I measure a size 8, but with my orthotics I have to get an 8.5. With my inserts I'm a little high in the shoe, so the cushioning in the back isn't hitting the right spot on my achilles. It's not uncomfortable, it just doesn't fit like a glove. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with these, they're very breathable and lightweight. Great for summer or hot conditions, but not a good shoe if it's raining or cold outside. So far, I've used them for about 2 weeks and no aches or pains. I average 10-15 miles per week.

I have had two pairs of GT-2140 in the past and I loved them. The fit was perfect for me in a size 11. In the GT-2150 I had to order a half size larger. They do seem to relax or stretch out a bit after wear but the size 11 in this style was short and narrow for me. Luckily they came in a size 11 1/2, a real rarity in the shoe world! Other than having to reorder for a larger size, these are great shoes that will last a long time for me. Lightweight, roomy enough in the toe box and the purple color is subtle.

I'm a new runner and was looking for a good shoe for my wide foot. However, my mistake was I purchased this shoe without researching or going to a running store and having my foot measured, and gait analyzed. I'm a neutral+ shoe and under-pronate (if you don't know what that is, you should find out first before purchasing a running shoe). I loved this shoe at first, but after running about 8-10 times for about 2.5 mile run, I started to get knee pain. It was because I purchased the wrong shoe. I really wished that I researched more. However, I'm returning and getting the Asics Nimbus 12, which I believe will work better for my wide, high-arched foot! Other people have good success with this shoe, but before you buy, make sure you know what your gait is!

Great pair of shoes, alas, not for me. Too much stability. Very comfortable, plenty wide, lots of cushion. I wanted to love them, but had to exchanged for a more bend-y Avia. 5 stars for the right feet.

These black running shoes looks sharp. Didn't want another pair of white with candy-colored pastel accents. Viet-made; quality is top-notch. Feels good, but runs a bit short in forefoot. Rule of fit requires at least a thumb's width of space between interior front of shoe and one's longest toe to accommodate bend of foot in motion. If you flex your foot, which spreads the toes, and if the longest toe pushes against the toe box, it's too short, and you'll get a blister (yes, I do know shoes). Shoe looks great, not sure about the length size, but will try next half size up.

Wanted some black Asics for winter, and I love the look of these. Not as comfortable out of the box as my Gel Kahanas; they seem narrower and the left shoe presses oddly at the instep. It may be a flaw in that shoe. Going to keep 'em, though, and am working on getting them worn in to my foot.

Asics have always been my #1 pick for running shoes. I have worn Asics while completing the two half marathons I have run this year, and I have never regretted that decision. They are durable, well-designed shoes that are necessary for any active person. Also, in regards to the aesthetic value of the shoe, this particular design is something I find totally cute! Cute yet rugged of course!

I have been power walking in Asics shoes for about 8 years. They are one of the few manufacturers that make a narrow shoe. They fit great and are very comfortable.

I'm a big fan of the ASICS. After trying this shoe, however, I decided the Gel-Asics Duomax Gel-1150 fits my foot better. My foot has an arch and the 1150 fits my foot better. I also have small feet, and the Gel-1150 seem to fit better.

This shoe works with a bunion. Not that many do anymore. This brand has better cushioning in general than New Balance. This particular style does not seem to cushion as well as past styles ordered.

These shoes are nice and comfy. They look good and are strong for my long runs. My only issue with them is that they seem overly padded in the heel area which for me feels awkward.

I used to be a firm New Balance gal. I have a narrow foot, wear MD-prescribed and made orthotics, and have a critical stability problem with my feet (I have arthritis - not your average osteoarthritis but Reiters). Stability is key. Here are the reasons I love this shoe and am now a convert to Asics (followed by its drawbacks): 1. It's black (more slimming and more "wear-a-ble" with street clothes and traveling). 2. It comes in narrow (the other equivalent running high-stability shoes don't come in black). Things I do not love about this shoe: 1. It is not Asics' highest stability type shoe. The highest stability type shoe they make only comes in white. Ugh. 2. Still too much goo/gaw decoration on the shoe (I wish these companies would learn that less is more re visual design from this visual designer). 3. There is a little tip of silver/white on the toe of the shoe. Ugh - it disrupts the black sleekness of the shoe. Overall, though, this shoe is hands down a winner - at least for me who has severe pronation problems, narrow feet, and has already had 2 bone breaks in my feet so can't fool around with anything less than the best.

