I've had these shoes for a year and they have held up amazingly well. They are so comfortable, work well with jeans, trousers and skirts. They are true to size generally but a little wide if you happen to have slender feet (which I do). A fantastic purchase I wish I could find them in other colors.

I'm not sure this shoe is appropriately labeled as a "work" shoe. It is a very cute mary jane style, and the sole insert is very padded. However, I purchased these shoes to wear as a cocktail waitress working on a hardwood floor for six to eight hour shifts. After the first hour, I felt like I was Hans Christian Andersen's "Little Mermaid" brought to life...i.e, feet hurt! The arch support left something to be desired, and I wore them twice to give them a good chance to break in. No dice. These shoes also run about a half a size too small; I normally wear 8 1/2 for a dress shoes, and they were just too tight. I ordered both a 8 1/2 and 8 1/2 wide, but will be returning both. These would be good as an office shoe, but shouldn't be listed as a "service industry" shoe. They just don't make the cut.

It's a very rare shoe that I can wear comfortably right away, without some sort of breaking-in period, but these felt heavenly the instant I put them on my feet! Other than the slight lift the heel provides, it feels like I'm walking around in my bedroom slippers. I may never take these shoes off.

The first time I spotted this shoe was at a thrift shop. I could tell they had been someone's favorite, go to, shoes and yet, when I tried them on, they still felt very comfortable and sturdy. I wondered would I ever find this very well-made shoe. They had been worn so well that the brand-name had been rubbed off. I couldn't believe it when I was browsing through Zappos and saw them again. This shoe is a cloud. If you're a mary-jane fan like me, you'll love this shoe. I'm on my feet all day long and these shoes provide me comfort,support and style. If you think they're pricey like I did, get them...you'll see they're worth every penny! They run snug, so if you're an 8, order 8.5.

I bought these because I broke my ankle a couple of years ago, and shoes with heels have made me nervous ever since. These heels are perfect, though. Just the right height to feel like I'm not wearing flats, but not enough height that my toes are squished. They have nice arch supports, are super comfortable, and even after a full day of interviews and walking all over a college campus, my feet felt pretty good. And the non-slip soles are really great, too. Well worth the price.

Let's just say I was very disappointed with this shoe. Look-wise, they were exactly what I was looking for; however, comfort-wise, they were horrible. I am a cocktail waitress, and within the first few hours of wearing them, my feet were killing me - and by the end of my shift, I could barely walk. I was excited to see that they came in wide, but they were actually a little narrower then medium sized shoes. If you aren't walking constantly and have narrow feet, these should work fine, but if you have wider feet, and are on your feet all day, I would not buy these! Hope this helps!

Love these shoes. I'm not much of a heel person, but these are the most comfortable, cute heels I've ever owned. I can wear them all day without hurting my feet. I especially like the extra padding on the ball area - very comfortable!

A really beautiful shoe, looks well made with nice thick, soft leather. Looks nice on, too. Unfortunately it was too large. I ordered 8 1/2 because the 8 wasn't available, and in some brands I wear that size. But didn't quite fit.

This shoe is so comfortable! I love this shoe. It is definitely not sized as big as other shoes I have in 11 wide, and I wish it was a bit wider, but I love the stability of it and the height and the style and the cushion. Why can't more companies make stylish, feminine shoes in the the larger sizes?

These are perfect for work. Love the way they look and fit. Break them in at home, and they will last forever!

I really like this rugged Mary Jane. I work at an airport so I am on my feet 8 to 10 hours at a time and this shoe is very comfortable! I have literally run in them and my feet still don't hurt. If you are looking for comfort at work, this is a great choice. My feet are pretty big (size 11) so they don't exactly look cute but hey, what size 11 foot ever looks cute?

These shoes are great for work! I run a high-end catering business and feel fine in them after hours on my feet and they look much more sleek than any other options.

I got these for a wedding I was attending and never once thought about my feet. Usually I get pain in my feet with any type of heel because I'm not used to wearing heels, but I have never had such a comfortable pair of pumps. I highly recommend them!

I was initially concerned that these would not be comfortable, but decided to try them since Timberland has a generous return policy. A few steps outside my door, they suddenly felt wonderful. They're not as cute as I had hoped they would be, but are very comfortable and attractive enough for work.

Bought these to go on an interview in a facility that requires slip resistant shoes. They are okay for short periods of time, but probably wouldn't be comfortable if you were on your feet all day.

I ordered this with three other comfort maryjanes to try and these were the winning pair for me. The other three were Timberland's quilted maryjane with the patent toe, Clark's Sugar Pop, and Softspots Portia. These were not the cutest of the lot, but they were the most stable with the least amount of rubbing. I wish the finishes on the shoe looked a little more expensive/quality rather than synthetic/cheap, but these shoes have it where it counts. They will work well for business casual outfits with slacks and cardigans/informal jackets. I don't see them as polished enough to wear with most skirts and suits. The sizing was as expected for a comfort brand.

These are great shoes, but they run small. I had to send my size back for the next size up. 1/2 size up would have been ideal. Wish they came in other colors.

These have been a nice dressier shoe for service work. The heal is low enough for comfort. The slide a bit off of my heal, but I have narrow feet. \r\nI\'ve been on my feet for 7 hours in these and had minimal foot pain.

I ordered a six wide (my usual size), but the shoe was half a size too long and not wide enough. They seemed comfortable, so I would have kept them if they fit even though the style is kind of boring.

The sole is exceptionally comfortable, and for comfort/work shoes, they look pretty good. but I had not one but four blisters after wearing these the first time. I'm taking Timberland up on their 30-day guarantee, but that's not going to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to them, unfortunately.

I wear a 9-9.5 wide, and these felt far too narrow, even in a D-width. Got terrible blisters within the first few hours.

These shoes fit perfectly when I put them on. I thought it was great that I wouldn't have to break them in before work. Within hours on the first day on the job, I had blisters between my toes and under my toes. I had blisters on my blisters. I have never had foot problems and I have never gotten blisters like this so severely with shoes. I paid extra thinking that I was going to invest in good shoes for my feet. Instead I spent just as much on band aids and thicker socks. Cute shoe, but not if you are on your feet for long periods. I could only wear them for one shift. I had to buy other shoes for work, otherwise I wouldn't have returned them.

I love these shoes. I was on my feet all day the first time I wore them, and my feet were so comfortable!
