow foot and the straps allow for perfect adjustments. These shoes are very comfortable and have great arch support. However, the adjustment strap closest to the toe on the Simply Taupe pair have a Velcro piece on the right shoe that is a little over 2” long (which is perfect) but the same piece on the left shoe is less than 1” in length. This short awkward piece doesn’t allow for any adjustment on the left shoe. The Hera Mango pair squeaked terribly when I walked in them and the heal strap on the left shoe was too low to sit on my heel. Unfortunately, because of these problems, the shoes had to be returned.

I've worn Teva Tirra sandals nearly all summer for at least five years, and they're are the most comfortable sandals ever--and fine looking for casual wear. I am looking for them in deep navy, and decided to try the Bering Blue. But the color is too light and too grayed. So I'm returning them and instead keeping yet another pair of the black Tirras with gray trim. Teva should make a deep navy to go with blue jeans, navy summer tops, etc!!!

Bought several sandals with arch support and chose this one. I have feet shaped like a duck. Wide toes, narrow heels. It’s really challenging to find sandals that grip my heel. These fit well out of the box, and have so may hook and loop straps I can really customize the fit. The foot bed can get a little sweaty, but they will be good work horse sandals for summer vacations.

Sooo happy with my new Teva Tirras! I have a small bunion and high arches, therefore comfort can be difficult. The Tirras have easy to adjust straps in 2 places over the forefoot and 1 at the ankle so you can adjust as needed. The Tirra has a comfortable footbed and "tready" sole. Both seem durable and provide stability for light hiking and walking. I will enjoy this Summer!
