True to fit and absolutely one of the most comfortable shoes that I've slipped on my feet. Run about 3-4 miles a day and so far they are the shizzle....Definitely would recommend!

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend who is 6'7" has back problems and needed shoes to correct his over-pronation. He was wearing shoes that didn't support his feet in the slightest. The shoes were so fantastically supportive for his feet that he didn't need his orthotics in them for additional support. He loves the shoes, and seeing his comfort and his happiness over the shoes has been a joy to see. It was a great buying experience. The shoes were in stock and arrived quickly.

This is my first review ever for any product. I did my research on running shoes and decided these were the best choice for the money. They haven’t disappointed and they are very comfortable and light. Best fitting shoes I’ve ever had. Also, Zappos upgraded me to free next day shipping which was nice. Very impressed by the service of this company.

I love this sneaker. It is so soft and cushy, like running on a cloud. The shoes are lightweight and breathable. My first Asics and I think I am hooked.

I recently learned that good running shoes are key to whether an individual will stick to their running program or not. I purchased my ASICS/GT-2140 shortly after Xmas. So far I am very happy with these shoes. Once I get warmed up, my left knee does not bother me, why I have not run for four years. So far I am very pleased with my ASICS. I started my running program in January 2010, and as for right now my plan is to continue through the summer months. Your shoes might even win me over for a life-time, and if that happens, you will hear from me again. I really like the style/Black that you made as part of your line. I live in the country and the dirt is very hard on light colors, leaving them looking terrible.

Great shoe, comfortable and well worth the money if you over-pronate. I use orthotics which fit within the shoe with no problem. This shoe has my highest recommendation. Much better than the competition. I just bought my second pair! Nuff said.

First of all, I am a female who bought the men’s shoe as they did not have black in ladies!!! I usually wear 9 1/2 to 10 ladies shoe, but fit perfectly into a size 8 1/2 mens. I used to be a New Balance girl, but I am a CONVERT to Asics, specifically the GT-2150. I have had 4 surgeries on my feet and have (until now) not been able to find a shoe I could walk in comfortably, much less work out at the gym... this shoe offers wonderful cushioning SUPPORT... can’t wait for Zumba class, as I know this shoe will make a huge difference! Worth the extra $$... will buy more from Zappos, as this pair came from a sporting goods store where I could try them on before buying... now, I know what to buy!!

I have ran the GT series for over 10 years now. I love this shoe. After reading the reviews, I have to admit I was skeptical to move on this upgrade. I’m very glad I did. This shoe is very comfortable, lightweight, breathes well and every bit as great as the rest of the series. I have not experienced any leg/knee pain. I have not experienced any blisters or unusual wear. If this shoe is wider at the base, I can’t tell it is while running. This shoe is attractive and I have had comments on it from other runners. The memory foam is a great addition to this otherwise great shoe! If you’re familiar with the GT series, this shoe will not disappoint. If you’re not familiar with the GT series, you should give it a try. This is a shoe for normal wear (little to no pronation) and for average to high arches. It is also a moderate cushion shoe. Great Job Asics, I love this product! Thanks also to Zappos. I had this shoe at my front door within 48 hours from hitting submit. I was in this shoe and running within 10 min of arrival and it is comfortable enough and so true to fit I would actually run a marathon in it without even breaking them in! I would never say that about any other shoe I have owned! No complaints here!

Tried these in my normal length for Asics (which is a full size larger than my dress shoe size, they do run small). Compared with earlier versions, these are the same in length, but run a little wider. This should be good for most of us, since earlier versions were too narrow throughout the d-2e-4e width range. So if you had to order a 4e in previous versions, you should now be OK with a 2e, and for previous 2e wearer, the d should work. Other than that, the cushioning seems largely the same to me and the shoe feels about the same in weight. I don't quite understand why the sizing keeps changing so much iteration to iteration. Several years ago Asics ran true to width, then narrower and now headed back to normal. Best advice if you like this line is to order the shoe in two widths and keep the one that works for you. Easy with Zappos! This is a good shoe, just takes a little experimenting to get the size right.

Through the first few wearings, these feel like boots, but as they begin to conform to my feet and soften up, they become more and more comfortable.

These are very comfortable. Wore them right out of the box for a long walk with no issues. Asics always work for me.

Happy with the shoes, fairly light,black stays cleaner looking longer. Shoe is slightly tighter in the heel than hoped for. Beware I bought a half size larger and a width wider than I measure for (on purpose) and the shoe is still snug. I would say get a little larger than you measure for and you are good to go!

Great sneaker. From now on the only one I'll buy for work outs and work where I'm on my feet for 13 hours.

Overall, the shoes are excellent. However, some thread began to become unraveled one week after arrival. I was able to fix it myself, but I shouldn't have had to.

I would have given them 5 stars but they were very hard on my heels to break in and I had a pair of Asics Gel- Kanbarra 5 that were less expensive and more comfortable. Asics seem to run a bit narrow in my opinion.

Very quick delivery, less expensive than other sources, bought due to magazine rating and has been most comfortable. Used mainly as walking shoe.

Great shoe especially the fit. Someone with wide feet, like mine, this shoe provides great feel and comfort for exercise.

Fast, and reliable service. Oh, and the shoes carry an awesome reputation of there own so yeah. This was a good experience for me.

So far so good. I have had the shoe for only a few short weeks and so far they have survived biking, running, and a lot of walking. The only issue I had was that the shoe seems a bit more narrow than a 4E would suggest. Not a huge problem, but big enough to notice. I would recommend this shoe to others, but if your feet are super wide, make sure you wear them around the house for awhile before making your final decision. Additionally, Zappos is fantastic and I really appreciate their fast shipping and ease of searching/shopping.

This shoe is my everyday trainer. It's lightweight and offers good support and a stable base. Cushioning is moderate, so I usually wear my Gel-Kayanos for runs of 18+ miles.

Excellent shoe but I felt it was about a half size too small. I really felt it after running a half marathon. This was my 8th or so pair of ASCIS. I am buying a larger size next time.

A solid, well-fit shoe for my B-width feet. I bought them to replace a closely similar, earlier version, which are still my favorite ratty old shoes. I use these exclusively at the gym for now and will run outdoors in them as the weather warms. No comfort problems whatsoever, and they lace up tight without rumples, other uncomfortableness

Looks great. Feels comfortable. It's a bit stiff on concrete sidewalks (isn't every shoe). Real nice on natural trails.

Stiff shoe with good lateral support. Shoe has a high and stiff arch support.

Went up from 2140 to 2150. Had to order a wider shoe than normal. Much narrower. Even the wide version seems narrower than regular width 2140.
