I have a pair of these that are 5 years old and hace been Shoe Gooed many times. Obviously time for a new pair so I got these. I like everything about them except the raises edge running around the top of the sandle. I am hoping once they are broken in they will be as good as my old pair.

The style was what I wanted but I was surprised it was tight across my instep. There was no other comparable style so I am hoping they stretch.

Great slipper for everyday use and it looks good!

Had to purchse 3 prs so that they would only be worn twice a week as the only way to "reduce" odor caused by the innersole......

So after ten years, My pair finally broke. The strap pulled loose from the footbed. I wore them every single day for years, and then wore them every day as a lifeguard until they broke. On the pro, these things are the most comfortable things under your feet that you can have when you're walking on a pool deck or around a waterpark for eight hours. The only complaint I had was that after their first year at the pool (they were six years old at this point) the suede really didn't like the chlorine and got hard as a rock, which eventually caused mild chafing and irritation the strap also hangs onto water, which can get cold if your feet only get damp. Eventually it softened again, but it was never able to be worn all-day again after that, without chafing. The footbed is insanely comfortable and supportive, and the traction is awesome. Ten years of wear and they still barely looked worn. Overall, the strap fits well and the sandals don't move around, the footbed is perfect and the only thing that slightly lets this otherwise perfect lifeguard shoe down is the strap hanging onto water and getting cold, and causing chafing. I replaced these with a pair of the zilch sandals, and despite loving those too, this old dinosaur of a sandal really will be remembered fondly. I gave the broken old ones to my puppy, and she still hasn't managed to inflict any real harm to these things.

Havent had them long enough to say if they are "sturdy" or not. Only complaint is they didn't come in black...

I live in Palm Springs and I wear the Katavi Thong 80% of each day, if dressing up a bit I wear a pair closed toe Tivas. I had a problem with the closed toe, the sole separated from both shoes, they got wet in the ocean and 2 weeks later the soles separated. I had them repaired at the shoe store.

I'm an over-the -road truckdriver. I wear sandals at all times, and in all weathers, including snow. These sandals have a good grip, good tread, and are light weight enough, and fit snuggly enough for this use. I will know better ina year or so just how well the wear.

KEEP THEM BY THE BACK DOOR. SLIP THEM ON TO DO QUICK OUTSIDE CHORES.

I live in Costa Rica and only wear flip flops (day use and going out at night). Gives good support unlike standard flops durning long walks.

I use these almost every day in the summer and have dressier leather ones when needed. These are so comfortable and the material makes walking in wet grass ok. Size seems a little bigger than it should be so they look a little bulky but...it ok.

It's a little too small and the size 10 would be too big. I need a 9.5 but it does not come in that size. That alone would make me look elsewhere next time. Please address this because everything else it excellent! if you address this you'd have a customer for life for every pair of sandles in the future.

Good all around shoe. This is my third pair...they hold up well and I'll be back for a fourth when these are done.

Great product, my third pair of this type. My only drawback is they run a little small. I learned from the last pair to order a whole size larger and they fit great.

I think these flip flops are great. They're very comfortable -- the first thing I noticed, actually, was the squishy-comfortable-yet-supportive sole. I've worn them every day for the entire time I've had them (a month or so) and they seem to be handling the wear well. I do need to purchase and wear other shoes, but these sandals are quite comfy. I think I may have ordered just a little too small, but breaking them in took care of that issue.

General use, love the arch support - wish it breathed better- my feet to sweat a lot in these compared to others.

The most comfortable pair of flip flops I have ever worn!!! I have only had them for a month or two and they are already showing signs of wear on the top where my feet contact the sole but I do were them daily all summer long.

I will be in and out of water constantly with these. They are good in water and dry fast. Hopefully the sole separation issue has been solved.

I received my new Teva "thongs" as a gift. My old Teva "thongs" are aprox 9 yrs old. I thought they were comfortable/stylish until I received my new ones. They feel even better and my feet don't get as hot, I don't find myself taking off the "thong" to cool my feet. I have also recommended these to my friends
