These are great shoe for our rainy spring and they still look good when going out or for office heels. They are not too high and still comfortable.

I can't believe how comfortable this shoe is. Professional looking for work and I don't have back or foot pain at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Comfortable shoe. I had a little trouble getting the sizing just right. Felt narrow for my foot. Ended getting a size up and in wide then added an insert into the heel. Great for work and will look darling with skirts.

These shoes are attractive but I work all day standing up doing retail sales. They are comfortable for about four hours and then my feet start to ache. I really wanted these to be my everyday work shoes but I can only wear them on days where my shift is shorter.

I find these shoes comfortable and functional. They go with everything, from jeans to dresses. They are not as sturdy as I had hoped, the heel tends to roll, and they are not appropriate for warehouse purposes, which I was going for. The size is a bit wide.

I work in the restaurant industry, so I was looking for a cute, business attire type slip resistant shoe. Normally I purchase Shoes For Crews, but I wanted something different this time. I like the height of the heel on this shoe, but I think because of the cushion and pads inside the shoe, they run .5 smaller than size. I normally wear 7.5, but these are tight and the material is pretty stiff so so far after wearing them 3 times, still have not broken them in.

Strangely kind of good and kind of bad. I kept them but really thought about returning them. Timberland has a 30 day return policy even if you wear them. The insoles slide around and one of the shoes stretched out more than the other. I had to cut down one of the insoles because it seemed too small for the shoe? They are comfortable to stand and walk in. The style is good and the strap/button looks great with jeans.

They were a size too big than I normally wear so I was glad I had ordered two sizes just to cover myself. These are really comfortable. I have really bad feet; plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and wide feet. Normally when I wear heels I regret it the next day. The day after wearing these I didn't even remember I wore them. I think they are cute too; though definitely not super dressy. I wore these with a nice top and slacks.

I was looking for a while for a comfortable Mary Jane-type shoe that was wide and comfortable for long days at work. The shoes are perfect! They have just enough support and great quality and look awesome!

These are unbelievably comfortable - I have never worn a heel remotely this comfortable ever. They're okay looking, not super cute, but if you need a business shoe, heel, this works!

My favorite work shoe. I am an executive in manufacturing. I need a shoe that looks professional, but also is comfortable on the concrete shop floor. This shoe is worth every penny it costs!

I have small yet slightly wide feet and these shoes in normal width fit perfectly. Very comfortable and somewhat stylish with some arch support. I suffer from PF and flat feet but found these heels offer enough arch support that it doesn't cause any pain.

These are perhaps the most comfortable shoes with heels that I have ever worn. I had not worn heels in in a very long time, and found myself in need of something a bit more stylish than flats. I hit the jackpot with these. They are so comfortable, I could be wearing my slippers or sneakers. They are very high quality. They are not stiff, just a smooth sturdy leather. Zappos customer service is among one of the highest that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. For dressier and super comfortable / high quality shoes I would highly recommend. Not to mention the Zappos experience.

Because the strap cannot be adjusted, and was partly elastic, I realized this shoe would not work for me. I need to be able to tighten my shoes to hug my feet. Sorry to have to return it. Nice shoe, soft leather, great sole.

Great shoes, super comfortable. However, I've worn them twice and they are super loose now. I'm going to send them back for a smaller pair.

These are the best heeled shoes I have ever owned. I plan to buy additional pairs because I fear they may one day be unavailable.

Love! I have wide feet that get wider after running around all day managing a restaurant. These guys haven't let me down yet! They took a couple wears to break in but now they're my go-to's. They're definitely more function over form, but even the form isn't too bad. I only wish the strap was adjustable because I can already tell that it's going to be a little loose after a while. Finding stable heels with nonslip soles is rare. I'm definitely coming back for more!

This cute shoe is just what I was looking for for work. They are cute, comfy and stylish they will see much wear. Note: Ladies if your feet are wide...order the wide width you will not be disappointed! Kudos to the Zappos team for the best customer service on the web!

I am a flight attendant and my job requires me to be on my feet up to 16 hours a day. It is difficult finding shoes that are cute yet comfortable. These shoes are great. Many of the other flight attendants I fly with ask if it can stand the fast face and constant walking. These shoes do and mold to my feet perfectly.

These shoes have excellent non-skid soles. The shoes are well made. Excellent buy and very comfortable.

This shoe is very well made and would've been very comfortable, but it's not true to size. I tried twice but ended up returning the second one too. Maybe it's just the style. Anyway I was sad because I really liked the look of it.

As someone with a high arch, I was concerned that the strap on these shoes would be uncomfortable but I have no complaints. The heel height is just right for work (office) and the shoe looks great with dress slacks or jeans. I am up and on my feet off and on during my eight hour day and the extra traction on the bottom of these makes me feel secure.

Super cute, and as always, fabulous Zappos service! These just cut a little too close to the top of my toes which hurt my feet. I have the beginnings of a bunion, so I think that is what is why these do not work for me. They might work for others, but for me, these went back and I am back on the search.

At first I thought the shoes were a little loose. But after being on my feet for over 8 hours (sound check for a concert, concert itself, reception, procession, recessing, etc.) they felt just right. My feet did not hurt until the very end of the evening and this was the first time I wore them! The style was perfect because we wear long dresses/skirts and I wanted a comfortable yet somewhat dressy heel. This style fit the bill. Overall, very satisfied with the shoe and would recommend it to others.