It has been decades since I bought athletic shoes and these fit the bill. They are comfortable and perform as stated on the Zappos web page. I have problem feet, legs, and knees. These shoes work well and feel good.

Fantastic arch support! I purchased these shoes specifically for running. I have wide feet so I got the wide width for women. I wish I got the extra wide or found another running shoe with that option because it is still a bit tight and uncomfortable on my feet for long periods of time. However, while I am exercising I have no issues. I don\'t get shin splints, the shoes are very light and they let the air in to keep my toes cool. I\'d purchase these again in a wider width if given the opportunity.

I have had three pairs of the 2140s and two pairs of the 2150s. I love the shoe but have one complaint that has happened with all five pairs. The pad where my heel meets the shoe wears away very quickly. I have gone to a running store and they assure me that they fit correctly but this continues to happen. Other than that, great shoe!

These don't measure up to the Asics 2130's. I ran two marathons in 2130's, nothing wrong with my feet. Ran another marathon with the 2150's and my middle toe was bruised, what is that?! Bring back 2130's Asics!

The best for support but can we please just get it in white? No shiny stuff, no glitzy/cheesy colors, just white? Maybe Asics will listen because I'm not the first person to request this.

This is a very comfortable shoe and I have logged many miles on them since purchasing. They do tend to run small so you might need to purchase them in a half to full size larger than you would normally wear.

This is a great running shoe. It looks great! It provides incredible stability and a lot of support. It is not as soft or cushy as I'd like . . . This shoe might run a tiny bit long in the toe, but I always order a 1/2 size up in running shoes. The extra length hasn't really been a problem. Zappos service was as amazing, as always. I love how quickly I get my items after I've ordered them. I love the selection--although sometimes it's overwhelming! And I love the efficiency with which Zappos deals with returns!

This was my first purchase from Zappos, and I have to say I was very impressed. I was tweeting about getting shoes and Zappos found me on Twitter and offered their help. I'm training for a 5K and this shoe came highly recommended. So far I'm happy with them. I have to wear two pairs of socks or else I get blisters on my arches, but otherwise very comfortable. I'm a size 9 and ordered a size 9, but I would recommend going a 1/2 size smaller. I'm definitely ordering from Zappos again! Wonderful customer service!

Very disappointed. They are really almost nothing like the 2140's. The ball of the foot still has a cushion, it's just not super soft like the older model. The fit of the shoe is different. It's slightly longer and/or wider than the previous version. This may actually be a good thing, but I was surprised when I ordered a size 8, my standard workout shoe size, and I was slipping around in it a lot more. Because the softness of the cushioning is gone, these were even more painful to break in than the previous version. One plus is they are REALLY cute. I really like the color too (I got the tropical pink/organge color).

I\'ve been loyal to this product line from Asics since the 2080 model because they fit my narrow, flat feet with orthotics so well. This 2150 model is no exception. On size, I usually wear a 7 1\/2 AA dress shoe and tried both the 8 and 8 1\/2 AA in these running shoes. I kept the 8 1\/2 and, after several weeks of wearing them, am glad I went for the larger size. With great fit and cushioning, I use these for aerobics and running. For daily walking with a more rigid feel, I prefer my Saucony ProGrid Guide 3W (in size 8 AA) shoes that I also bought from Zappos. Finally, I agree with another reviewer that the insides of these Asics are oddly slippery so I have to be careful about what socks I wear with them.

If you need stability (but not total motion control), these are the shoes for you. If you like a more flexible shoe, you might want to look elsewhere. I had 2130s that I loved truly, madly, and deeply. Those have been "upgraded" to these 2150s, which are stiffer, and took some getting used to. I’m still happy with these, but I will probably be looking at other brands (Brooks Adrenalines have been recommended to me) if the next upgrade is more like the 2150 than the 2130.
